   Broken Promises. When they switched to a subscription model years ago, Lumen Trails promised its old clients that they wouldn't have to pay the subscription because they purchased the full version. My version of the app wouldn’t let me Restore Purchase. The customer service agent said there's nothing they can do, I'd have to join new users as a subscriber. I said no to that, obviously. Proof of my purchase of the full version was found and acknowledged. Still no help. I kept contacting customer service over time, trying to find a solution. The girl I corresponded with who worked there responded to my understandable distress by being nasty and hateful to the point that I couldn’t use the app. My data all got deleted. I was one of your first users. I bought the full version. I bragged about your app, supported you, and your customer service girl treated me like trash. Shame on you for treating your customers like that. You Never made it right. You are the great story of failure of the App Store when it comes to treating your customers with fairness, professionalism, honesty, and decency

   No back up in 2025. I absolutely loved the program v11 and still use it, however, all back up features are now disabled. Don’t use it.

   Best App on my iPhone/iPad - Update: NO SUPPORT. I have been using Daily Tracker for several years. It has always been one of my favorite applications for reliably recording and tracking events, workouts and others, as well as reading the news, etc. 04/21/25: After having used this app for years I recently discovered problems with my iPad not being able to edit and something placing moved entries in the wrong date. I asked for help for both of these issue more than 30 days ago. No response. I can only assume they don’t care or that this is no longer supported. Deleting.

   Not Going To Use. App hasn’t been updated for over a year. There is no way to use the app without purchasing a subscription. No free trial is available. I’m not going to buy anything just to find out if it is worth the cost. Deleting it from my phone immediately.

   Very bad, please don't update it.. I updated it and it stops me from using the app at all and only asks for a $50 subscription. Worst app.

   Not free $49.99 year. I don’t mind paying for an app, but not without seeing what it can do. I don’t want to commit and then cancel. I want to look at the app, decide, then commit or delete.

   President. The app is very good however I am looking for another app that the font can be increased or decreased. Because of the this issue, I would not recommend this application.

    Not free. False advertising.. Downloaded this app that is listed as free with in app purchases. It will not let me get past the opening screen that requires either an immediate purchase OR restoration of prior purchase. Zero free about using this app. I will not try your trial because this is bad faith listing the product as free in Apple App Store to start with. Do not download, do not use and do not give this company your business given their misleading marketing practices.

    What happened to this upgrade?. I can no longer edit entries in the ap. Why? I used to be able to add onto an entry and this capability has been removed. Please bring it back.

    Updates Ruin Everything. I love this app but the latest updates have made the look messy and unfriendly. I don't want to see every day of the week, if there is nothing in that day. Plus, you can’t sort ascending order in sort by date anymore. It puts the soonest dates at the bottom. BRING BACK GROUP BY DATE please. I can only hope enough people complain and another update is rolled out. Thanks.

    Why even say it’s free?. I got a screen where I could subscribe. That’s it. It says there’s a free trial, but I haven’t even seen anything. I immediately deleted it. Oh well.

    Cheaters. I used to used this app and then they made a new subscription model and locked me out of my own data. VERY unscrupulous company. Would recommend not touching this app with a ten foot pole. Sorry I have to give it 1 star

    Dishonest app developer. Ransomware ☠️. As a user of their old app, the developers decided to redirect all their old apps to this app but not before forcing you to pay for access to your old notes even though it was free before. All my notes are locked behind a paywall after updating the old app! Literally turned the app to ransomware. AVOID! Shall complain to Apple.

    You have to pay. I resent that the app is not straight forward. I downloaded it and then it pops up demanding payment to continue. Be honest and list the price, don’t waste my time downloading, pretending it’s free.

    Everything Is Lost. Tried to sync devices, hit the wrong button, and BAM!, ten years of meticulous note taking and journal entries vanished in an instant. There should be a fail-safe to prevent this. I am SO sad and angry about this. Ten years of data gone in an instant...

    Scam to get you to buy not a free app!!!!. This app is not free to many apps like this on apple these days claiming to be free but charge you a monthly fee with you know it once you install it. Beware you have been warned.

    It’s not free, it’s $40 per year. I don’t know why the in app purchases section doesn’t show this, but the app costs $40 per year after a trial period. This should be more visible to anyone considering it. With the steep cost, there are better options. In fact, even though I have had this app for years from when it was really free, installing it on my new ipad costs $40. I am afraid to update it on my phone because I am worried it will terminate access without buying the subscription.

    Why am I paying for this?. I already have this app on my phone but I need to pay to put it on my iPad? Why would I transfer all my data to this app from all the other lumen apps I have data on that I never have paid for just to pay for it on this one that I already have on my phone?
