   Not Working. Seemed like a decent one at first glance. Purchased lifetime. But now I see it’s not working cross device, iCloud sync not working. And app freezes up. I removed and reinstalled it but it’s the same. I guess I need to look somewhere.

   Removed my saved photos. The last update removed my photos that i had synced to iCloud, DONT UPDATE!!!!

   Bate and switch!!. Buy this for 4$, then buy the cloud backup for 1$ a month and you’re good to go right? Wrong!!! The cloud backup you just bought was only permission to allows you to buy the real cloud backup that starts at $30 a month. Bait and switch. I’m canceling and deleting 10 minutes after buying app then buying the first fake cloud backup!!! Don’t be fooled!!!

   It’s OK. So it works pretty good. There are 3 big problems now: 1) They took away the cable photo share button. Now I can’t save the photos/videos from my phone onto my mac 2) It doesn’t delete the photos/videos you just saved. Uh, every other photo vault app that I’ve tried does that. I wouldn’t think that it would be hard to do. 3) The stupid nag pop-up. I paid for ad free, but every so often when I go into the app, it pops up a nag pop-up about trying their other apps. If I said no to it once, why does it keep asking. If I wanted to try your other apps, I already would have & if the other apps also have this nag pop-up, I wouldn’t use them anyway...

   The file grows to Gigabytes!!!. I used to love this app until I realized it grows and grows to Gigabytes and it’s NOT the amount of pictures. I only have 15 pictures that only total 97 Megabytes.

   Can’t even get into the app. They released another update in the past few days, I’m still stuck on the logo page when app opens. App freezes right there. Can’t give more than 1 star…

   I USED to subscribe BOTH YOUR APPS. But since your latest update has now locked up my photos and will NOT OPEN, I am ready to cancel doing all BUSINESS with your company! THIS NEVER RESPONDS to concerns, but it continues to find ways to charge for an APP ALREADY PURCHASED AND SUBSCRIBED TO… Update: if I could give this app below 1 star I would! The company NEVER responds and I believe at this point this app is unsafe, insecure, and definitely unreliable! I have tried contacting this company several times with NO RESPONSE, I have lost photos, had folders unlocked which had been password protected and that app is constantly freezing up, each new update only seems to create more problems, which I am sure is this company’s way to get me to subscribe to their cloud services but it is NOT happening, as a matter of fact, my subscription is up in June and I will be ridding myself of this app permanently!

   App went to crap. This was an awesome app until latest update changed password with a $.99 ransom for password reset mind you that they say it’s a 1 time fee yet when you find out that the password protected folders in the app were reset as well with a 1 time $.99 reset fee. Taking the loss and dumping this extortionistic app.

    Locked my photos. App was working fine til recently something happened to the app by lock the app I can’t open it using my passcode, If I want to reset it I have to pay to do it, and I am not sure if They let my reset it or not, This is not the correct way to make money by forcing users to pay you. Developers have to do something about it ASAP

    Photo quality is worse than original one. when u save the photo from the photo app, the quality of the photo is worse than the original one. There is no option to choose the quality of the photo which is save to this app.

    WHERE ARE MY PHOTOS?. I will sue you for deleting photos. You never send me an email or something similar telling me that YOU would delete photos that I save in YOUR application

    New Version crashes. Keep away from the latest version. It crashes every time you use the main folder. Further the main folder shows the first picture without passcode. The developers of the App should all do a favor and go back to the old App which worked great!

    Wow no response from the dev when someone can no longer access photos.. Not an app I’ll use anymore, the dev lack of response to volleyball grandpa tells me everything I need to know about app. Dev seems interested in one thing only, how much can be made from customer without caring about the problems.

    Pay for Password Rest!. I have been using this app for more than two years. I usually open it using my FACE ID. After the latest update, the app asks me for the password that I set before or paying one dollar to reset it !

    App malfunctioning + misspelling. The aspect ratio of some of my photos is now off — they’re stretched. Also, the permissions prompt has the word Deny spelled as Denny — like Denny Hamlin the race car driver. It seems like the issues started at the update that included the app icon change. Can you please fix these issues? Thanks!

    Don't use... Total scam. I thought it was a secured app until the new update where it deleted all my pics and videos. The annoying thing is that I don't have any copies of them anymore. I so hate the app right now. Emailed about it 2 times now but No responses. Update: I have sent about 5 emails and still no response. All my pictures and videos are now gone thanks to this rubbish app. Please if you really love to hide you picture, this app is not even close to 0.001% to trust.

    Missing Photos. With the update, all my photos have completely disappeared. After contacting support 4 times, they finally get back to me and say to update the app again that I should see my photos. Well that didn’t help at all cause I still can’t see any of my photos. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP!

    Update has locked me out. I had Touch ID for the old version and now with the new version I can only access safe pictures and files with keypad that I created along time ago if had to unlock in front of prying eyes and now expected to pay for a forgotten password. So is it ransomware now?

    Privacy????!!!. Facing the recent update to this app w/ its purported changes and recent issues with other apps and recent updates,I decided to research the reviews. I’ve been using this app for years. Unfortunately, I never reviewed the developer’s privacy policy until I noticed a May review that noted concern about the privacy policy. I reviewed the policy and was likewise shocked. I promptly transferred all my pictures & videos from the app and deleted it. My condolences to those who suffered losses by this recent update. As noted by another recent reviewer, I question a privacy app that touts keeping prying eyes away and would be uploading private pictures & videos to its servers; especially w/o mention of encryption or other statements of security. It also appears to me that the developer’s identification has seemingly changed. “Sixbits” or whatever isn’t what I remember coming up all the time. BEWARE!!!
