   Don’t pay for this. Below par. When I first subscribed I liked it. It’s way behind every other app I’ve tried. You have one voice to choose from pretty much. Every song sings pretty much the same. At times it sounds not real.

   No customer service, unauthorized charges. I emailed them on March 1 saying I cancelled the subscription through Apple but I still received an email saying it was going to renew so to please make sure it was cancelled. No response and they charged me on 3/9! I've since sent multiple messages through email and their site and no reply! I don't want anymore charges and I should be refunded for the second charge.

   AI thief, music thief, non-generating thief, music.. I attempted to purchase this app, my name is Bill from Ohio. I attempted to purchase this app however, my card stopped me and said “this is fraudulent website many people complain of having issues with problems. So I would drew my purchase. Couple of hours later MUREKA – AI music generator they took the money so now I cannot download the app. I cannot use it an apple took $35 of my money. They will not give it back thieves.

   Can’t cancel. While the app works great and is fun.I have an account outside the app it’s a desktop version I’ve emailed help five times to cancel but I keep on getting charged. I cannot have get them to reply I’ve tried two different email addresses to email from and they will not respond.

    Doesn't follow simple prompts. It worked for the first song i referenced. Followed the genre prompt. Then after i uploaded another song it never followed the genre prompt again. It seemingly picks whatever random genre it wants. Ive tried everything to get it to stop. Keeps having a mind of its own. Have you created a real sentient Ai? Lol

    Cannot undo subscription. Beware. App itself is fine. Music sounds reasonable, although it rarely gets meter of the vocals good. Great concept, may have real Commercial application in the near future. The reason for 1- star? After subscribing to the premier level, I cannot step down to lower subscription or cancel, despite their claims. I did sign up via my google account online before downloading the app, but neither online nor on the app can I make changes. (Online it says “cannot make changes”, and on the app it directs you to go online) The only way, it appears, is to delete my account entirely but based on the dishonesty of their claim to cancel anytime or charge subscription level (which there seems to be intentionally no way to do) I don’t trust them to not keep my credit card number. Mureka, this is you warning to fix this now before I report your app to Apple for fraud. To potential downloaders, beware. I would not give them money until they have fixed this.

    WARNING: They’ll charge you twice and won’t refund your money. At first I thought this was a great app, so I decided to pay for credits and experience the full features of the app. I tried to make the purchase on my phone and it appeared the transaction was never completed and I never received the credits. So I jumped to my computer, where the exact same thing kept happening. The screen would just get “stuck” and nothing else would happen. The next day I jumped into my emails and I had two separate emails thanking me for my purchase. They do not provide any way to immediately contact them and discuss the issue. I tried to cancel my account, but now all they’ve done is taken away the credits that I paid for and have never used, and keep suggesting I subscribe to purchase more credits, all while never refunding my money. When I filed a complaint through PayPal, they told PayPal that the service was provided, but I can show where the service was not provided. So in this case they’re lying to PayPal, and PayPal doesn’t give two crows about their customer. Good luck getting ahold of this company if you need them for anything, and careful if you decide to give them a penny, because they’ll take your money, doesn’t mean they’ll give you your credits.

    THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL AND NOT RESPOND TO YOUR MULTIPLE EMAIL ATTEMPTS. This company charged me after I canceled my subscription and within the cancellation window. I reached out to the email that was provided on my payment receipt, and from that email they directed me to submit a claim on their website. I have now done that two times, and nobody has responded to me to solve the issue. I now have to dispute this with my bank, because they are refusing to get back to me even though I have proof that my membership is canceled and has been canceled. Such a headache.

    Scam. This app will keep reverting you to their subscription page when you try to download the song even when you have subscribed to their top tier subscription. Reviews on Reddit and search on google. I personally tested this.

    The worst music creating app. This is by far the worst music app I’ve ever used. It makes the same music over and over everything sounds the same. Doesn’t Get close to your music reference. this app is just garbage don’t waste your money or your time.

    Good Voice, Bad Music. I will give this app credit for creating a smooth and natural vocal from your own voice. However, the actual instrumental generations are not good. No matter how you describe this song, be that 1980s pop or heavy metal, or one of their preset song styles, the music never fits what you choose, and isn’t very good. There are much better apps out there.

    Wonky. Sometimes the result is good, but too many times the AI doesn’t pay attention. I click the button for a male vocal and it gives me a female. I will even add “male vocal” to the style and the AI ignores it. Sometimes I get a duet on a song with a clear singular point of view. Any annoyance is that the AI mispronounces lyrics all the time. The song will be going great with a good melody and a solid hook and then it mushes lines or uses the wrong words and you can’t just fix that part without destroying other parts. I have to generate so many versions burning through credits to get one that’s mostly good. It can be very frustrating. When it works, it can be great, but I feel like the more I use it, the dumber the AI is getting.

    Recent app update. It was fine till yesterday they switched something now there’s less vocals they use. It used to sound exactly when you used a yt link but not anymore.. will be canceling yearly sub if not fixed

    Fraudulent services. I paid for this app for well over a year before I realize that every month my points would go away, and I would have new points to make songs. Once I unsubscribed the remainder of my points that was left disappeared. I wonder how many points I would still have if the point system hadn’t been reset every month. I am very unhappy with the services that I received and do not suggest this app to others.

    Having issues with the AI not singing the song like how I described the song to the AI.. I am trying to make a new song and I type it to make a song with a woman singing a song slowly so I can learn the song so I can sing with the song. It isn’t doing how the way I described the song to go. And at the end of the song it cuts off and it doesn’t finish my song and it sings the song fast instead if slowly. If this is a bug please fix this. I love this app and I have already made already over 20 plus songs so far. I will rate five sings once this is fixed.

    Beautiful App, Disappointing Support Experience. I really like this app and use it every day. I even recommended it to my friends, and they liked it as well. However, the customer support experience has been disappointing. I have been trying to contact the team for over a week regarding an issue with a paid subscription, through both email and in app feedback, but I have not received any response so far. I hope the response time can be improved, especially since this concerns a paid subscription.
