Thumbs down. Had the pro version of this app on the android platform. Requested the developer to transfer the license. Received a negative and arrogant response. Most developers are willing to help.

Rip off. I signed up when I got phone under a recommendation and the stock app was better. I got a refund in April but this app keeps charging me monthly in the middle of the month for a canceled subscription. I filed grievance with app representatives and heard nothing back, this is not worth the trouble. Terrible no response and still trying to collect money

No support. I paid for the pro version then my the place where I keep passwords was taken and i couldn’t remember my password. There is no way to reset or get help even when you message where it says contact me. So even when you pay you get no support.

Locked out. I used my Password Safe earlier today, but now I am locked out. I now get a message saying, I used the wrong password. There is apparently no way to get into this app ever again. I hate this! I have quite a few passwords in there that I’ll just have to change. This is not right.

Not happy. I purchased password safe pro less than a year ago on a phone that was stolen. I didn’t realize that my password weren’t backed up. I lost over 87 passwords. Now the app is not recognizing my new phone as a paid pro user. I am being offered the free and limited version of this app. I searched for email or contact phone information of this company to inquire how to transfer my subscription to my new phone but to no avail. I am now looking for an alternative password application.

No longer compatible. I had this installed on my mac and had to do a resinstall. I now can't redownload the application and keep on getting an error that it can't download at this time eventhough I removed the app for a clean download. I now can't retreive the backup databases from Password Safe.

Absolute Trash.. Hate to say it, but this app is trash. I’ve used other apps before that if you forget your password into the app, they provide recovery questions to get in. This one has nothing. Matter of fact, if you go to their “support” page on their website, they say “There is no back door into the app. If your password is lost, forgotten, or stolen, you must clear all data” or something to that effect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP! If you happen to forget your password into the app, or anyone gets into it, you’re done for!

Can’t carry over account from android device. App is useless because the account is not portable.

Beware of Entry Limit on Apple Devices. I used the free addition of this product on my Android phone for years and never had any issues with adding new entries; however, when I use it on my Apple iPhone XR, it blocks me from creating new entries unless I upgrade to the paid version (even if I delete some entries to ‘open up space’).

Not worth it. I take exception to the fact that iPhone users of this app are subsidizing Android users, who pay nothing. When I left an unsavory review, the snarky response from the developer said “I hope you get paid for your work”. And then he proceeded to solicit “constructive criticism”, as if my advice is free. Works both ways, pal. In the mean time, I found eWallet, which is way more feature rich than this app. Also check out Myki or Roboform or aWallet. All better choices.

Free is useless on iPhone. I used for years on Android and just switched to Apple. Android had no limit on number of passwords in Free. iPhone free version lets you only have like 20 before it forces you to buy more. Pssshhhh. What a joke. Going elsewhere

Cannot update to the pro version since 1 months. Cannot update to the pro version since 1 months cause it need iOS 13 minimum and nothing less than this... Sooooo... i lost all my passwords more more than 60.... lucky me... have to buy a new iPhone that can be upgrade on IOS13 and restore the pro version.... thank

Not same across phones. I was using this app for years on a Galaxy S21 Ultra. Loved it. Had no problems and it was easy to use. Have over 50 passwords saved through free version with ability to add more. Recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone. I’m now limited to 50 passwords unless I upgrade to the pro version. Very unhappy with this difference based on if you’re using iOS or android. Won’t be using it anymore as I can’t store all my passwords in one place like I used to.

DISAPPOINTED. I have really enjoyed password safe for the past 3 years. However, I have now purchased a new phone and downloaded this app, started moving my passwords only to find out that the developers have now limited how many passwords can be entered on the free version 😡. Now I have to find a new app and start over! If I can’t enter all of my passwords in one app then I don’t need it!!!!!
