   Fix the Themes in the app!!. Why on earth would you all think after YEARS of having us be able to customize the app that it would be okay for you to take away the theme option and give us some ugly blue and yellow theme option??? Why take away the option for us to customize the app??? Dumbest decision ever!! BRING BACK THE THEME OPTION!!! I can’t even stand to look at the hideous yellow and navy blue color scheme you all have going on🤢🤮

   Took away customization. The new update took away the beautiful galaxy background I’ve had on my tracker for years. Now it’s just another boring ugly period tracker app. Nice going.

   .. This app used to be amazing. Once they merged all the apps I lost everything. Only response I can get is I apparently I deleted my account and haven’t used it when it was used every month multiple times. Over 10 years of data gone with no explanation. UPDATE: I am blocked from Ovia support or just ignored. Proof is in the fact I have waited over a month, multiple emails sent, dms on socials, comments, even support in the app and no reply. After I email using another email, reply within a day. Once I replied back with my actual information, ghosted again. This is really terrible news for me considering it’s the app I used throughout my 9 year infertility journey and still use to this day but I guess I will have to start using something else.

   I lost everything. Honestly I loved the Ovia pregnancy app, I tracked my entire pregnancy on it! But I lost everything when they switched to this app. I am extremely upset about it.

   Worst app EVER! They lost all my data!. Untrustworthy platform! DO NOT USE!!! They recently migrated all the Ovia Pregnancy data into Ovia Cycle & Pregnancy Tracker to combine the apps and decommission the Pregnancy app. The only notice in the Pregnancy app was that it was going away but no additional info for how the customer can ensure their data will migrate correctly nor an exact date. One day I get logged out of the app and can no longer log in. I followed all the steps in the main Ovia app to try to find my past pregnancy data. But it didn’t load. I reached out to customer support and after some back and forth, they said they couldn’t find any data under my account email address that I used with the Pregnancy app. They probably didn’t have a proper log in system set up back in 2021 to properly tie it to my data. Terrible development team!!! How could you lose customers’ data?!?!?!

   Terrible. I get an email from Ovia basically stating “f-u whites, Asians, Hispanics, yall are seen and heard from doctors and we need stand behind black women who are never seen or heard” none of which is true. Healthcare sucks for everyone especially when it’s public hospitals or lower cost. How sick that we are still perpetuating some people are worse off than others and undermining what ALL women go through. So f everyone else except black mothers is what this app told me 👍🏻 will never use again

   Data from old app is gone. I used the calendar in the old Ovia app to track milestones in my last 2 pregnancies. I also recorded the amount of breast milk I pumped every day 9 months of postpartum. It’s all gone! I thought it would carry over to the new app. So disappointed!

   Okay at tracking…. No real insight or facts about your cycle whatsoever. This app has really gone down over the years and I’ve been with them for a while. Likely will be deleting soon

    Painful to set up and edit. While signing up, I tried to look up my employer- who is not listed but does participate in the program. Now it’s stuck in this loop, I can’t edit, customer service doesn’t respond- when I try to chat for help, there is no one there, it’s just a reply saying someone will reach out in 2 days. I wish I wasn’t required to even give 1 star.

    App. App doesn’t work properly. Received a newsletter in my email and the hyperlinks didn’t work. Unable to contact technical support. My job offers assessments through the app. I click on the link to do the assessments and it doesn’t work.

    Uses your location and identity. Tracks what state you live in. This could be used as evidence against people potentially having miscarriage or abortions in states with restrictions on these activities. Do not support or recommend.

    Literally can’t start. Can’t get past the create account verification code screen. So annoying! I’d love to try the app, but one hour later and I’m not even close. E-mail is correct, wifi is on, even with wifi off and 5G on, nothing. I don’t get it. Help button just says useless info that doesn’t help. Stuck and no way forward. Boo. Also creating a password was super annoying. I went in circles trying to guess what a “stronger password” was before giving up and using one I’ll never remember. Annoying when app creators don’t consider the user and at least give clues for what they want you to meet. All this + answering a long-ish questionnaire just to get stuck at verification, and this is just the beginning! Crazy.

    I don’t feel safe.. I’m deleting the app. I can’t see anything without agreeing to the new terms. With everything going on in the government and what they’re trying to do to women and track us I’ll go back to pen and paper. It was good while it lasted.

    Update wiped out all my data away. I had to start all over after the September 2025 update that wiped all my data away after years of saved info. Not even sure if I want to keep using this app.

    Lost all my info. Last week it logged me out. When I logged back in all my information was gone. I’ve used this app for 6 years, 6 years of information gone. I’m trying to get pregnant, so disappointing. When I reached out to customer support they asked me twice if I’ve ever logged in with Apple. After the second time of telling them no, they stopped responding.

    Info lost. Relied on this app for years to track my cycles and all of the information was suddenly lost. Very frustrated and disappointed.

    Lost all my info. Really disappointed when I went to log my daily info and had to sign in and discovered all of my info had been deleted and I have to start fresh. Not sure when my last cycle was. Bummer and will be using another tracking app now.

    Not worth it!!. Spent years using this app to track my wild cycles, just to try and open the app earlier for my entire account to be gone. I thought maybe the password I was entering was wrong, sent a reset code, just to never receive the email. And be told that my email wasn’t even connected to an account. Years work of data and time spent tracking for myself and my doctors to just be gone.

    App grate- super woke. Only women can give birth. “Birthing person” as well as all the lesbians on the articles is just annoying and totally ruined it for me. Sorry!

    Don’t use this app if you’re going to get pregnant. This app had to have been made by a man because the second I said I was pregnant it wiped all of my period data and everything I had the months leading up to my pregnancy. The first question doctors keep asking me is what was the date of my last known period and I can’t answer that with certainty because I was relying on my app for my period tracking. I wasn’t trying to get pregnant either so I wasn’t paying super close attention to my periods aside from documenting them in the app.

    Why can’t I access the app anymore?. Was able to use the Ovia Pregnancy app up until a few days ago and now it doesn’t work. I saw it was removed from the App Store but I also tried accessing my account through this app and it won’t let me login … just keeps telling me there’s an SSL error over and over again.

    Can’t log in with Apple ID. I have an account through my Apple ID but after switching to a new phone, I can’t log in. After I select Apple ID nothing happens.

    Don’t waste your time. I have been requesting support from the Ovia and Castlight teams for over five months to access Ovia+ benefits. I have not been able to access my paid Ovia+ benefits even once. I have tried emailing Ovia over 5 times and starting chats through their app over 8 separate times, and not once have I gotten the courtesy of a decent attempt at technical assistance. Don’t waste your time with this app.

    Forced to share info. They force you now to give them permission to share your personal information with third parties, including your cell phone carrier to use the app. Deleting and calling the number they provided. Don’t even download it!!!

    Sells your data. Couldn’t figure out why I kept getting very specific ads regarding periods and pregnancy and come to find out, they sell ALL of your personal data. No thanks.
