   i cant make a note unless i pay for the pro?? what??. everytime i go to make a note it brings me to the purchase page and asks me to buy nl pro ITS A NOTE APP WHAT IS THERE TO PAY FOR???

   Used to love. Don’t be fooled! If you accidentally press delete - the note is gone forever! It does not back up actual notes to the cloud, it does not have a deleted folder, it does not ask you “are you sure?” and the company will not respond to any emails you send!!!

   Deleted Note. This app would be the absolute truth but I noticed a glitch of sorts. I had a note with proprietary information on it just vanish. I actually pay for all the features so I have the cloud function. Being that my files are backed up I figured to delete the app and redownload but I was looking for a deleted item function but to no avail. That’s needed for this app. Fix this!

   Erased all my notes. I just opened Note Lock and every page of notes is GONE!!! Information like passwords all disappeared.

   All my notes are gone. I have had this app for a long time and had a lot of important information on it like log in info and now its all gone i hoped on the app to try and get my log in info for a game and instead find the notes you get when you first installed the app its pissing me off that it only happened to me i checked with some other people who have the app and they dont know because theres is fine i dont know what happened please fix this otherwise im gonna have to use a different notes app

   Terrible. How do you retrieve a note you deleted. My note got hacked even with all the security it says it had and one note deleted!!!

   Notes Lost 😭. I’ve noticed that my notes have been lost and some have unreadable text that is integrated into some of them for instance this is how some of notes have converted from sentence form to something of this nature “ went Aisthe (mawhole Mwercekend” not sure what that sentence was prior to it being distorted in my notes. I’ve reached out to support and no response yet. I have missing notes and I can’t seem to retrieve what I had in here from searching words that I know were in the text of those notes and it comes up with no results from my search….and to add insult to injury I purchased the Pro version. I just need help retrieving my lost notes. What’s even worse is that I see that there was possibly an update but I NEVER received a push to update it the latest version it appears to be a whole new application because the way Apple has it an update of the app would automatically be in your update queue. This is absolutely horrible. I’ve spent years capturing notes and I see many of them missing and I was a pro subscriber so my content should have been synced and it’s not there!

   Purchased Pro. I purchased the pro version, it worked for about four days and poof, gone. Very disappointing as I REALLY LOVE the password protection on this app.

    Notes magically disappear. Do NOT put anything in this app that you will need again and do not want to loose. I’ve lost two REALLY important notes not from anything I’ve done on my end. Just poof they are gone. I have used this app almost daily and was loving it until my notes disappeared. I have tried to retrieve them to no avail. The notes app on IPhone allows you to lock notes - I’ll just be using that for now on. Sooooo disappointed!

    Got greedy. I used this app when it came out years ago and thought it was so nice to have a place to save private thoughts and entries. However I come back a few years later to see all my notes deleted except for one because I don’t have the pro version. So I lost all those entries because the developers got greedy and want money for a slightly upgraded version of notepad. News flash don’t get this unless you plan to pay 1.99 a month for a notepad. Super sad to see a good product get taken up by greed.

    Left me stranded by not updating.. Had this app for years then boom, they come out with a paid version that you must pay for and they stopped updating the original NL. Now I am stuck with no way to access very important information which is causing me to have to change all my passwords. What a rip off. At the very least when you downloaded the new pay to use NL your info would transfer over. I’ll just use the free one with iOS from now on. At least you know it will be updated

    Find a diff app. No one emails back. I redownloaded it onto my new phone and it has zero info. Can never access the app again. All info lost. Not worth it.

    Finally updated 6-30-21!. Finally updated by Apple! The old version is now operable. Save your info. Make a copy. Hopefully it never happens again. 6-29-21 Attention iapcreations! We understand your new version works with new iOS. Problem is everyone has all their data stuck in old version. After update iOS old version no longer works. Supplying new version does not help anyone with notes on old version!!! You should offer way for users to get data out of old note lock. There was no warning to upgrade version. Who will trust new version from doing this again. You shouldn’t create new version and abandon old one without notifying users that they must upgrade!

    Locked out with new iOS update. Do not get this unless you want to get locked out of your account because it isn’t compatible with the new iOS iPhone update! I’ve tried contacting support multiple times and the submission options keep saying invalid to contact them. I had a lot of important stuff in this app that I want to recover and it’s sad cause I really did like this app…

    Very disappointed. I had note lock for years, then, with the latest iPhone iOS version update, (spring 2021) I lost the ability to sign in to the app. It says that note lock needs to update to work with the new update. So much for saving notes, and find out I’m unable to retrieve them. I downloaded the new “version”, but that still doesn’t let me get my old notes back. This is a ridiculous app to have cut us off like this.

    Does not work with latest version of iOS. I have been an NL User for many years and paid to upgrade it to the pro version at some point. I used this app just a couple of weeks ago and went to access my information today only to be told that “the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS”. All of my information is unavailable and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed as a long time user. I can download the free version but that does not have any of my personal information in it that I need to access. The pro version does not work anymore.

    Needs to be updated to work with IOS 16.4. I cannot get into the app to get to any of my notes. iOS 16.4 update stopped from working and they have not fixed it or responded to any of my request for help.

    Unsatisfactory. Be careful with this application I downloaded this app couple years ago and now that they created this NL PRO I was not able to sync my information from the previous version. I tried login and it was telling me that the developer needed to update in order for it to work with iOS. Instead try using the one apple created go to settings and select password is a lot better.
