   I lost my all the data. I trusted this app with all my notes and private data but all of sudden it kept crashing and I couldn't open it anymore. I wish I could get back up of data. Memo cool Team please reach out to me for sending me my data back.

   Freezing, Not Shareable, Crashing. I’ve use this for years and purchased several magnets. The app is crashing, freezing, and will not share I’m afraid to reinstall because I lose everything, which is ridiculous! Please fix.

   Unsatisfied long time customer. I have been using memo cool for so long I have everthing!! Nothing left to get, the issue is I now have a iPhone and can not download my account. I refuse to start over. I have reported this to support 3 time without any action. If unable to download from my Google cloud I would like you to give me what I need to make my account right. very unhappy customer.

   Malfunctioned immediately on iPad. You get one fridge. For all I could tell you have to buy everything. Maybe that's not the case. The background was malfunctioning. Images were racing past, behind the fridge, fast enough to give you a seizure. I couldn't explore the app further. Hopefully a fix is in the future.

    I was in love with this app until..... I have had this app for over a year, and loved it until about 2 weeks ago I got a new iPhone pro Max. I went and uploaded all my stuff but this app would not load. It said I could not download it because it was no longer in the App Store. I was so upset because I had a lot of info in the app plus spent money to buy every paper option, different fridge designs and a ton of magnets. So a few days go by I decided to look for a new note app and to my surprise here is the app that was said to not be here....... So what now I basically spent money and now I’m supposed to start all over and buy the same things again???? It would really be nice for the developers to help me at least get my stuff i already purchased....

    There isn’t a paid version.. You can purchase coins in the app so that you may purchase more magnets, backgrounds, etc. but you cannot purchase a version of the app without ads. (The ads are also unable to be closed.) The ads take up the bottom portion of my memo space so that I cannot see the lower two notes. The ads are also unsightly. I loved the app until the ads showed up this morning. (I downloaded the app, yesterday and there were no ads all day. To have them now feels like the developers are sneaky in throwing them in the day after one downloads the app.) I would have purchased an ad-free version. I probably would have purchased in-app coins. I will be deleting the app, instead, since I don’t want to see ads. Ads are a cash grab when one already needs to purchase in app coins in order to use all of the features. (One can play games in order to “earn” in app currency, which adds up slowly. I would rather pay for an ad-free version of this app versus have the developer double dip and receive money from ads AND in app currency purchases.)

    Paid $2.99 for no ads. I had ads... and I jumped in and bought the $2.99 package with no ads and extra coins. No instructions, still seeing ads and no coins added to my account. But the money has left my account to pay for it. I hope this gets fixed.

    Used to love this. I absolutely love this app and used it for years but when I switched from my Samsung to an iPhone I tried to login to download my back up information that I saved on my old phone and there’s nowhere to login in the app on the iPhone. I wrote to the company and they have not answered me and I’m very frustrated. Would have given it a five stars if I could get my information back and get some help.

    Fun but packets get pricey. Fun, crashes a bit much and there should be one price, overpriced and has ads to top it off. It is cute, notes are to large. I should be be able to make them smaller once finished. Also NO SPELL CHECK!

    Super cute but has some limitations. I love how you can organize the notes and the cute graphics help it not be boring. I just wish the screen would rotate and there was a way to link devices. I use my iPad at work but my phone when out running errands. It makes the app almost useless since it is tied to one device.

    I Love It, except...... I use the app with my iPad but the screen does not rotate. It is difficult to type on my iPad and crane my next sideways to be able to read what I type. My other issue is my iPhone notes does not link to my iPad notes. I end up having to retype information to ensure I have it available. Otherwise I love this app it is the best note program and it is fun because of the different pins, fonts, refrigerators, etc. Please fix the rotation and my review would go up.

    Cute, but disappointed. I have an ad blocker so I do not see ads piling up in this game, what I do see is an ad that says ”SHOP”. When I click on the X to make it go away the whole app crashes.

    Good but.... Still cute and fun but waiting for feature that lets you cross things off your list instead of just deleting. Also there needs to be different text color options. And finally, a lock feature would be excellent.

    Love love this app BUT. We need to be able to set a account. Everytime I get a new phone. I have to start all over as if I never used the app. Which means all coins and purchases are gone. Of course for Android users, they're able to continue and get the bonuses((use to use this app on android)). But for us iPhone users, there's no option to pick back up where we left off. Also where is an update for extra stickers, refrigerators and icons?? It says something about COMING SOON BUT WHEN???

    Really good... however. Really good app, however, I switched phones and NONE of it switched over. I had every picture unlocked... now, only my frustration is unlocked while I start from scratch. Ugh

    Great App. I love the app, it's easy to use and it's fun. I love the colors and styles - keeps my notes and to do lists pretty! But, I was hoping I would be able to sync between my IPad and IPhone, I've sent an email to support asking how to do this and if it's possible to do, I'll change the star rating from 4 to 5 stars!!!!

    Funtastic!. Love this app! Love the magnets, choice of paper, and option to even change the refrigerator...would give it a five star if they had more 'free' choices. It's easy to use, and yet all necessary features are available...fun, fun, fun!
