Used to be Free now a scam. I had this app since 2015 and stopped using it for a year and now to make a profile they want to charge a subscription to just “try it out”?. No thank you. If they really cared about women, then they would show it.

Updated ruined it. Before Eve merged with whoever they merged with this app was great! Always accurate & super simple to use. Now it’s complicated & inaccurate so I don’t want to use it anymore. I used this app for at least 10 years. You can’t even look so see when your period is coming months in advance anymore.

Used to be good awful now. It didn’t store my data or logged out from the account, constantly asking to upgrade to the purchase one, used to use it three years ago very well but now it is frustrating and want to change it

Used to love this app. I used to use this app all the time and it was actually fun to log (I know that sounds weird but it’s true) ig I’m also sentimental cuz I found out I was pregnant with the app and it was amazing. But after they teamed up with glow or whatever this app has become a nightmare. Impossible to get through all the ads just to log a stupid period there’s just too much going on I’m going to delete it because most the time it’s not even accurate. Also just bc I didn’t log the last month it wouldn’t show me when my period would’ve been which it always used to do when I would forget and didn’t show me when I would start. So sad just going to delete the app now because it’s too much of a pain.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve used this app for years and this is the SECOND TIME that I have have opened this app and all my data was gone with no warning. Now everytime I open the app it asks me to log in and go through setting up the app like it’s my first time using it , I’m guessing because they want me to pay to use the premium version…Don’t waste your time with this one, there are more reliable period trackers out there.

I’m deleting this. I’ve had this app for so many years…. It’s become so unusable thanks to the constant pop ups and difficult navigation. It’s to the point that I just don’t track symptoms anymore-just period start date-because it’s frustrating to use. There’s absolutely no reason for me to have to click through 2-3 pop-ups just to enter my daily tracking. Additionally, I paid for the lifetime subscription many years ago and they’ve completely disregarded this. After nearly a year of not using this app to its full potential, I’m ready to delete it and try something else.

Not worth it. Forces you to do the premium version and charges you. It should be free since the fine print says they can use your data for studies and research purposes
- ★★★★★ads and paywalls at every turn
Great tracker but they bombard you with membership. Seriously Everytime I try to open the app to see my upcoming period they give you 4 back to back pop ups of their membership.

Too many advertisement. Used to be more friendly to enter info, now is many windows opening at the same time plus advertising and month is not easily accessible, i regret buying it again

Use to be a good app. Use to love this app so much before they updated it and now it’s so confusing and to much going on

Horrible UPDATE. This update made a simple to read app into something entirely complexed for no reason at all!!!

Used for years deleting now. It made me re-log in and asked me so many questions and all the years of tracking my cycle are gone and they want me to pay for it. I hate the update it’s so complicated and extra just to track a cycle and the only reason I stayed was because I’ve stored all my info on this app. It’s now gone with 0 explanation so I have 0 reason to stay especially now that they’re charging me for what I do not want….

Horrible. Every single update made for this app makes the UI and UX horrid and basic information harder to access. It’s not even easy to see what day of my cycle I’m currently on or to see a calendar of my cycles without a paywall appearing. To top it off, any time you open the app you get a huge banner to buy the premium version and have to close it out every single time. Tldr, useful feature is stuck behind a paywall. Will be deleting this app soon.

No More Comprehensive Health Information. I have had this app since 2018, and it had been wonderful to track my cycle as I approach peri-menopause. The latest update takes this from a useful tool with information on sexual health and wellness, contraception, and family planning to a pretty single-use app that blares: “YOU SHOULD BE GETTING PREGNANT NOW!” Nope. I am out of my child bearing years, and regret ever giving them a dime. This app is downright scary at this point for anyone in the USA with a uterus. Time for us all to go back to paper journals that can’t be subpoenaed.

What happened?. I’ve used this app for years and since this huge “update” the app sucks. It never loads or run smoothly. I hardly use it anymore… I hope they figure it out, otherwise I’m on to use something new.

Go back!!. I have used this app for almost ten years and it was so cute and simple back then. The new update just makes it feel like temu or some other app like that, it’s too many pop-ups and ad’s. It’s very overstimulating! It just a cycle tracking app and it’s been overloaded with what seems to me to be kind of pointless. Just rethink this for us, im going to find another app in the meantime Some things are just better left alone.

Glow members since 2017. The original app was way better. Told you facts about the female body and sometimes the male body but it no longer does that after they sold. It also gave you daily horoscopes that were fun to read and would say which hormones were higher or lower during your cycle and how they affected your mood. I bought the add version in like 2018 so I could also access the other accessories in the app ( those are now gone) and now when I open the app I get freaking ADDS telling me to buy gummies or pregnancy tests. I don’t even wanna get pregnant. I got the app to track my periods. So in conclusion, it’s not a bad app it’s just not the app I invested in years ago.

