   Free version with ads is intolerable.. If you are thinking that you can deal with a few ads to have the free version, think again. Just to look at your saved media, you are forced to sit through RIDICULOUSLY long ads. It’s just not doable.

   To many ads. Have to watch a game ad for the entire length just to get access, the last ad was 2-3 minutes long, that is a long time when just trying to get a document

   Glitch in backing up. Tried several times to back and got an error message each time. I had already moved all my photos from Photo Vault app. I was worried of losing them if I reinstalled this app. Eventually, I was able to backup all photos. Reinstalled the app but could not open the backup file:,it was corrupted. I lost all the pics.

   Ads are dialed up to the max - avoid this app. This app has steadily gone down hill. There are so many ads that are constantly served to you and interrupt your screen time. It’s utterly ridiculous. What makes it worse is the price for premium is ludicrous. Find another picture vault and don’t waist your time with this app.

   Lost All My Photos & videos. Lost all of my photos & videos when my phone was stolen & needed to get a new phone. I paid for premium & everything for my thousand plus photos !!! Got ripped off! I need my stuff back! Help!!!

   This App cost me all of my photo’s. I used this app for its intended purpose and deleted all of the originals after using it for about a week without any issues. Then suddenly it completely stopped unlocking itself with Face ID and the password I set up didn’t work either. Every time I put in my email to reset the password it said invalid Email enter. Now I’ve lost all of my photos with no way of retrieving them. Worse photo hiding app ever since it hide them from me also

    Bad. Terrible, advertising comes up when you pause or zoom your video or picture! Also difficulty loading videos sometimes won't work. Of coarse no customer service!

    Why go to subscription status?. Premium status in the past was awesome, for a one time purchase, on all my other phones. Why is this premium app, now going to monthly fees? This program was and is so amazing, but I’m looking for other options now! Too bad, I’ll be looking elsewhere

    Terrible. As soon as you put your pin in it freezes I had over 100 pics saved and it said uninstalling wouldn’t delete them and that they’d be saved so I uninstalled but turns out it deleted all my pics and it still freezes.

    Since the update. My photos will no longer upload since the most recent update, usually it would take a few seconds now I’ve been waiting a while 5 mins and still nothing and it was only uploading 1 photo

    Lost me thousands of photos. Have used this app for a few years now and was delighted with it. Until I opened it one day and found ALL my photos gone. Photos it had taken me a long time to collect. Naturally i contacted to support who then asked me for my device and operating system. I supplied these and have not heard from them since, despite a reminder email. So my faith is gone.

    Questionable security. Passcode backup via email is an extremely questionable decision. App is also full of silly gimmicks and unneeded features, as well as dark UI patterns trying to get you to subscribe.

    So slow. This app seemed great at first. I needed more space and more ability to organise photos within files. I also needed unlimited iCloud storage so I didn’t need to worry about ever losing my photos. While those things are good, once you begin creating folders, and folders within those folders and you begin to organise the app slows to an absolute snails pace. Every button prompt has a long delay, every photo moved to another location takes ages. I actually timed it and it takes up to 30 seconds to transfer ONE photo to another file. I have a lot of photos yes, but the app says it has unlimited storage so there shouldn’t be any slowdown as a result of that. It’s a great idea but absolutely awful in its execution. Feels like false advertising and I regret paying money for this but I didn’t know. I’d avoid this if you have any photos over 1000 and you desire to organise. If it’s only a handful of photos it’s good enough.

    Password encryption broken. The app does not recognise my password as correct anymore and can’t access it. I followed the password recovery via email, the app shows me the correct password but when I enter it its wrong. Iphone 14

    The price is highly inflated considering its features.. Initially, it was claimed that the app allows you to hide it, but it turned out to be untrue, with the developers blaming Apple’s restrictions. Furthermore, the app does not offer an option to lock internal folders, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there is an issue when using more than one account on your phone; the app’s purchased features disappear when you switch to another account. This is annoying, especially since you’ve paid for the full features. Why should you be forced to keep one account always active on your phone to fully benefit from the app?

    Good. I’d like to appreciate the work you do but can you allow people to add some folders please
