   Waste of Time. You immediately get pushed into giving up all your info and survey before they let you know that there’s absolutely no free access whatsoever and are required to start a trial

   Nice flexible app but don’t use if you want to try the subscription. Tried out the subscription and got billed double the starting amount. Didn’t know I was getting billed till the day of with an email that said the trial amount was up and I’m now getting charged more. No way to cancel the subscription in app either.

   Con Artist Behavior. They purposely logged me out and said I did not have access to my account and then proceeded to bill me for a 3-month period at full price. If that is not some of the worst deceitful behavior from a predator company, I don’t know what is!

    Fraud. They let you sign up for the free trial then make it impossible to find your subscription to cancel after the free trial so they can charge you. Wrote customer service the same day they charged me and they won’t refund me. Never used the app and I’m not going to. Don’t even sign up for a free trial or they’ll get you for your money

    30 day refund is a scam. I tried this app with a guaranteed 30 day refund. This app wasn’t for me so I cancelled within the first week. They put in so many terms and loopholes in the fine print that there is no actual 30 day refund. It’s just a scam.

    Misleading Subscription Offer and Refund Refusal. I accidentally clicked on what appeared to be a promotional offer email and was immediately charged for a subscription. I contacted customer support right away and was told the subscription would be canceled. It wasn’t. I followed up by email, expecting them to correct the mistake, but instead they hid behind their refund policy and refused to issue a refund. The entire process felt misleading and dishonest. There are many better apps online that offer similar features for free. In my opinion, this app relies on confusing offers and aggressive subscription tactics to make money rather than providing real value. I eventually had to dispute the charge through my bank. The situation became so complicated that my bank informed me they would be closing my account because of what they considered suspicious activity related to this transaction. At that point, I felt like my financial information and account security were being put at risk. I’ve deleted the app and unsubscribed from all of their marketing emails. I’m leaving this review to warn others: be extremely careful before clicking on any offer or trial because canceling and getting a refund may not be as straightforward as you expect.

    Won’t leave me alone. I signed up for this app a couple years ago for the workouts. Today I get an email marked priority as if I just signed up for “relationship healing,” congratulating me for choosing to work on my relationship and providing a “customized plan” for me. This is completely unacceptable and I never got enough benefit from the app to be worth the amount I paid.

    Do not recommend. Content is not worth what you pay for it. Also, customer service isn’t helpful. I emailed to cancel a couple weeks ago and they still charged me today (but said it would be cancelled going forward). Terrible service for them just to collect an extra $40 from me. I think most the reviews on here are spam.

    The Pilates portion was anything but Pilates. I bought a $10 course which is crazy a $10 course for 30 days for Pilates and it was everything but Pilates it was horrible. At first I like the app because it gave you workouts to do every day but then it made me pay for my workout plan and that is crazy especially when I already bought the Pilates plan.

    I would give zero stars. The app advertised a free week to try the workouts as well as offering to notify when that week was ending to prevent getting charged. I cancelled same day, yet was still charged $19.99 and their customer service team is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They do not help, try to get you to do the work for them, address you as if you are ignorant, etc. This app is not worth the headache, there are so many better ones to try!
