   Deleted all of my journals. Despite backing it up to the cloud, all of my journals have been deleted and are unable to be recovered. As soon as the new update came out, they erased all of it. Uninstalling/reinstalling does not change this.

   It won’t even let me sign up. I tried to make an account with a name that was more than two characters and it says it wasn’t. So I chose a different name. It was taken. I put four random numbers. Taken. I keyboard smash random numbers until the character limit was reached. Taken. I’m too annoyed to even try anything else, that is embarrassing levels of broken.

   Do not use.. I’ve been writing on this app for about a year now, as soon as the new update came all my data was erased. I tried to contact and email the department but they were no help, not even they know what’s wrong with their bad application.

   Please. Actually crying, I had so so many notes and now ever sense the new update, it says I need a apple account, as in I cannot sign in, and I’ve lost everything that I’ve spent 7+ hours writing. Please try to fix this.

    Doesn’t let me sign in and keeps lagging. I’ve tried for 3 hrs straight to get it started but it wouldn’t work. I had to retry to sign in 7-9 times and somehow it still does not work

    Won’t let me access the app?. I downloaded it and I signed in right? I pressed the skip button then press start but to my surprise it didn’t even start?! Please fix this.

    love it but then i literally hate it so much.. my pages keep deleting.. first the page and then the diary?? like can u fix it please? its so annoying. and im not doing anything wrong it just deletes

    Deleted diary without notice or recovery possible. The page from that diary is still showing on the widget yet the whole diary can no longer be found. All the work is gone. Please show if there is a way to recover it.

    i couldnt click out the ad. i think it has to do with my phone (iphone 8) but the ads x wasnt there i tried waiting for 2 minutes straight for something to happen but there was no x or i couldn't see it

    To DAYOL. So yesterday I went on DAYOL writing a story and came back today to see the diary entrances I’ve made not there I had three and none of them showed it said wait for 30 seconds if you used another account and I waited trying to see if I could refresh but nothing I’m scared because I wrote a lot and I’m on the verge of tears I’m kinda disappointed because of the data lost and btw my phone isn’t glitchy nothing like that I also didn’t delete or anything like that it was just on my phone last time I checked DAYOL was yesterday and I don’t know why it’s not fine today please if anyone has any possible solution I would be willing to listen but overall the app is a 3 (Edit- Scratch all of that I tried reloading and reconnecting to my WiFi and eventually I uninstalled it and installed it now I think it’s all gone I’m crying now because now I think it’s my fault

    It’s good. Just a few things.. This app is really good for the most part!! But before you download, there’s a few things. First, not everything is free for long. You can only use three diary’s before you have to pay. Which I’m personally fine with, but I really liked the stickers and you can only use a few before you have to pay., other than that is pretty good! But I’d rather watch more ads than have to pay.

    Something’s wrong. This app is wonderful but one problem I seem to be having is the fact that every time I try to type something on a page, it forces my view all the way down so I can’t read what I’m writing! It’s been happening to all my pages and it’s weirdly elongating all of them. I cant type because it just goes to the bottom of the page every letter I type. Untill this is fixed, it’s unusable

    I’ve had this before but I don’t wanna sign in. I really lived this app but I needed to delete it once I did a few weeks later I need it again so I go to guest but it tells me to sign into Apple but I don’t want to I just want to be a guest please help me lol

    About the app,. I owned this app for along time, and I loved it until they added the update to sign in with your Apple ID. I would use this app signed out, so when I updated the app, I could no longer use it. So, I’d only recommend you use this if you can sign into apps with your Apple ID.

    Wow. I have used this app since august of 2023 and it is february of 2024. It was great until it did an update. I can’t get in because it is making me sign in with my apple ID which i cannot do. Now all my journals are gone. Disappointed in this app.

    VERY BUGGY :( app will make you sad. This app has great concepts and features…if everything worked perfectly. It has been deleting my weekly page over and over again after I try to remake it. It’s very frustrating. I want to give this app 5 stars but with all the bugs.. I just can’t. The text boxes are finicky and apple pen scribble barely works I’m so sad because the app is so cute I wanted it to be perfect but it’s just not…

    It’s alright very buggy. The formatting, the tools, and fonts and stuff are nice. But the app itself is VERY buggy. I have entries disappear but only appear when you look at the total pages of the diary. It crashes a lot. Especially when using text boxes. Christ fix your app.

    Really cute app with one small problem!!. Overall the app is really great and super cute in design! The only problem is that png pictures don’t work on the app AT ALL. Whenever i go to import an image, more specifically a png, it always adds a white background to it. I tried multiple times with different png images I had, but it didn’t work. It all had the same white background. If there is a way to fix it I would love to know! But if not then please please fix this issue, I would really appreciate it and I think so many others would to!! :D

    Adorable app, needs a few changes. I absolutely love using DAYOL for journaling, so I had decided to buy DAYOL+ so that I could write even more. I have tried multiple times to purchase this, but every time I have it has not gone through to the app? I am not sure if it has been charging me multiple times or it has just not worked. I feel like it would help the gentle atmosphere to remove ads without needing to pay. I hope that some of these bugs are fixed, because I love this app and would not want to find a new digital journal.

    A lot of glitches.. Its a really cute and fun app, but ive been here 10 minutes trying to move the text on the front of my notebook and it keeps making new texts when im not asking for that. I couldn’t get passed anything else so unfortunately thats all i have to say about the app. I love the formatting however
