   Constantly removes keyboard and stretches screen.. I constantly have to cancel, save, and then re edit because the keyboard disappears and I can’t bring it back. Any time I leave the app I get a pop up about SomNote not being able to sync. Very irritating.

   Don't be fooled. You have to pay $4 or nearly $40/year to get the app to remove ads. And the additional designs they app offers is only for the mobile device and NOT for the ipad. That is not stated upfront. What a great way to get $4 out of someone with the false advertising. Also, HORRIBLE app syncing ability. All I get is "poor network. Check your network connection" from my cell, when my iPad says "Sync complete". Why pay so much for what is really just a pretty notepad? Ad removal should be cheap and a one-time fee! Buy-beware!

    IT DELETED ALL MY NOTES!!!!!!. The app works actually extremely well...when it wants to. Just 5 minutes ago the app randomly crashed (again) and deleted all the notes that have been taking for the past hour for a meeting I was in. ALL THE NOTES ARE GONE! And there is no way for me to retake notes for this meeting!! It has crashed before, but not like this! I don't know how I'm going to get new notes from this meeting but, man, seriously? I'm going to transfer all my notes off and delete this app. Not trustworthy for long note taking.

    Lost Data and Purchases. After upgrading my iPhone to a six, ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS AND PURCHASED THEMES WERE ERASED FROM MY SOMNOTE ACCOUNT. I was unable to recover any of them when I tried logging in. The developers also still have yet to update the current version of it. I am very displeased with this app, and will no longer be using it as a result. It could be much better. I do not recommend it.

    Dissappointing. This app used to be awesome. Now with the recent updates, it won't actually save my notes, adds are everywhere, and now I can't even open it. Maybe fix your free app before advertising your VIP one :/

    First I like it after a week i found out more. i'd like to have more features. i like to Sync to PC or Mac over Wi-Fi ? noway to Sync. there are themes that you gotta buy about 2 $ for each & ugly enough to buy them. there should be more functionality in settings etc... needs to improve a lot in future..

    Long way to go....... So far (second updated version I've tried) Somnote promises much, delivers little. Like many apps of its type, it puts emphasis on appearing adorable -- lots of candy-pastel Hello Kitty design cuteness -- in pursuit of "user friendliness". For my part, I'd find it much more friendly if it would stop losing my newly-entered notes. Having to save each note manually is kind of day-before-yesterday. It would also be friendly if the developer would finally get a clue to Dropbox sync after promising it in two successive updates. Whatever I'm looking for in my 200-plus Dropbox folders, it isn't named "Somnotes" or whatever secret formula the program uses. I can never even be sure I've really synced a file because there's no clear button or icon to make the sync happen. (Just the opposite problem with the manual filesave). All this could work nicely with more attention to detail (and less to eye candy), but it has a considerable way to go. PS: For a chuckle, Google "somnote oral".

    needs an update for the iPad version. There needs to be a lot of improvements. This recent version is very hard to use. Not user friendly. When you expand the note page, you can't go back to the folder list on the left. Also failed to sync various times. Somnote team would do a better job fixing this up I'm sure because it has been a primarily iPhone app. Definitely would use this app once its more user-friendly.

    You want my email password? Really?. Why does this app want access to my private email and FB pwd? This would mean you folks could log into my gmail and Facebook account if you wanted to. Funny how we're so busy squawking about big brother government invading our privacy yet we are so willing to hand it over to the likes of corporate America just to gain a little convenience in our lives.

    Used to work. I can open this app online but it will not open on the phone app. I have a lot of folders in this app and I’m frustrated I can’t get back into it. It keeps telling me I have an internet issue but I don’t. I’ve tried getting into it with different internet providers and location and nothing works.

    Terrible customer service, but good app. Great app but terrible customer service. Have used app to store my journal entires for over a year but need to move to another device and don't remember password. Forgot password link doesn't work and customer service refuses to answer me. Without support, they don't get many stars from me

    ~. This app was great until I was out using it for work. All of a sudden it stopped syncing and any notes I jotted down were lost. It will only sync on wi-fi. Then you have to pay for premium features. I found "Google Keep". Way better app with all the premium features free.

    Folders. Do not like that I cannot move a folder within a folder.
