   Not Built to Last. Apparently, if you stop using the ring for a few months, the battery dies completely and the ring becomes unusable. The only solution they offered was to purchase a new one, very disappointing.

   Annoyed. I just got this ring last week to check my bbt but when I charged it over night and put it on today, it stopped keeping up with my bbt and said it’s unable to sync. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling and unpairing and repairing. Still doesn’t work. I contacted support but they’re taking forever to respond. Not satisfied. They also apparently updated the app and they’re still having issues. I do t get why this ring is $200. I want a refund if they can’t fix it by the end of the day.

   Ovulation % is not accurate. This app was the most wasted time, energy and money. The test strips you used and scanned in gave you a % of ovulation but depending on the app, the same pee strip could be 140% or 200%… umm thats a pretty big difference.

    It’s ok.. It’s always to purchase. I wanted to see when I can get pregnant but of course it’s asking for your info to pay for the sub. No thanks.

    Too many technical difficulties, but good app design. I love the app setup and was really excited for a Bluetooth syncing option. I ordered the Femometer ring, which within a few weeks started having issues and was not accurately taking my temp. They exchanged the ring for me, which I’m super grateful for. The second ring accurately took my temperature, but then the app was not successfully syncing AND saving my data. I realized no data saved when I went to look at my monthly chart a few weeks later and it was empty (big bummer). I ordered their Bluetooth thermometer, hoping it might work better, but ran into the same issues. It stopped working and died after 3 weeks of use. I would not recommend Femometer, as there are too many technical issues, and I couldn’t track my temperatures and cycle effectively.

    PROMOTES USE OF PORN. This app promotes the use of porn. “The Human Trafficking Hotline identifies pornography (939 cases) as the top-ranked industry for sex trafficking.” Do not support this app. I was so excited for this app to start charting my BBT for NFP. I will be taking my service elsewhere. What a disappointment.

    Absolutely terrible! Broken RING!!!. I’m so upset with myself that I was so desperate so I bought the dumb ring before reading any reviews! Every single review THATS NOT SPONSORED is a woman that can’t connect it! It DOES NOT CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH NO MATTER WHAT STEPS OR TROUBLESHOOTING you do! I tried 3 different phones (mine , hubs, and daughters ) iPhone and androids. It blinks red it’s charging - it seems to be all working except to connect to my dang app! Shipping took FOREVER!!! And now all I can do is send a email and wait for someone to eventually get back, and yes I’m looking every hour and yes my emails are not full! I want a refund I DO NOT WANT THIS BROKEN RING! No wonder there are NO VIDEOS OR REAL REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE!!! Caution TTC mamas because we are desperate and they know that! If I don’t hear back I’m Making a claim with my bank 100%

    DONT DOWNLOAD. Ridicules. I used a fete trail and then canceled it and then removed the app well it made me pay a whole year when I don’t even have nor use the app. Don’t download this.

    Only can use features if you buy them.. It’s literally a regular period tracker unless you buy all the special features. Only after you buy everything do you actually get to use the app for what it is for.

    Update broke the ring??. Not sure what happened in the past few days, but the ring no longer shares temperature readings (“no finger temperature today” for the past few days) despite nothing changing except for installing the recent update. This was a 5 star app for me until it stopped performing its basic function. Please fix.

    Bluetooth is bad. The thermometer connects to the app MAYBE 20% of the time. I have the Vinca II and it’s nearly impossible to track my data on the app due to the poor connectivity. I spend about 10 minutes each morning having to redownload the app and troubleshooting the whole process so it’s not worth it but I already spent the money. I wouldn’t recommend using this method, just buy a thermometer and track in a journal.

    WORST RING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not know how this has so many ratings. There is no way to contact a live person for support. I bought the ring, which is expensive, and less than a month now it won’t work, won’t charge, won’t sync. No one will answer or help.

    Get Ovia instead. This app is just annoying. It works, but there’s notifications you can’t delete, constant promotions, and surprise renewals/orders. And they email you too much. It’s difficult to cancel. Do yourself a favor and go with Ovia.
