   Too bad. Almost each time it shows connection lost. Which is too bad.

   Buggy. Was always buggy. Had to type in my password twice for like 6 months. Now they fixed that because it doesn’t work at all. I can log in online in the website but not on the app

   Better on android. Using an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS. The app crashes every time I open it or has trouble with opening. The app works perfectly on my android device so I’m not sure why it doesn’t on iPhone.

   App is constantly hanging on iOS 16. App is hanging on iOS 16, iPhone 13 Pro. It only work the first time, then the second time, the screen just blank. Have to restart the app to make it work again.

   Does not work on iPad Pro. I downloaded this and after excruciating pain of creating a master password, the app opened, but I cannot add any new passwords!!!

   Very difficult to use. Good luck trying to just use this as a password storage tool. I clicked free for life but somehow they put you automatically on a paid plan. I reached out to support to see how I log in to change the subscription back to free and they were unable to assist. Run from this app...

   iPhone iPad app don’t work. Have submitted a bug saying authentication with gmail throws an error and I got a response from the support team that it will be fixed soon. It’s been a month and so far no action.

   Can't sign in. Appears to be stuck in some sort of a loop. It says "We have sent a login verification request to your mobile device" and to open oneauth application to scan your face. Tried logging into oneauth and I get the exact same notice.

    Keeps on crashing even with the update. No need to say more. Had wished this update would fix the problem.

    Be Forwarned. I spent 9 hours setting up this program only to find out this is a password management program for PAID Zoho users only. If you share a password outside your group (paid Zoho users) then the program GIVES them your password!! I have now been on th euphonium with Apple for over an hour. No one can figure out how to get the software off my computer. Not even a top level advisor!

    Please fix my passwords!. The app was working fine until the lates iOS update. There is a problem that all passwords in the app are unreadable now. Web version works fine. Please fix asap

    Don’t bother is you are not a company. If you are in individual looking for a password manager this is not for you. It part of a suite of products for businesses. Setup from the website is a mess. Interfaces are flakey. Not designed to be easy to use at all. Look elsewhere for a password manager.

    Does not work w iPad. Newest version does not work on my iPad Air. App starts to open then quits. Previous version worked fine. Newest version works on my iPhone 6Plus.

    New version doesn't work!!!. The latest version doesn't work on iOS 10. I can authenticate and see all of the secrets but if I select one it crashes.

    Disaster. I’d rather not give this any stars. Looking around for a simple password manager for some friends so thought I’d try this out before recommending it. Downloaded the app, put in my info, verified email, added my mobile number. Now when I sign in all I get is a screen saying Invalid Client Client ID passed does not exist and an image of a barrier. Can’t delete anything as I can’t sign in. Tried password sign in and email. OTP sign in. Total waste of time and I now need to work out a way of deleting all my details from their server. iPhone 13 Pro IOS 16.6

    Useless for Macbook Air…. Writing this specifically for use on Macbook Air M2. Can’t even sign into the app; i click “sign in” and it just… does nothing. So can’t even use it

    All entries keep getting scrambled. Have tried this app on an iPhone 6S+ running iOS 14.1 but all my entries keep getting scrambled after a few days. Don’t recommend.

    Not Free. I downloaded this under the impression that this was a free version. But after 15 days they ask for paymen to continue use. Not a transparent transaction, so I gave it 2 stars.

    Editing. You still have a ways to go. For one thing, when I hit the button to edit something, the app just crashes and goes off. Secondly, I can’t find an option to use an app I have on my phone; it has to have an http:// site to go to. It is very aggravating and difficult to use.

    App crashes when putting in secret. I am currently testing this for enterprise use and every time I go to insert a secret the app crashes. No report shows in the logs or in audit from the admin console.

    This App is missing a key feature. Sharing passwords with other members of the team using Vault would make this a killer app. LastPass has this feature. I use Zoho One but can’t use vault with my team due to lack of sharing. So this is not different to a spreadsheet with a password. V disappointing from such a visionary company.

    Fix your UI on iPad. To the dev response to my previous review. Iphone does let you configure touch ID. But that feature is missing on iPad. When you click the settings button you just get a pop up with like 4 basic settings to adjust. But no way to configure security settings such as Touch ID or Face ID. This app needs a lot of work and there’s some really good examples out there of how it should work...
