   Disappointing!!!. Only lets you track 5-6 foods/day unless you pay them tribute!!!! Garbage.

   Benefits from confusion with other apps. I was looking for an app that shares the same name, but offers extensive recipes. I mistakenly downloaded an purchased a subscription to this one before realizing the mistake. This app has no recipes. I immediately deleted the app and requested a refund, which was denied. This is not a customer service-centric approach, so I definitely cannot recommend this.

   Can’t Edit Food. There’s no way to edit food. Submitting for review does literally nothing. You can’t edit your saved recipes. Lots of missed features. App definitely a thrown-together attempt at a cash grab.

   Started good. Started of good, paid then it started getting buggy. It seems to keep increasing the amount of each macro left. No help or contact information in the app at least that’s findable.

   False advertising of paid features please read. This doesn’t really back up. The app has helped me lose weight, however is extremely flawed and my experience has soured. I have multiple issues to discuss if the developer would return my message but the biggest issue that made me review this app and ask for help is the app claims data is synced and backed up. However, when I had to reinstall it, the data did not return. I lost all my recipes (I made custom ones and imported ones I knew) all historical data, and all favorites/recents. Three months of keto organizing is gone. I have go start all over again. It even wiped my custom meal plan that was in progress. So now I have to replan my entire week. This is highly unacceptable. I will also be asking Apple for a partial refund unless the developer reaches back out and solves my issue. I will happily update this review if the developer can solve for this. It’s false adverting and unethical to say sync and backup are enabled, and my data is sitting on iCloud because I can see it, but it won’t restore into the app. Most apps have this basic feature. Other apps I use let me reinstall and hit restore from iCloud. It seems to be missing from this app. There is no option to import the old data. So I’m I to understand that if anyone upgrades their phone or needs to do a factory restore, everything just disappears? It’s false advertising and I would appreciate a response developer before I ask for a refund

    Lack of customer service. I am unable to assess the functionality of this app because the customer service is unresponsive. I wanted to upgrade to the one time payment. As indicated in the information provided. The amount indicated as $29.99; however, in the app the mount is $54.99. The information is different on the iPad. I sent a message to three customer service and my response has gone unheeded. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    New Version 8 Update is user unfriendly. The version 8 will not let you adjust serving sizes of items in the app bank of food items as the old version did. For example: Food selected is one Tbsp, but you need to adjust to 0.5 Tbsp….not possible now. Longhorn 12oz Ribeye is 1 serving, but if you only eat 6 oz you can’t change serving size to 0.5 servings or to 6 oz. This change limits the easy usability of the app I have enjoyed for years. Please change back so serving sizes can be adjusted to less than 1 whole (t, T, oz, serving, lb, etc).

    Spam and Fraudulent. I subscribed to this app. The price was 30 dollars and they charged 30 + 24.95. I want to cancel the subscription and it is impossible to contact them.

    Failure to Support. They don’t care about issues but they will take your money. Had the app for years and when yearly renewal came up I purchased the lifetime. Now I am having issues with creating some recipes but not all. The app will crash when I click save. I contact support. They say attach a video. You can’t attach videos. They then said send in an email. I sent in an email. No response so I ask and they say send again. I did 3 times. I attached all the screenshots of settings and what was emailed. No replies to emails. No replies to the support in app. Now the in app support request was closed with nothing done other than saying send an email. Years as a customer and they don’t care. No stars are deserved because if you can’t support your paying customers, do you really deserve to have them at all? I am forced to give 1 star rather than zero to submit.

It actually has me considering looking at other apps, even though I’ve paid for this one I don’t know what to do.

    Search Option Not Good. I had this app last year while on keto. It could pick up barcodes of items just as the product label showed. I could search items easily and the results would come up as requested. After downloading again, the same items that used to return a search, could no longer be found (bun less burgers from a basic chain restaurant, for one). If it is a restaurant item, it is only showing basic menu, no longer showing how we would modify with keto (subbing bread, condiments, etc). Isn’t that the whole purpose of this app? For keto? Why would I be tracking my carbs for food items filled with carbs? Also, items that would register when scanned before now I have to search to find. The information is there, so why would the barcode scan pull it up now? There’s some bugs to work out for the search options to make this a better app.

    This has become a SCAM. I’ve had this app for years, paid the ~$10 yearly pro fee. Last time I paid was a few months ago, in November. The app will no longer recognize my subscription and it has become so limited it is unusable. If you look at their web page, they list 3 subscription tiers at low costs. If you compare to their actual in-app pricing, all the costs are doubled. If you look on their App Store page, they have a confusing list of TEN tiers all at different prices for the same thing… a Pro subscription. App has taken my money and become unusable. I’m also looking at the privacy policy and they collect completely unnecessary and personal info which they did not collect in the past. They have no phone number or chat function on their web page, so they are not readily accessible. This app is transitioning to a scam. STAY AWAY! I’m requesting a refund now.

    App stuck in infinite loop of requiring an update. Upon opening app, a popup appeared (in red) saying that the current version was not supported and needs an update. After updating, a similar message appeared (now in white) that the updated version isn’t supported and needs to update, but there is no new version to update.

    Pay wall. I have had this app for years and have recommended it to others. I believe I paid for it when I originally downloaded it. It now will not let me log more than 5 foods a day without paying for a subscription. If I have to pay again, I may be looking into a new keto app to see what is out there.

    Privacy issues. Of course, I signed up but didn’t read privacy rules until afterwards. It can follow my location, any sites I go to, etc. and there doesn’t seem to be an option to shut that off. It says it doesn’t reveal “me” but still….i dont want a Keto app to know this info. Infuriating and I haven’t even made an entry yet.
