   Extremely Confusing. This is by far the worst app I paid $10 for. You can’t copy the password from the app and paste it to the Mac laptop. You need to go to edit, select the password, copy it, cancel the edit and then that’s the only way to paste it to the laptop. The copy button is bugged and doesn’t work. The Authenticator app in the passwords is confusing and there’s two Authenticator apps. If you scan with one, then the other doesn’t work and you can get screwed or locked out of the account if you delete the wrong authenticator app. It can get confusing on which verification method through the specific app. I’m getting a refund for this. Bought it today and 5 hours later wasted my time. Use the password app in the setting iPhone provides. It does the job and keeps things simple. Don’t waste time and money.

   Needs more time in the oven. This has been release too early and is destined to fail. It’s an iPhone only app, no proper iPad support, no Windows/Mac support or browse extensions. Doesn’t even have an import ability. This app needs a lot more work and companion apps before it’s useful. 2Stables Authentication app is superb but I’m disappointed in this.

   No iPad or Mac support. App is just a blown up iPhone app on the iPad. And the developer intentionally blocked the app from running on Mac for some reason.

   Hopeful UI But Doesn’t Work. I was very hopeful for this app considering I used the mobile version first. Unfortunately the autofill feature does not work. Not as an extension feature on the Mac or is even recognized as an app in the autofill settings. It doesn’t prompt anything from within the app and the help section has little documentation on how to troubleshoot. The UI is clean and that’s something to look forward to. I think it has potential and would love to try it out again. I probably will not make the switch unless they have some lifetime payment. I’d be willing to pay top dollar for proprietary apps. That is the beauty of owning a Macintosh.

    Stinks. Even if I loved it it would get a bad rating. There are certainly plenty of other fish in the sea. I had just download the app and In the process of setting it up and I get one of those stupid questions. How are you enjoying the app so far?

    Lots of potential but missing too many features now.. This app holds a lot of promise and I’m confident that one day it will be at feature parity with the top-rated password managers. The first must-have feature is a way to import from their competitors. Most folks have hundreds of logins and they aren’t going to input them manually. Next, it needs more user control in settings. Currently, there is no way to change how long the app stays open before requiring authentication, no way to toggle the clipboard on and off, and many similar settings that are included in all good password managers. Also, it doesn’t invoke autofill in the same manner as other password managers. When you tap in any credentials window, you don’t see the familiar blue bar at the bottom to tap on to autofill your username and password. Instead, you have to click the text that appears above the keyboard. This will be a deal-breaker for many folks. Last, either make the app conform to Dynamic Text or give the user a way to control font size in the UI. It’s currently way too small for anyone who is farsighted, has vision problems, or just old eyes. My opinion is that it was rushed out the door to start making money and personally, I would have waited until it was more complete. I’ll keep revisiting it, though…because it does have a lot of potential, especially since it stores all data (encrypted) in iCloud, which I trust more than 3rd parties, audited code, or not.

    Almost 5 Stars. I switched over to the Passwords Manager after already using the Authenticator for a few years. This product would be perfect if it had a chrome browser extension. Otherwise it’s my new go to.

    Can you add epic games. So a couple month ago I enabled 2fa on Fortnite and never told me I needed a authication app or what ever it’s called, so I never got a password for that and now I can sign on to my epic games account because of that…

    Needs import function. I would be using this full time if it had a way to import from a CSV file, I’ve been waiting since the initial launch day for that feature, I’d thought I had heard it was coming in a news article showcasing its release but now it’s been so long and Im still checking the App Store listing for the feature.

    Great Potential But Won’t Switch Yet. I’ve been looking for an app that can top 1password and this one has the most potential. The benefit of using iCloud to store data is great but there are some things I think it should have prior to a full yearly commitment. Unfortunately without a Mac app or extensions for other browsers, I feel it may not be as useful as of the moment. There is a “login with” feature in 1password that surpasses most password managers which gives you the ability to declare how you authenticate an account with another. For example a lot of people use their Google or Microsoft account to log in to other accounts without the actual use of an email or password, so storing this information is crucial. This password manager should have the ability to set up verification codes on iPhone and if a Mac app is built it should have an extension feature across the entire computer, the only company I’ve seen achieve this is Secrets by Outer Corner, although a useful feature their app had to many bugs. The creation of a new vault is not clearly present unless only the creation of groups are allowed. Pulling favicons from websites is useful for branding icons. Saving software licenses is another great feature. — Best, Bastian Geiser
