   WTF. I suddenly find all my notes being held hostage unless I pay $9.99. I searched my email and found my original purchase receipt from 2013 for unlimited use. I tried “restore purchases “ that was mentioned in another review to no avail. So now I’m just out of 13 years of notes? WTF.

   Found a way to bypass the encryption. Indirectly, by accident, I discovered vulnerability that bypasses the encryption passcode/password when opening the app. Connecting it to the new Apple Devices app, initiating an encrypted backup and canceling the backup to PC mid-way. Once reopening the app there is no password prompt and I had direct access to all my notes. And I hadn’t opened this app in over 6 months. I’m not so confident about this app any longer.

   Don’t forget your password!. If you forget your password on this app there is absolutely no way to reset it and now I can’t even get into my own app

   Can’t be locked?. Can’t lock the individual note or the app itself. I tried to turn my phone screen off and on again. Still I can open the app with no password lol

   Pay for an app and then it gets downgraded.. I believe it is illegal for these companies to do this. You pay for an app with no restrictions. Then they go in after the fact and add limits. You removed functionality that was previously paid for. Paid for a lifetime license so I was bait and switched. People should lodge complaints with their Attorney General and I am pretty sure they will restore your functionality. To those who say it was $2.99. Who cares, they removed a function that was already paid for.

    DO NOT GET!!!!. I got this app for private notes and wrote down my password somewhere safe. It worked for 2 days, after that it is telling me wrong password and will not let me in. Important notes forever gone. Avoid this scam.

    Deceptive. Data not collected is a lie. How is that possible for stored data on one device to carry over to another especially if the app is not linked to iCloud? That's only possible if the saved data in the apps by this developer are stored on the company's servers somewhere. And we all know that means not e2ee. Would not trust this if you want your things stored privately.

    Everything is gone. To the devs, I have PRO. Paid for it years ago. It was always fine until recently. It’s all GONE!!!!!! Download this app if you want to lose every note you ever put in here. I paid for off site storage, but there is nothing there! Not only did my phone app not sync with my iPad. After i deleted and reinstalled this app it lost all my info AND ALL MY NOTES. Went to my iPad, however the most recent notes are not synced from my phone. I’m not the only one with this issue and it looks like the devs don’t give a hoot. I paid for this app to lose all my stuff!!!!

    Deleted my notes after one day. All my notes are gone. I logged back on today to check after creating two notes and they’re gone. Refreshed the app and nothing came back, When I deleted the app and redownloaded it, it made me make a new account. I’m beyond upset

    Aggravating. Made notes and every time I open the app there are no notes. At this point it's useless to me because I can't see the notes I've made age I can't make any more bear I've "used my the free notes". Also can't Sheree my the notes to make new ones because they're fine. So unfriendly fur me, it's trash

    Frustrated. I was happy to find and happy with this app initially. I moved an important file to me here after years in a regular notepad. Two months later it has vanished. I access it frequently and am dumbfounded. The developers have not responded to inquiries. I am deleting this app and would caution you all before relying on it, especially if you’ve been using something that already works.

    Not a good app. I had written several notes but it only saved the contents of the first one. The only thing was saved from the others was the tiles. It erased everything else from them. 😒

    Unreliable. Very unreliable. Does not even consistently list notes that have been previously created and edited. They are seemingly lost. Notes just cannot be secure on this poorly designed app… I’m done.

    No directions or functions work. I made one page of notes. Came back a couple months later to add another page but am unable to figure out how to do such a simple task. The red plus symbol seemed like that would have been the way to go but it doesn’t respond. No directions. I even selected the upgrade button to see if that is why it wouldn’t work, even that didn’t work. I am out!

    Terrible app HOW DO YOU USE THE APP. Absolutely terrible. There is no way to figure out how to transfer your notes to the secured notes app. There is basically no instructions at all with minimal on the screen period.
