   Horrible. This app sucks. How do you even add food to this app? It expects you to do the calculations. Don’t bother with it. It’s a useless scam

   Constructive feedback I suppose. Used to use this app a few years ago. It was great. Now looking at the recent reviews it seems a lot of people are disappointed with it’s current state. Not trying to teach the developers their job but maybe include the ai food detection in the pro version and make the free version what it used to be? So people can pay for the convenience? Anyways I would love to see this app come back because it was a wonderful tool. Cheers!

   Money hungry. This app used to be free and simple! Now it sucks since you have to pay! Just look up what you’re eating on google at track it on your notes at this point!

   Can’t do anything unless you pay. It makes you go through the entire set up process just to find out you can’t even add any info except water intake without paying. This app used to have some great free features with some extra features understandably on a paid tier. Now it’s useless unless you subscribe.

   Subscribed, Doesn’t Work, No response from Support. Paid the yearly subscription but the app keeps asking for payment. I even setup payment for next year. App won’t let me log the macros. Sent message via the support feature, no response. Seems like there is no recourse to get a refund.

   Not MyPlate.gov. It should be illegal to name your app MyPlate, it is very misleading. I don’t know why the govt wouldn’t trademark this to protect Americans.

   Basura. Download is free, completed each step and it led me to a paid subscription. Since I did not pay, the app is useless. This used to be such an amazing app. Now, it’s trash.

    App doesn’t work. I used to have this app a long time ago and I remembered it being efficient. However, I downloaded it again today and I subscribed to the yearly plan for 49.99. The app is not letting me use the pro feature and there are many aspects of the app that don’t work. I cannot contact customer support through the app, certain tabs don’t work, and I cannot track my meals. I have tried emailing the support line and have not heard back yet. Now I’m down fifty bucks that I want back because the app doesn’t work. I would not recommend and I hope I can save some people the time and money. If someone from the app sees this I would really like my money back as I have only had the app for a day and it hasn’t worked.

    Sudden charges. I had this app when it was free just a few months ago. I stopped using it for a little while, when I came back I can’t do anything literally nothing until I agree to pay… Unfortunately that’s not within my budget I guess I’ll just have to find something else since I’m really trying to stay on track with my calories.

    Paid but not letting me use app. Hello. I payed for this app for $4.99 and expires May 31st. I went ahead and canceled my subscription so it does not renew May 31st. Now it will not let me access the app without paying again.

    Paid but no access to pro. I decide to go for it and spend the money to try this app for one year. Once I finished the typical Apple double double click for payment, the app presented the option to go ahead and manage my subscription. I taped to cancel after the year. My credit card was charged, my Apple subscriptions says my subscription ends in one year, but the MyPlate app doesn’t allow me to access anything pro unless I pay again. What?! Is this a software glitch? What else could be glitchy? But most importantly, I need a refund or access to the pro features I paid for.

    SCAM. I was duped into purchasing the yearly plan ($49.99), which resulted in nothing changing in the app and me being subsequently requested to then purchase the weekly plan. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP, it is an obvious scam I was too dumb to notice until it was too late. Currently trying to recoup my money.

    Can't access after purchasing pro. App is horrible. Paid $50 for Pro version and it's still locked. Can't restore...can't contact....still says I have 1 year membership. Can't track food. Tried to cancel same day but would still be stuck for 1 year. Waste of money! Also can't contact. Link didn't work.

    Terrible. After inputting all of my information, I had to pay for a subscription to move further. Once I did so, nothing on the app worked and it continued to as me to pay for subscription to do anything other than track water. I even reached out to their support and got no response. They basically stole $50 from me, because this app is useless to me.
