   App is littered with bugs and glitches. Organizing and rearranging photos almost always ends up glitching, with certain photos in the album moving around and swapping places after moving around one photo or media. The app sometimes freezes as well, forcing you to exit the app and go back in.

   Phishing Scam. I tried this and entered some information and have had nothing but phishing emails ever since.

   Not good. I bought the premium. I accidentally deleted the app once I downloaded it back. It did not bring me to my account made of another account for me and I lost my premium and I’ve wasted money on this app for no reason.

   DELETES EVERYTHING!!!!. The app was doing great at first then it asked me to upgrade, which it was doing fine until it asked me to rate. I ended up not rating at the time. As soon as I did that everything in the app deleted. It says that everything is backed up on my iCloud, but there is nothing there at all.

   Randomly Lost all content. This app had been working fine until one day I opened it and everything I’d had in there was gone. I tried looking at forums and troubleshooting within the app but I can not figure out how to restore my photos. They all were deleted from my photo library when they were added to this app so I don’t have the originals anymore either. I’ve reached out to the support/admin contact twice and never got a response. I’m really bummed that I lost all these and would not recommend anybody use this app. It’s not reliable.

   Lost everything in the app. After I uploaded a particularly size-able video, the app now only crashes on startup. It won’t stay open long enough for me to discard the video so I have no way of interacting with any of the photos or videos in the app. I’ve essentially lost all of these because I had the function that deleted my photos from my gallery once it was put into the app. It’s been over 30 days so I can’t recover them. Furthermore, I decided if I payed for the subscription and uploaded them to the cloud, I could recover them from there and finally be rid of this stupid application once and for all. The iCloud sync doesnt work. I always had issues with it crashing but none like this before. Save yourself the trouble, and don’t use this folder. You’ll lose everything eventually.

    App user. I had a ton of important to ME information kept in the note section and all of it was deleted randomly. I sent an email to them with no response. I unfortunately have now lost all of that info forever.

    Not secret if you send alerts. The app works well enough if h but it sends notifications about how I haven’t put anything in my secret folder when I delete things…kind of defeats the purpose

    iCloud sync doesn’t work now,. iCloud sync doesn’t work.! It started few days ago maybe since the last version update. My photos aren’t actually synchronized. Reported two times many days ago but developer doesn’t respond.

    Ok but some improvements needed. I like that the app allows users to organize albums in subfolders of other folders. But when I try to MOVE an album with its content to a folder, the app craps out and exits. I like the way the app allows users to display contents in list or thumbnail options, but I wish the thumbnails of folders and albums were larger…they display quite tiny and are difficult to see. I like the way the app allows the user to sync contents with icloud backup; that worked fine and pretty easy. But, after I did this my in-app organization of albums in subfolders of other folders got all messed up to where there was really no point to even have that folder structure option in the first place. I wish the app had a decoy password feature, but it does not.

    Adding photos to album. When adding photos from photo album I have to restart my phone in order add photos I forgot to add the first time. That is very annoying. Is there a fix for that?

    account recovery. the app is amazing however i forgot my password and it’s impossible to get in if you forget because there is no forgot password button and they do not reply to the email attached in the description. if anyone can help me please let me know, i just need to reset my password.

    Update: Fixed Issue. Latest update broke my app. I reached out to support and they had a new release out within 48 hours. I have used this app for 2 years and it is awesome. Thank you very much for the support. I tried using the app for the first time after the recent update and now it just closes every time I sign in
