   There’s better apps. Don’t forget to delete this subscription before the free trial ends!!!! They must be hurting for $ to not refund customers if purchased by accident!!!! RIDICULOUS! And the app itself isn’t that great unless you spend an arm and a leg on it then it MAY be.

   Shameful. No significant insights provided, and agressive push towards premium subscription. The app includes a picture of the non-premium user looking depressed and forlorn, describing her as “alone”. It isn’t enough that users are paying to get 50 pack test strips separately, or that there is still revenue generated from the sale of their data, and ads, the app feels the need to lean into women’s anxiety about their health at a very vulnerable time and push to drain them of more funds. For shame.

   Why sell menopause strips?. Bought the menopause strips to try and track things.. but it seems this app is only for tracking for fertility. Why sell the strips if not set up for the older woman who aren’t getting pregnant?

   The constant updates blow. I love the app and all the things it does but I can’t stand the app constantly needing to be updated.. so I update it and suddenly my account just can’t be found and logged into. I don’t want to get rid of the app cause I do truly love it but this is out of control

   Incorrect data and no support. I am very unhappy with this app. The data is not accurate or supportive for me. I tried the free trial hoping it would improve the app and there is no way to cancel it, so now I’ve been charged $70 with no help from the App Store and no response from Pregmate support. The subscription manager within the app doesn’t load and the app support button takes you to their product shop page. Please stay away from this app and company.

   Updated today and lost all my history. I am so upset I went to update one of my tests on the app And said I needed an update so I updated and when I clicked on it and it prompted me to login, but I do not remember what email or anything that I use now I went through all of my emails and everything don’t have any record of any account that I ever made try to use all of my emails and it’s telling me to create the account like if none of my emails were …so now all of my history has been deleted and I’m so upset because everything was saved on the app. I’ve been working since September of last year to understand my cycle and everything was noted on the app and I’m so upset.

    USER BEWARE. I purchased the strips from this brand and was prompted to download their app and sign up for their free trial in order to be able to use the strips to their full functionality. I was trying to use these ovulation strips alongside another fertility monitor that provided an entirely FREE to use APP. After a few days my other fertility monitor and app were able to confirm a strong LH rise that matched my symptoms and these strips and app continued to say there was no rise. I immediately stopped using them and forgot to promptly cancel the trial. After receiving notification from PayPal because that’s the only way I know Apple charges me for anything I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund within moments of the transaction going through. After 5 days going back and forth because the refund kept getting denied I get told I needed to cancel my 7 DAY FREE TRIAL on the 5th day in order to avoid being charged. That is misleading and extremely deceptive. Pregmate is denying to refund and hiding behind their “terms and conditions” because they know their product is garbage. This app was $69.99 +tax for the year and isn’t even worth $1. On top of the fact you need to buy the physical strips which aren’t cheap, you’re spending tons of money on this brand that if this is the only product you’re using to determine ovulation and pregnancy planning, you run the risk of not getting accurate information regarding your cycle. I will push this complaint further to the BBB and leaving reviews through major retailers that sell their product. Stop stealing peoples hard earned money.

    Feels like a Scam. Furious that the package I purchased at the store did not disclose I would need a PAID app in order to use the product for its intended purpose. App itself works fine so far, just really upsetting that I had to pay for it after I had already paid for the strips.

    Horrible app. Do NOT use this app for any fertility use. I was using it for 4 months trying to conceive and my period was 4 days late. Everyday I would go to the app and it would say “period in 1 day”. It would just move my period to the next day. So dumb. Horrible. Don’t use. It doesn’t even let you go back and look at your ovulation strips. Use Premom.

    Do not like. Is horrible app, has erased all my information when updating. Has done it twice. Should never use because what is the point if it’s not going to save any of your stuff. Has messed up me having a chance of getting pregnant. Do better Pregmate!!

    horrible tracking.. i noticed i hadn’t gotten my period so i went to check the app and it said starting in 2 days, 2 days pass by and no period and then it say it starts the next day, and then the next day. instead of telling me how many days late i am. i feel like if the app is accurate like it claims then it should be letting me know im late instead of acting like my period will start any day.

    Doesn’t Track Pregnancy. This app clearly states in the App Store that it tracks periods, ovulation, and pregnancy. This is a lie. It does not allow you to track pregnancy. I’ve downloaded a different app. Was hoping to keep all my information in one app, but I guess that’s not possible. They need to remove the images that clearly show pregnancy tracking from the App Store as it is deceptive.

    Sharing, why lie?. I used the assistant in the app and asking it if it was possible to share the results and cycle tracking with my partner and it said there was an option in settings but I have not found it and I’ve checked everyone on the app and in all the settings. It would be one thing if it just wasn’t offered but why lie and tell me it exists if it doesn’t?

    Updating loses data. I am not happy after a weeks of ovulation tests and entering data...I had to update the app and it deleted all of my previous enter data. I tried to log in and it all gone.

    Does not track pregnancy. This app does not track your pregnancy. There is no way to update your pregnancy status within the app. You can even ask the AI system inside of the app how you do that and it will give you a list of instructions, but you cannot update or track your pregnancy via the method they provide. There are no clear instructions on how to do it. This is the worst app if you want to continue to track your pregnancy. I would recommend using a better app or a free app that is provided by the App Store as this is clearly a fluke

    Terrible despite ratings, buyer beware. This is seriously the worst of all ovulation trackers I’m using. And I’m using multiple. It makes bad predictions based on historical data and then doesn’t update the predictions based on the test.

    Not accurate. This app is NOT accurate. When I wrote to tell them that their tracker was way off they just brushed me off and said that it takes time to get to know the length of my cycle ect… It’s not very useful if you have to spend a bunch of time getting it to sync up with you. And when I mean off, I mean about 30 days off super disappointed, especially with the response to my feedback.
