   Zero Customer Service!!!. I have been a Dashlane customer for about 5 years, paying for the app through the Apple App Store. Recently, the app started telling me I didn't have a license and I needed to pay to upgrade. My Dashlane account email matches my Apple account and my Apple subscriptions still shows a valid subscription. If I try to upgrade in the app anyway, it falls and says I have a subscription, but won't log me in. There is NO WAY to get a LIVE PERSON to help out. Went to the website, you have to do the AI chat bot, and it says I don't have a subscription. Tried 100 different ways, AI bot won't let me work with a live person. Sent an email to customer support and received an AI automated response saying I had to use the chat bot. HORRIBLE!!!!! I switched to another password manager without any issues. Goodbye, Dashlane! Your embrace of AI has ruined your customer experience and cost you a loyal customer.

   My data was leaked and their AI customer support won’t connect me to a human unless I re subscribe. Someone accessed my account from another country. There was no way for me to reject their request to log in. They have access to my bank account information and sensitive data. YOUR DATA IS NOT SAFE. ONCE YOU STOP SUBSCRIBING THEY OFFER NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I STILL HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ABOUT THIS. THAT IS A HUGE ISSUE.

   Dashlane Nusence review. All my passwords are in the cloud. If my ISP fails, I have no access to my passwords. It used to be I could download a comma delineated text file of all my logins just for this very reason, but I cannot find a way to do that now. So if I want to cancel my subscription, then I have lost all my passwords.

   Nearly impossible to cancel. I have been a client for many years. It is terribly difficult to cancel this subscription. Should you subscribe make sure you buy it through Apple or Google.

   Corporate Greed Strikes Again. Ditched the entirety of the free plan, just to build their platform into a paywall. Should be ashamed. Terrible company, terrible people.

   No longer works. I just paid a renewal fee...the app worked on my iPad when i pd. Two days later it won't work...says the version of my iPad is not supported??? It was supported 2 days prior...so what gives?

   Extension banned by employer. I like the app, but since dashlane switched to browser extensions(which my employer banned) it has become useless for work purposes. Will look for something else.

    Poor configuration. I have had Dashlane for a number of years of years. Problem is every time. I have sign in again it does not remember some passwords.

    Problem Changing Phones. Used this app for years; but changed phones and it was absolutely impossible to transfer my info over. Cancelled membership. Thank goodness I have Apple’s password keeper, too. Pass on this one folks.

    One Caveat. I have been using Dashlane for many years. It is reliable and easy to use. However, on the extension on my computer, I would like to have more options than “Keep me logged in for 14 days.” I would prefer to be able to request “one day” especially, but other options would be useful too.

    Long Time User. Been using DashLane for 6 years now with 5 family members all using it as well. It seamlessly updates my passwords no matter what platform I’m using and allows me to login into all my accounts. My parents are getting older and sharing passwords and having them on the same platform as me makes things so much easier when having to provide help Or share passwords. It’s pretty much a part of my daily life at this point. I use it at work on Windows, IOS, Mac, Safari, Chrome, FireFox, it works on everything. I wish I had better control for password generating and could make pass phases. Also wish I could edit my entries without having to jump into another window. It’s not perfect and it has its hiccups here and there but for the most part it’s been rock solid. Pricing is extremely fair for how many users you get on your account.

    Terrible name, but better Password Manager than LastPass and 1Pass. I have used LastPass and 1Pass on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Dashlane is better. Terrible name, but better.

    Mostly Pretty Handy. Does not seem to want to remember changes to login info automatically when on my iPhone. Computer plugin seems to prompt me, but I always have to jump through hoops on my iPhone to get it to remember a new password.

    Works better than expected!. Love this app! I love that it syncs all my devices and love that I don't have to try and remember my passwords. The best part is the password generator. It treks me when passwords are weak and creates a new one when I want it to.

    Automatic log ins. Dashlane not only remembers my passwords, but logs me in automatically. With my new iPhone X, I have had a few glitches where my password is no longer valid. This was fairly simple to fix by updating my password, which probably needed to be done anyway. It not only stores my passwords, but prompts me to change them occasionally and keeps track of the changes after it suggests the new password. I have over 210 passwords and I don’t know any of them. Fortunately I only have to remember one, my master password to log into Dashlane.