Why no option to turn off the pregnancy content?. I enjoyed Eve when it actually allowed me to track my cycle. Now that purpose is so deeply hidden by five pop ups to subscribe to random fertility tracking options and all of the pregnancy content, that I cannot use the app without being bombarded. It’s hard to even find the location to track my cycle because the app locks me into basal temperature measuring purchases without an option to exit. It’s essentially useless if you’re using it for anything other than pregnancy and fertility tracking. If you just want to log symptoms and track your cycle, I highly suggest you pick a different app. I will be abandoning it after nearly 9 years of use due to this. Very unfortunate

Completely Disenchanted. To the greedy and predatory marketing team, I received a notification that as a reward for over 10 years of use, I had access to an exclusive offer of $2.99/month subscription to premium. (Or I guess you all have vacillated back to selling out to Glow.) To my surprise, I was charged ~$35 + a processing fee. Upon further research, I learned that I wasn’t the only one who has fallen victim to your misleading ads. This approach to advertising and notifications is intolerable. There’s no reason to be dishonest or steal. What was the point of congratulating me on consecutive years of use, if this is how you are going to treat your “valued customers”?! This has caused me great distress, as I anticipated a ~$3 charge and not ~$35. After contacting Apple who will take a max 48 hrs to process a verdict and then another 48 hrs to potentially wire a refund. Which cannot be expedited since it is an automated system. I will be incurring an overdraft fee from my bank. That I cannot afford, because these are horrid times, on top of the initial charge. This process has completely disenchanted me from the previously met expectations of this app. And quite frankly, ever since the name change and collaboration, I have noticed a shift in practices that I believe have no place in a period tracker app. If you would stoop this low, I am deeply suspicious of how my sensitive data and medical information is being handled. This needs to change.

Im “too young”. I was trying to log in as a 12 year old and put in my real birthday but it said i had to be 16 to use it and now i cant get rid of the app. Thank you for taking up space.

Lost over 3 years of period data. The app said it was “upgrading” with another app and when it finished loading it gave me the option to pay for a subscription and when I chose not to it erased ALL of my period data that I have been religiously keeping track of because of my PCOS. Huge bummer. Also starting last year the pay walls completely ruined the app experience for me, I used to pay and cancelled because there wasnt much benefit for me since I was mostly tracking symptoms and the free version was good anyways and suddenly I couldnt scroll two pages without an annoying Temu style ad popping up asking me to upgrade. I guess its been a long time coming since I wanted to switch apps I just didnt want to start over because I had so many years logged. Now I have no choice. Goodbye forever, Eve.

This used to be good. This used to be good but now it’s terrible. I counted four pop-ups before I was even able to enter the app and check the calendar. it seems that every corner they’re trying to upsell you on another feature or plan, there’s no sense of focus or priority for the thing I use it for which is essentially tracking my cycles. At the very least, this should be a basic period tracker, now it’s busy with all of these promos and extra features that I don’t care about. I downloaded this app years ago because I needed a basic utility to check my cycles now I dread opening it up because of all the noise and I’m considering starting on a new platform altogether even if it means losing years of tracking. Update: yeah I’m sick of it, today is my last time tracking with them. I’m picking a new platform or just using the one on my phone. Again, I shouldn’t have to dismiss so many things just to do the core thing I came here for, not to mention figuring out how to log my period took a couple tries too many.

Horrible once your actually pregnant. The baby registry feature is absolutely terrible and the community feature will give you way more anxiety than help you. The other people who respond on community are quite literally the biggest jerks I’ve ever seen

Unfortunate merge. Unfortunately Glow has ruined what was once a wonderful app. I’ve been a user of Eve since 2017 and have always loved how easy and user friendly the app was. Now simply adding a new period is a chore. I’m not sure what Glow’s plan is for Eve but your team needs to take heed to the critiques from your long time users or you will lose a large portion of us. Please bring back the old Eve, the new updates are terrible.

App has gone downhill. This app tanked after it got bought out by another company. It’s not primarily focused on ovulation and getting pregnant. I have to click through 4 or 5 pop-ups trying to get me pregnant just so I can make it to the page to log my periods. The new layout is clumsy and they have cut a lot of the features or put them behind a paywall now. I believe this is also one of the companies that will sell your data, endangering private info people have posted to the question wall. Really disappointed, am going to transfer my 10 years of period data I’ve logged on this app to another, safer app when I have time.

Annoying. Too many pop ups trying to get me to pay. Just let me tack my period
- ★★★★★ads and paywalls at every turn
So many ads. I have used Eve for probably more than five years and I used to love it. It was super easy to use and basic. Now I can barely use it. There are constant ads popping up trying to make you pay. It’s ridiculous.

Used to be a great app. This app used to be AMAZING. My fiancé even loved it and would always ask me “what does Eve say?” when I would mention symptoms I was feeling during PMS. It was great at accurately tracking periods. It had a lot of cool information/knowledge, fun quizzes and even predicted how you may be feeling day to day. Now it’s confusing and you have to pay for none of these features that it use to have. Such a shame but I will no longer be using it.

Bring back the old EVE. The update killed the app for me. I’m a member and I’ve had this app for years. I looked forward to reading the gems and all the different topics and I loved everything about it. This new GLOW update is terrible and just focuses on getting pregnant which I’m not looking for. Bring back the old format please or at least give the option to undo this update
