   Keeps scrambling my password database. Keeps scrambling my password database. Fortunately it’s in Dropbox so I could restore the previous version. Unusable for me sadly.

   Changes only for the sake of money. Used to be, you could open up a copy of your database using local file now you can’t now you have to pay and store it on a cloud for a monthly fee zero stars

   Your upgrade to pw2 lost 14 years worth of passwords. The upgrade to PWSafe 2 erased all my passwords. I have tried all types of troubleshooting including purchasing more iCloud storage, subscription to dropbox and another subscription for password safe and nothing has helped so now I’m out all of my passwords and $15. Better get it back up to your back up if you want to use this app.

   Very good. I depend on it constantly. Affordable and functional. I like it and have no problems with it. Addendum. Suddenly cannot access anything in the app. Devastating.

    Pay for everything. Disappointed. I’m a password safe user since 2010, windows version from the creator, always free. Now, this company releases an iOS version at 2.99… not happy but since I was in a hurry…ok buy! Sooo Disappointed minutes later when I discovered, after purchase, that I need to spend another 2.99 to be able to get MY database from Dropbox and keep it synchronized. Don’t get my wrong, I appreciate the developer effort, but dude… you are charging money for features that should be free, considering the base source code which is open source and free.

    Pw safe. When I updated my iPhone 12 Pro my pw safe1 app won’t open now. I downloaded pw safe2 app but can only get half of my passwords back. Very frustrating.

    It will get you….. Used this for years and would have sworn by it, then EVERYTHING just disappeared. No idea what happened. One day i had hundreds of passwords, SS#’s, bank account numbers, everything, next day the safe was GONE. No amount of internet help has helped…. So I’m at the “forgot password” stage for everything i own. I don’t know what’s better, but i recommend something else.

    All passwords lost, TWICE. I’ve had enough of this broken app. I’ve lost my passwords twice now, and they say they can’t do anything to recover them. After this most recent wipe (after a simple software upgrade for my phone), I’m tired of trying to recover something that THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP SAFE. Why am I even paying for this app?! 0 star rating, please.

    Needs to be updated. Password Safe needs to be updated to latest IOS. In order to open the app, I have to 1. go to the App Store 2. search for PWSafe 3. click “Open” (not “Download - because I have the latest version - but it won’t open on its own) 4. choose “Upgrade” - then it opens the app I have on my phone. A real pain in the lower region.

    Horrible. Used for years. Then updated app as instructed and everything was lost! I no longer have any access to my passwords and not backed up on cloud as they say.

    Ransom ware. They lock me out of my existing safe, so now after paying for the update I can’t use it because the password I need is in the old locked version.

    Horrible upgrade. Bad process for upgrading to new app and if you are unable to access old app. Basically, they hold your information hostage and make it difficult to retrieve. Shady app developers. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE!!!

    Lost Everything. Used to love the old app. Had to pay to upgrade to both the new version plus Dropbox and now can’t get in. Why would it make me upgrade to Dropbox anyway? I open the PW2 app, try to link to PW1 and it then gives me an error saying I need to upgrade. I have lost every single username and password I had (50+) and there’s been ZERO response from support.

    App needs to be updated by developer. So now I can’t even get my passwords because it pops up a box saying the developer needs to update so it can function on the new iOS. Ugh….frustrating
