   Buggy & Incomplete. This app has potential but unfortunately, it lags and seems like someone had really good ideas but gave up making the app halfway through. The visual data charts don’t work correctly. The articles aren’t readable you can’t scroll down on them. This app is easy to log & view the number of times things happen. But falls short on all these other ends and on showing my baby’s overall trends. The most important thing for me as a new mother is to see the average of times my baby is asleep in order to plan my days around it and be as productive as possible within the small times while she’s asleep.

   Baby app. Terrible app. It works fine for a while but then stops recording so you email them but nobody gets back to you. Waste of time

   Not very user friendly. I did the premium version of this app and wished I hadn’t. Not worth the cost. Inputting ounces a baby drank is a slider and it can take up to a few minutes to finally have it land on the ounces you want to input. Not very user friendly. Editing your history is a hit or Miss. Deleting an activity doesn’t even delete the one you’re on, it deletes whatever your last input is. If you go back and edit a feeding and say you want to change how many minutes she breastfeed on one side, it will end up changing the overall time you started the initial feeding session. Very frustrating. You’d be better off with Huckleberry.

   Absolutely horrible - do not recommend. This app continuously closes and does not store data, I would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is also horrible and they have been 0 help in assisting with a full subscription refund. Do not waste your time with this horrible app!

   Glitches more then it works. I wish I could get a refund for my subscription I got. This app didn’t work more often by a lot than the times that it did. I am finding a new app.

   Not worth the money or your time. I paid for the full subscription thinking that I would have access to all my login information and history, and I can’t access the history for the previous date. Very upsetting when you are relying on it, and can’t access the full history. Also, the sleep timer it’s not always accurate, has a lot of glitches. I have Contacted them in regard to this issue, and haven’t gotten any response. This app is not worth buying, not even downloading the free version

   Buyer Beware. You can’t share info with your spouse. Wish I would have known this prior to purchasing. Also, there’s another Baby Tracker app out there that this one may be trying to imitate. Not sure, but I was told from our pediatrician that the “Baby Tracker” app does allow you to share data across parents and anyone you choose.

   History tracking. Since the update on 1/5/2022, I have not been able to view history beyond the date that I am currently on. I cannot see what is “yesterday” and beyond that. This is unacceptable

    Free version is useless. Premium version is still useless.. There are numerous better apps available for tracking your baby. This app allows you to enter and track feedings and diaper changes and sleep but viewing the information you’ve entered is difficult/impossible. You get so frustrated that you try out the premium version for their two week free trial and find it to be just as useless and even more frustrating and DO not believe them when they say the will remind you about your trial period ending prior to charging your card.

    No Way to cancel subscription or contact developer. I was automatically subscribed to this app though I was not happy with it (even deleted it off my phone before realizing I was charged for the year)and there is no direct way to contact anyone or cancel the subscription. I have tried the available email and the developer email and have not received any responses. I don't even know how to ensure this app doesn't charge me again in a year! I've looked and looked for ways to contact any support to no avail. If anyone can direct me I would be very gracious.

    Not registering all entries. This app is useful but has a lot of problems. Its not registering all the feeds and diapers. Sometimes I have to enter things manually multiple times. I also subscribed to the full access and it still hasn’t given me the full functionality.

    Disappointed. Every time I use the app to keep track of how long I’m breastfeeding, it crashes and I lose track of how long I’ve been feeding. I want my money back because the only reason I have this app is for that feature. Extremely frustrating.

    Can’t edit logs. I find it very annoying that you cant edit your logs. It only gives you the option to delete.

    Two major bugs need fixing.. 1. I own the pro account but every few days a banner will appear at the top of my screen that advertises the pro account. When this banner is present I cannot add and feeds, diaper changes, or log sleep. I can try to log it, fill in all the info but it will not show on the home page when I complete the log. I have to exit the app and restart it in order for the banner to go away and to be able to continue logging. 2. Anytime I try to click the bell notification in the top right corner my screen goes black and the app closes. I have found no solution to aid this, it literally always closes the app down.... Every. Single. Time. I did not pay for the pro version for these kinds of glitches to happen. I’ve been using the app for nearly 3 months and this has not been fixed.

    Not recording feedings. Just downloaded this app and already have tried several times and can not get it to record a manually entered feeding time. Keeps going back to 0 min on both sides no matter how many times I try to enter a feeding. Pointless!! Beyond irritating

    This is a trap!. Don’t get this, it’s a trap, they’re going to automatically charge me $23+ if I can’t figure out how to cancel. The terms of service said I can cancel in “account settings” but that doesn’t appear to be something you can access from the App.

    Overly complicated. Too many taps clicks, the Baby Tracker Pro app is much more streamlined which is what parents need- something that keeps data logged and allows you to input quickly. Still need to fix the word “poppy” to “poopy”. Biggest issue, I emailed you guys and you’ve yet to respond- you billed me for an annual subscription when I only authorized a 7 day free trial. You billed me the same day I started the 7 day “free trial”. If you want to respond- please respond to my email not on here.

    Ripped off.. I had this app all of 10 minutes and was not satisfied so I deleted. I was supposed to be on a free trial but they charged me the $23.99. I would like a refund!

    Caution!. I downloaded this app on February 1, and was immediately charged the $23.99 yearly subscription no 1 week free trial. I’ve tried to cancel and adjust the app settings, but they do not work as I don’t have an a count set up and can’t create one. Additionally, the timers don’t even work unless you remain in the app when baby is sleeping or eating, all I can use my phone for is BabyTracker. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the complete lack of customer service on top of a baby tracking app that doesn’t track!

    To cancel subscription. Follow the instructions below to cancel the reoccurring subscription from your mobile device: 1. Enter your device Settings and scroll to find iTunes & App Store 2. Tap on your Apple ID 3. Tap on View Apple ID 4. Scroll to find Subscriptions 5. Under "Active" subscriptions, tap on Baby Tracker and Cancel Subscription In case anyone wants to cancel their subscription prior to being charged $24 for a year of service.

    Love/Hate This App. I would not recommend this app to anyone because it constantly crashes and you will lose all of the data you have had. I have tried this app twice because when it works properly, it’s wonderful, but after a month or so, it freezes and stops working. I could not restore the info that I had saved, so this app is ultimately crap.
