Can't use for free anymore. I really like this app but I used to be able to use it for free, now I can't go past the part where it asks you to start a free trial. Very disappointing because this has always been my favorite calorie tracker

I don’t want to put in my card to use the app. It was free to use.. Why would you do that. It WAS the best tracker. Why does EVERYTHING require a subscription these days? Esp when the features were previously FREE.

Not accurate. A friend recommended this app to me. I’m in my free trial, day one and it’s not accurate. When I take a picture of a product, the name is correct but the nutritional values are off. And the barcode scanning isn’t working. It’s just force quitting on me every time I use it. It’s not convenient if I have to manually input every item when it recognizes the item, but the facts aren’t matching.

No Free Version. I got a different phone and downloaded this app again only to discover I cannot get past the “free” trial. App Developer says just remember to cancel. No. Instead I will leave a one star. When an app developer FORCES a trial for a subscriptionbased product,it just makes me look and find another alternative. They hope you forget or cannot figure out how to cancel if unwanted. Just NO. I am frustrated I wasted my time downloading this app.

Disingenuous app. This app force you to pay in the fee version, there is no way to use o simple se the information without paying an initial fee, the initial offer is sometimes 2.99 or sometimes 5.99, it should be labeled as a payed app not a free app.

It does not let to use this app for free at all. So I got the app and started to log in and then it popped up a 7 day free trial that you can’t skip I tried to but no it makes you subscribe otherwise you can’t use the app I even agreed to the 7 day free trial but it makes you pay right away I’m very disappointed because I was very exited at first but now I can see I can’t use this for free and after this I will not agree to be paying an app that forces you too

Literally cannot use it without signing up for paid. Free trial sure but auto renews to a paid membership and you can’t use it or even try without setting up an auto recurring payment. Dumbest thing I’ve seen and I’m a decade like pro mobile dev, I’ve seen it all. So stupid. Clean it up and think about it

AVOID!. This app is NOT free! You cannot access it without starting up a subscription! Sure they say its 'free' and a 'free trial' but that's scammy in itself. Avoid this app and use others! Why would anyone want to start a 'free trial' without seeing the app beforehand? Why would I want to risk my money on an app I haven't seen yet? Seems scammy and suspicious! Avoid! And to top it all off, the developers want us to jump through hoops to contact customer support just to solve a problem when literally every other calorie counting app doesn't shove a paywall up to your face! Try Lose It! It's completely free and you can access the app without paying a dime! No paywalls!

Charge for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely scummy app that charged me $45 for the yearly subscription that I genuinely did not buy. Just changed my card settings around and suddenly got hit with a $45 charge without even opening the app. Once I get my money back I’ll be uninstalling and never coming back.
