   Not worth a subscription. The AI tracks calories INCORRECTLY

   Lost account after years of use. I have been an avid user of this app, and have been a subscriber since they started, before updates, and before it became popular and Mainstream. Ever since the last week of April (and presumably after the 1.1 update), my account is nowhere to be found, and I cannot access it. I lost all of my history, all of my saved meals, and personal information. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and I’ve been left in the dark. This app is great and I desperately want to undo this 1-star review, but in the meantime, It’ll have to stay.

   App deleted account & membership randomly. Writing this as I try to log in every which way for my account that randomly disappeared after purchasing a year subscription. Day after purchase it asks to try premium/limit features until you hit try then it recognizes you have it but can’t actually use the premium features daily until you redo that

   Unable to access. I purchased lifetime FitnessAI which comes with fithub. It wants me to pay again and support had not offered to help. Hype but unfortunately they did not do their part as they promised! Update, I reached out as requested and did not receive any reply at all!

   App is not user-friendly at all!. I do not like this app at all! No instructions or tutorials on how to use it, it does not adjust anything after putting in your information. It charged me for a full year right off the bat! It is the worst app I haver ever come across! Will Not recommend to anyone! I wish I could give it ZERO stars!

   Misleading “Trial“ subscription. I was under the impression I would get the 3 day trial that the app stated, it charged me for the yearly subscription. I want a refund, I’m not going to use this app for a whole year, Terrible and misleading “trial” subscription

   Lost information. I was so close to completing a year with FitHub but I tried to log in today after the update and all of my data is gone. Shame. Next!

   .. It’s ok, but there’s issues i wanted to try out the free trial but you put your card in with it and that’s fine. Now I don’t know how to cancel the subscription and there’s not option.

    Great idea, horrible outcome.. I have used a lot of calorie apps in the past and thought this looked neat. Take a pic and it counts everything for you right? Wrong! Every time I take a photo of a food it’s always way off!! Doubles and sometimes triples the calories and barely ever recognizes food in the first place. This app is awful! The only way to accurately do anything is to input each nutrition fact yourself. This app is a waste of time and money. No way this should have the rating it does. Don’t buy it!!

    Scam. Hey how did I get signed up and charged for a year when I use the free trial to see what’s it about. The feedback thing in the app doesn’t work and there’s no one to reach out for the money back. Pathetic !!!

    Looks amazing but misleading. App prompts you to rate it 5 stars before you even get to use it. Pretends it’s free then only offers you a 3 day free trial and you have to sign up for a yearly membership to get the 3 days. Waste of my time unfortunately

    I want a refund. I paid for this and it is hardly accurate. I’m trying to stick to a deficit but my protein and total calories are always wrong. Taking a photo of what you’re eating is never what you’re eating. I’ll be using chat gtp to track from here on out. DISAPPOINTED

    Taking pictures of my food. When I go to take my picture of my food y’all are completely inaccurate. It would be one thing if y’all were close but yall aren’t even remotely close. I downloaded and deleted the app in the same day. Awful. Someone let me know when the picture taking gets fixed and maybe I’ll download again

    This app is a SCAM!. This app is a total scam! It literally will read the nutritional facts on a label incorrectly and provide you with the wrong macros. When interpreting pictures of meals it often is hundreds of calories off. I would NOT recommend anyone who is seriously trying to track their macros use this app. Total waste of money!

    Would not Recommend. This app is not user friendly whatsoever. None of the features work in it. Any time you search up, even common items, it has incorrect info. I even paid for the subscription which I canceled after only using two days of my free trial because of how horrible this app is. Suggest using a different app as there are better options out there.

    So inaccurate, fake reviews. So for starters, they make you review the app when signing up.. meaning, all of these 5 star reviews are fake. I tried all of the features on the same snack— 20oz of guacamole with 14 multi seed crackers. The photo feature said it was 550 calories.. The written description feature said it was 330 The voice description said it was 450 The actual calories for this snack is 220. I think the app is really dumb tbh.

    No good. You can put the weight and exact word for word brand and name of whatever food, and it can be very common items, and every single time without fail all the macros will be wrong. Sometimes drastically wrong. Every single item I put in I have to go in and edit myself. At this point might as well just be tracking on a piece of paper

    You have to pay before even trying it🤦‍♂️. It is horrible because some people need genuine help and now they have to pay to lose some weight? It would be way better to add a free version with some less ability’s and attachments. A better app is: myfitnesspal
