   Terrible app support. If you lose your password you can’t do anything and you are on your own. Password reset has to be there, doesn’t make sense.

   it was good until…. the app overall is ok for a video and photo hider but when i uploaded 300 videos to the app and it asked me if i wanted to delete them from my phone which i did and everything was fine then the next day all of the sudden there all gon and it just shows a blank thumbnail for all my videos and i can’t play them and i can’t retrieve the videos from my phone because the app already deleted them so thanks a lot.

   Bounce photos cannot be played???!!!!. I loop short clips of my daily life and my daughter and 2 sons and I can’t play the 100’s of videos I saved??!!

    It sucks 🤬. You can’t even have the amount of photos that you need like you could need a lot of storage but you have to pay for it or watch videos. W hich I don’t get it all and I just find it really really stupid.

    Keeps crashing. I love this app. I have many pics but every time that I open the app and try to scroll down, it keeps crashing. It is very frustrating. I need to move and delete more pics but it’s hard to do when it keeps crashing.

    Ads and limited storage. Does upgrade to unlimited will remove ads too? If so i will purchase else i have to pay 3.99 for unlimited and more for ads remove thats too many for a simple app. Also recommend features like: - albums lock individually instead of app lock - slide down on picture to go back to album. Currently on works on the first and the last pic - slide on thumbnails to select multiple pictures. - pictures, albums should not be deleted without permission or warning. Specially locked albums to be deleted with touch Id - peek and pop - smoother animation - 3D touch for more options - view photos details like name, date, size, resolution etc - select multiple pics to delete - Gifs support import and export I guess this would do for now. Not sure if you guys will add any of this or not.

    Decent App. I swear, I sent multiple photos/vids to this app through my old IPhone, and eventually I couldn’t turn it back on again but when I got my new phone, I realized that I’m missing them. I wonder what truly happened.

    Only problem I found so far. I very much enjoy this app. It’s been great for me. I’ve paid the $3.99 and have tons of photos in tons of different albums and it works great. So far the only problem I have found is that when I go to take a photo out of an album and put it back on my iPhone, the date does not save as the original. It’s very frustrating for me because I needed the original timestamp on the photo, but I needed them off of my phone for the time being. I don’t know if that is a problem that can be fixed or not.

    Good but needs improvement. The app is so far good with the autoplaying videos but the two major improvement and one minor improvement this app needs are: 1) allow users to “one click” favorite the currently playing video or “one click” delete the currently playing video. This will make it easy to group videos when filtering out unwanted files. 2) allow users to control video playback speed so users are able to play a video at higher or lower speed 3) allow users to skip to next video from the full screen mode. If this features are added I am sure a lot more customers will be using this app. I will update my review if the feature gets rolled out…

    Can’t open the app. I really love this app and I’ve been using it for so long, however recently I cannot open the app. Whenever I try to open the app, it starts to load but the app itself automatically shuts down. I really need the picture that I saved in this app, so I hope it gets fixed soon.

    App crashing and will not open!. After an update, I believe, my app has stopped opening, and I meet with a crash. The app does not open at all, and it takes me back to my home screen. How do I fix this? Do I need to delete the app, and if so do all of my photos and video stay in the app?

    PERFECT WHILE IT LASTS UNTIL YOU MAKE A WRONG MOVE!?. I was always relaying on this app to save my baby photos and my videos of me when I was younger. Until I made a terrible mistake, I regret soo much till this day. I deleted the app on accident.!I wasn’t able to get them back with was absolutely devastating 😩😩 I am absolutely heartbroken after this 😭😭😪💔💔

    Good app but needs a few things….. Works great but it needs few things: #1 The ability to see file names. #2 The ability to sort photos/videos by their file names. I order my photos by name and need the ability to sort by their name and not the date. #3 The ability select all.
