   endless tracking. In settings you can disable all sorts of tracking “request”, but not all at once, but (seriously) 90 single clicks - that takes patience, because the “deny all” button doesn’t work. Worse, after a while you check back and new “services” have appeared, and for all the new ones the setting is of course set to “allowed”. Honestly, I paid for this app to avoid such scams, not to finance them.

   Progressively Worsening. Firstly, I paid for this app years ago and didn’t get what I paid for. Now, the app just constantly cuts to black screen then boots me back to password screen. Can’t use it for even a few seconds. Lame! Update: now the browser will not go into landscape mode no matter what. Please fix this. Worst money spent!

   Was Great..... Until it wasn’t. I don’t really know where to start with this review. It was once a fake calculator app when I bough it many years ago and now it isn’t. Hell I don’t even know if this is still the version I paid for since I now see ANOTHER KYMS app by the same dev with a price tag. Either way, back when I was afraid of family members snooping around on my devices this app was near perfect. It had its own simple private browser and really easy to manage photo albums. I had it all organized, twice since I lost all of my stuff once before but I can’t remember how since it was years ago. Why bring that up? I’m glad you asked! This app has stopped working permanently once again and so far the only thing I can do right now is to delete the app and reinstall. Will it keep my stuff? I don’t know but considering I lost everything in the past it probably won’t. Ah but what about iCloud backups? I have no idea how to tell if this app is backed up or not and where to find said files. So I might be out of luck again. Don’t buy this app if you plan on using it to keep stuff safe, you’ll just end up loosing everything randomly when the app decides to not work one day

   Se me cambió la clave. Me gustaría saber cómo es posible que se me cambiara la clave si con dicha clave tenía 5 minutos que había abierto la app luego me salieron comerciales y cuando intenté volver a entrar me dice que mi clave es incorrecta

   Not good. Got this when the face was a functional calculator, little extra security for any snooping people, decided to purchase the full version, not long after they dropped the calculator face and gave it this note at all conspicuous look. Gets worse, had it installed on phone and ipad, always updated by the cloud, got new phones eventually and all files were automatically added to the app on them, no changes, got a new ipad recently, installed the app I own but the folders were never populated by the cloud, no matter how many times I installed and reinstalled it, the app shows I own all the features but my files aren’t in it, it worked on multiple devices previously, but now only on my phone, no help on their site, guess they just decided to make my previous multiple device allowed app only useable on one device. Wouldn’t recommend this product for the app face switch and the biggest flaw or purposeful restricting of devices after purchase.

    This app was perfect, until…. Well… I put so many photos, time and work into it. Deleted the app from my home, thinking I could redownload it and have my photos where they were. All gone. So much time, memorable photos lost. I am sad. Why? There’s nothing I can do it looks like

    Terrible customer support. I have had this app for several years, and I was generally satisfied. Around two months ago, it stopped working. Every time I try to open, it just immediately closes. I have reached out to customer service on several occasions and I was completely ignored. When someone finally responded via email, they gave me some boilerplate answer regarding resetting my password (and my issue has nothing to do with my password). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Latest update screwed it up & support team never respond. Used to be my favorite app but the latest update caused the app to fail to start & keep shutting down before entering the pin page. I wrote to support twice but in vein (no response) now Im struggling to get back my 12GB of missing data :(

    Used to be grate till latest update. Used to work on iPad mini until latest update (3.5.7) broke app entirely. Now it won’t even open. Very disappointed as I have been using this app for years.

    Do Not Buy - Lost Everything. With the most recent update, I’ve become locked out of the app and it immediately crashes upon trying to open it. Years of photos and videos lost. Everything. I can only hope that the developer releases a new update that fixes this problem, but that seems unlikely given their history of taking years to release changes.

    No way to contact the developer. I started using this app a few weeks ago, pains for premium, and have issues with my alphanumeric password. There’s no way to reset or to contact the developer—their website is defunct and their support link doesn’t work. Looks like I will never gain access to my vault again.

    Update locked me out of app.. I had a alphabetical password originally for signing on to the app but some update that occurred switched it to a numeric keypad only. With 4 digits! When mine originally used 6 letters...

    Well, I thought it was decent. Got this app years ago, had pictures on it, but hadn’t used the app in a few years, it’s just been sitting on my phone. Well, I opened it today and there is nothing on the app, all my pictures are just gone. I’ve searched all through the app and there’s nothing there. What’s the point of a photo vault If the vault can’t even keep pictures safe that are in the “vault”.

    Does not download on to iPhone 11 with current IOS. New update keeps it from working on iPad 4 users, just like it's twin brother. How long till it no longer works on my iPad5 (which I like less than my 4)? This planned obsolescence by Apple and it's Apps, is why I will be buying Microsoft Surface's to replace them.

    Found a bug. I’ve used this for years. I just recently changed my password and now it’s locked me out, saying that the password I changed it to is wrong (it definitely isn’t), and my old password no longer works. This would have been a 5 star review had it not locked me out.

    I am changing my 5 star review due to ads. It used to be a fun neat hideaway for privacy Unfortunately when you log in now, you immediately get video ads. Could not even get to the wallet or archive. The ads are video with no exit so they make you click through, then you have to exit and re enter the app, rinse and repeat. I deleted the app
