   Image changed and I deleted app thinking it was malware!!. I’ve had this app for over a decade and it’s never changed it’s app image.. but it just changed and I thought it was a spyware app! Deleted the whole thing with all my passwords. Decades of passwords. Ruined.

   Big screw-up!. I have used this program for many many years. Version 7.3.1 corrupted text files stored under Others menu option! Apparently only very small files are supported. Please, test your releases before publishing them. Now I lost confidence that my information will not be lost forever.

   Do Not Trust or waste your time with this app. I cannot synch my contents on iPhone to two of iPads I own using iCould or over WiFi. I followed their instructions and even gave up and deleted apps then downloaded again. Nothing works. I wrote email to their support from the link they provided, comes back with delivery failure. Do not trust this app. I need to look for a better app with legitimate customer service.

   Update older version PLZ. Can’t get into my older version of app due to new iOS 15.5! It won’t open and it won’t update! All my passwords…GONE!!! No access. Email of pwdsafe@yahoo doesn’t work either.

   Title: NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS 15.1!!!!!!. After updating to Apple IOS 15.1when trying to open the app I get a message that says, "iPassword needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS." We are unable to contact the developer. The program worked great until it suddenly became unavailable after my phone updated to version 15.1"

   The BLUE version of app doesn’t work at ALL NOW! Please fix this. Please!!. I NEED help!! The original version of this app from over 8 years ago no longer works with the any iOS updates past 14.5. It’s a BLUE colored ipassword app. And that doesn’t allow any data type of backups to transfer to the pro version of the app. The passwords are not lost but I can’t open the app on my phone with the new iOS updates. Please fix this so I can get to my information. A lot of people who used that app are having the same issues. This is a great app other than this problem. I also have this pro version for different accounts and this is working still. PLEASE FIX THE BLUE VERSION OF THIS APP. THE EMAIL TO THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WORK FOR SUPPORT, the email keeps bouncing back as undeliverable.

   Can’t trust this app | Stopped working on old version. Interest how the company held the same nap, created a new app, and never allowed the backup to happen on the switch over. Lost all of my data on passwords which I’ll eventually recover but no thanks to this company. They just stopped updating for the latest version of IOS and I am forever locked out because Apple will not allow access for a simple reason. It shouldn’t be to much to ask should it? Especially since this current one is completely up to date.

    All my passwords are gone. At one point this app didn’t work on an updated iso. Now, it appears to be working, but now ALL my passwords are gone. What gives?

    Please Update iPassword to Current IOS. I used a PAID version of this app for years that I was happy with, without a warning flag prior to a recent push by Apple for an IOS update the program just stopped working and now requires the developer to update in order to open. No help anywhere to be found. Apparently, there are thousands of people like me that have lost years of saved passwords and secure data and neither Apple or this developer are doing anything to fix. Both are culpable for screwing there customer … Very Bad!!!

    UPDATE iPassword - Have some integrity. This app was previously called “iPassword” and has been changed likely because of all the negative feedback coming in from the fact that the last iOS update 14.6 will not allow you to open the app any longer. Note the copyright name on this app remains “iPassword.” Unfortunately, changing the name has meant that people are leaving bad reviews for the last few months on another developer/app with a similar name. I’ve been using this app for probably 8 years and have numerous passwords stored that I have lost. I don’t have a phone with an older iOS to try to retrieve them from either. Not only is ghosting everyone that has been using this app for years shameful, so is changing the name of the app so people leave their ranting negative reviews on another developer. Come on. Have integrity. Make this right.

    Do not purchase this app. I purchased the previous pro version 10+ years ago and with the iOS update my app be will not work because the developer will not update that version. My entire trove of log-ins and passwords gone. There is no way to contact the developer for help. Sad. Do not purchase irresponsible developer.

    Horrible! Used a previous version for 10 years that they just let slip!. I used a previous version of this app for 10 years! The app was not updated to match apple’s new version and now since my last update- I cannot access my passwords and info! There is no way to contact the developers DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY WONT LET THIS APP SLIP AS WELL!

    Does not transfer 10 years of passwords from previous app.. 10 years of passwords locked up in the precursor app to this one. Same developer let the old app completely die, hasn’t updated in three years, and now it’s not compatible with iOS 14.5. No warnings to any users. Completely unacceptable.

    You will lose access to your passwords!. Like many other reviewers I used a previous version of this app that is no longer supported in IOS 14.5 as a result I cannot access a decades worth of passwords and important information. Multiple attempts to contact the vendor have gone unanswered. Ask yourself one question before you buy this app, do you want to risk that they will do the same to you and your sensitive information?

    NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS 14.5!!!!!!. I’ve had my ipassword 5 years and have all my passwords stored in there. With the recent update I am no longer able to access any of my information. The message that pops up is the software app developer needs to update. Nothing to do with Apple - Ipassword itself needs to update their app to be able to accept this update from Apple. I purchased this new version of Ipassword hoping the data would simply transfer over but …not the case. Unable to contact the developer and wishing they had at least warned us of this so I could’ve retrieved my passwords before I was locked out. This makes me not want to use them again. Would hate for this to happen again or to anyone else!

    Please update the app so I can access years of passwords. I have an older version of this app on my phone with a vault icon and titled iPassword. With the new Apple iOS update the app is no longer supported and I cannot access years of passwords. Developer please please provide an update!
