   Way too many ads. Over time, the app has filled with long advertisements that you must sit through. I spend more time sitting through advertisements than I spend logging my data. I’m currently looking for a new app.

   Used to be great.. I’m deleting this app. I’ve been using it for years and used to love it, but now the minute you open it there’s an add. When that ad ends another one comes on -making it impossible to use the app. The minute you enter a data you encounter another ad. It’s ridiculous.

   Ads are way too long. I won’t even use the app anymore cuz every time I open it I have to watch an ad. THEN after that LONG ad.. I log my period.. and I have to watch ANOTHER ridiculously disgusting long ad. I’ve never seen such a simple app have such long ads. Disappointing. Terrible. Annoying. I won’t use it no more idc to log my period anymore. Used to be a great app but now ur just money hungry. At LEAST have shorter ads bro. U ruined it!

   All my data went missing after 6 years. I’ve loved this app then today I logged in and all my data is missing from the last 6 years. I tried restoring my data - no luck… So disappointing

   Too many ads. This app used to be awesome. As soon as you click the app there’s an ad. Before you flip the calendar there’s another ad. It’s every 2 minutes. It’s annoying. I’ve had this app for at least 10 years now I have to move on.

   Terrible!. I’ve never used an app with ads this long. It ridiculous! They are at least 3-4 minutes and when you click on the top right It goes to the Apple Store. lol don’t waste your time.

   Won’t restore on my new phone I have to purchase again.. It backs up my data so it definitely knows I’m the same user but will not restore my previous purchase to change to a new device so it forces you to buy again.

   Ad Galore. I have been using this app for over 5 years. There are definitely better apps out there. This app has an ad pop up every time you click anything. Not short ads, 3 min game ads that you must interact with. Please fix this. I’m only using this app because it has all of my data from over the years.

    Feb.2026 An App's Fall from Grace - Once Beloved, (for 16 YEARS) is Now Burdened by Ads.. I remember the days when MyDays APP was staple on my iPhone. It offered a seamless experience, innovative features, and a user-friendly interface that made everyday tasks easier and more enjoyable. However, over the past years, it seems to have morphed into an advertisement-laden labyrinth that detracts from the once-great experience. The app WAS intuitive, with a clean design that allowed for easy navigation. Providing unique functionalities that genuinely helped users in their daily lives. Here’s where it all went wrong: *Ad Overload* Initially, ads were subtle and sporadic. Now, they interrupt usage every few minutes, making it challenging to focus on tasks. The placement of ads is intrusive; they often cover essential buttons or features, leading to frustration and accidental clicks. While a premium subscription exists, the barrage of ads, just to keep track of a menstrual cycle, makes it hard to justify paying for an experience that was once free of such interruptions. Conclusion: What once was a beloved app has sadly transformed into a frustrating experience dominated by ads. It’s disheartening to see a tool that brought so much value become a platform primarily for advertising. Unless significant changes are made to reduce ads for the simplest usage, MyDays will continue to lose its loyal user base. In its current state, I cannot recommend it. If you’re looking for basic functionality without the constant interruption of ads, it might be worth looking elsewhere.

    Too many ads. I’ve been using this app for quite sometime but lately it feels like everyone you try to put an entry in, ads just pop up. It’s not even short ads either, they are very long and annoying. As soon as you open the app-ads-, as soon as you try to put in an entry here goes more ads, if you try to scroll to another month it’s even more ads. Goodness gracious I just want to put in my entries.

    Ads for a period app?. I have had this app as long as I can remember. As a woman who uses MyDays for personal notes, period tracking, and potential pregnancy scares, I must mention that those thing CAN be time sensitive. It is very insensitive to offer a tool to help women combat that, but only AFTER they’ve sat through 30 seconds of an ad for a game they aren’t worried about right now. They could be dealing with one of the stressful moments ever and wanting to chart it, but this app is showing them that the ad revenue is more important than their potential crisis. Read the room, MyDays. This app didn’t have ads before, and I don’t see why it does now. It’s not a game or a light-hearted matter that’s appropriate to disrupt with a stupid game ad

    This app WAS great. I’ve been using this app for many many years. Over the last year or so it has become practically unusable bc of all the freaking adds. You go in -AD. You click on the date you want- AD. You put in what you need to put in- AD. Infuriating and upsetting.

    Ads ads ads. I’ve used this app for many years, probably a decade now. I am switching to a new app now. The amount and length of the ads just to track one thing is out of control. It was not always this bad but I simply cannot continue to waste minutes at a time to input one thing. It’s sad because this thing has years of my tracking but I cannot take it anymore.

    Missing fields starting on feb 28,2013. Oct 20, 2025 Update: 12 years since my last review… Although I was annoyed with the app changes posted below 12 years ago, I continued to use the app, as I had already logged data for 5 years. Now 17 years since first use… The app is becoming increasingly difficult to update and check due to so many ads. I was sure I had paid early on for a lifetime subscription, but seem to have lost that Apple ID changes thanks to not being able merge Apple IDs and an Apple tech that just created a new ID for me years ago. In any case, this app seems to not be aging well (not great for tracking symptoms as an older woman). My previous 1-star rating will stay, as the number of ads are overwhelming any functionality of the app and is difficult to access my data quickly in a dr appt, where time is limited. Additionally, the data I have accumulated over the use of this app (17 years), is not compatible with other health trackers like Apple and there is no way to export it in a way that I can import it to use with another tracker app other than by email. So either I lose all of my data or pay for lifetime ad-free access a second time. Feb 28, 2013: Since I started using this app in 2009, this app has only even gotten better & has become part of my routine as an invaluable time saver that I've come to rely on! Unfortunately many of the features I use most seem to have disappeared starting with February 28, 2013. Now it appears as only the Notes field is available for all future dates. Please update this so that the previous options are once again available & I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars! Otherwise is will have to find a new app, as I can no longer make any manual adjustments or functionally track my cycle.

    Ads are ridiculous. I’ve used this app for YEARS and it just keeps getting worse with the ads. Open the app? Ad that takes 3 or more timed cycles before you can close out of it. Track something? As soon as you save, another ad that takes 3 or more times cycles for closing out of it. Repeat endlessly. Beyond annoying. I recommend looking for a better app and skip downloading this one.

    Used to love. I used this app for years and I felt it was super reliable but now you can’t even look at the calendar without an ad every 5 seconds. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You can’t even use the app anymore. It’s really frustrating because I have used this app for over 15 years and now I have to delete it and find something else.
