   buggy! Don’t recommend d for school. EVERYTIME you spend time writing out detailed notes.. once you exit your page.. when you re- enter your work the whole page is jumbled and destroyed. Would. To recommend for school work or journaling.. bc all your hard work will be ruined.

   new update. used the application year, and then added the update that I can't add more than 10 pages per blakno. It's terrible, because I can't physically buy a subscription (not for money, but because of the payment system), I would like to be able to pay by binding the card. I would love to buy a subscription, but in my country you can't pay through the app store.

   Losing what made it great. I’ve been using collanote for about 5 years now amd it was amazing, no issues at all. however recent updates have made this app unusable. the addition of a page and note limit after having them be unlimited for so many years is not something I’m a fan of at all. The AI inclusions are bad to, as AI is very detrimental to the world we live in and should not be used for note taking at all! Aside from this the app is laggy due to all the bloaty extra features that have been added over the years. These new updates are losing what made collanote great. I do not recommend unless you want to pay 14 dollars to be able to take notes on your device.

   Notebook Restriction?!💀. It wont let me make notes after the 10 page mark which is ridiculous! I’ll be uninstalling and finding another note app. I been using this for 5 years with no issues!!

   Update ruined the app. I was prepared to spend the money to purchase the app. Then when the update came, my notes are restricted and I get a pop up every 5 minutes. It’s causing me stress when I miss what the lecturer says because I’m fighting to close the pop up. I’ll be switching to a competitor and giving them my money instead.

   10 page for each notebook restriction is awful. What sets apart collanote from other apps was its free and lets you write with decent features to begin with. But the new update restricts to write on more than 10 pages is awful which was free a few days ago. I won’t use this app anymore for this reason.

   Жадность фраера сгубила. Дно было пробито. Пользовался им 4 года, и с каждым годом бесплатные функции урезались. У меня нет возможности сейчас заплатить, потому что я из РФ, а разраб ограничил количество даже долбанных страниц на заметку до 10. Это абсолютный кринж. Причем абсолютно нигде в приложении не пишется по это ограничение. Оно просто всплыло, когда я при подготовке к экзамену исписал 10 страниц.

    Ragebait. I literally have been staring at my iPad crying because I cannot figure out how to get all of the pretty text boxes for the titles without writing them and I can’t figure out how to change the color of the background ans this is genuinely so difficult I rage quit and keep crying whenever I open the app due to frustration.

    Complaint Regarding Shifted Annotation Positions in PDF Files. Dear CollaNote Support Team, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a persistent issue in CollaNote related to PDF annotation. Whenever I annotate a PDF file, the annotations shift from their original positions. This causes handwritten notes, highlights, and markings to appear misaligned with the content they were intended for. Because of this, the document becomes difficult to read and the annotations lose their purpose. This is a serious problem, especially when using the app for studying, reviewing documents, or sharing annotated PDFs with others. A note-taking app should preserve annotation placement accurately, and this issue significantly affects usability and reliability. I kindly request that your team look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible. Please also let me know whether there is any temporary workaround available. I am willing to provide further information, including device details, app version, and sample PDFs, if needed. Thank you for your prompt attention.

    Export, bugs, lag, hot. Ive been trying to export a file and i kicks me out of the app whenever i try. The app generally has also been making my ipad run very hot. When im using it for a while it kicks me out and makes my ipad lag and when i checked in the storage it was taking upwards of 20 gb amd maxing out my storage even though its 3gb in total and the only reason it stopped at 20 gb was because thats what was left. Its been laggy hot keeps crashing amd doesnt let me export my files.

    Grok Integration. this has been my favorite note taking app for years, but the integration of generative ai features has become completely unavoidable. I don’t trust this app to be secure with my information anymore, because there is no clear way to opt out of ai databases accessing my documents. They’ve integrated Grok AI (notorious for calling itself “mecha hitler” and generating child pornography). CollaNote, fix this.

    更新出问题. 一更新就出问题，今天写的时候，每次停顿完再写第一笔都写不出来，以为是笔出了问题，结果在其他软件和备忘录都没有问题

    Unable to create a usable note on dark mode. I really need to have the ability to export dark mode handwritten notes in dark background. But I was willing to pay to encourage the developer. While waiting for the feature, I just found out that I cannot create a normal note at all. Any new note would have this weird gray background that I cannot write in either white or black ink. This app has become unusable for me.

    Problem. There is a problem when I open the program, my files are always in reorder and keep moving, and this is annoying for me as a user who used the program for two years, as well as not responding quickly when I enter or exit any file.

    poor customer service. the app have no log in, i purchased premium account, and with some error i reset my ipad, so the app accidentally deleted, when i downloaded again, there are no log in and i lost my account, i contacted them but they never respond

    Awful Now, Greed killed this app. The new update has completely ruined this app. There’s a page and note limit on the non-premium version which renders it unusable, and now I have to spend hours transferring over everything to another program. What a great way to ruin any good will you had for a few extra bucks. Thanks for wasting my time. And before they chime in with some sanitized corporate message about how they need this to "help their team" or whatever, why can’t I just keep the old version, without the page/note limit? I don’t need any of the new features. And there’s no way in hell I’m paying for premium after they pulled this. I can imagine that in a few years they’ll come out with "premium+", charge 50$ for it, and limit the premium version. You can’t trust them not to.

    The app closes the file mid reading and goes back to the main page. What happens is if I’m using the app scrolling through a file it freezes out of a sudden won’t let me scroll or return the only solution is to close the app completely and reopen it which is really annoying I have the premium version btw I need help with this plz
