   Inaccurate Reports and 2 hour wait. I've done so much tracking on this app. 4 years to be exact. They don't have accurate graphs. Specifically they don't have the symptoms per cycle. They have “most logged symptoms". So over four years of data... that information isn't what I want. I want per cycle what symptoms did I have. In what day or what phase. When I inquired with customer service agent Medina. They said "this is the first time we've had feedback that the report feels unclear or not helpful in this way". Then when I asked to fill out a survey on this experience. They ignored my messages for 24 hours. Even while in a full conversation. I even started a new chat and they ignored that too for an hour and a half. Don’t recommend wasting your time inputting since you can’t get an accurate report for your information.

   No refund!!. I’m so mad. I got a free trial just to see what premium was with absolutely 0 intentions of buying it. I went to go cancel it and it wouldn’t let me, and then continued to charge me anyways. I needed that $30. Why would you charge me without asking if I wanted to renew it??? I went to go request a refund and they denied TWICE!! Now I can’t get my money back and I didn’t even get a choice. DONT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION OR FREE TRIAL!!!!

   Gotta pay for it. Was really looking forward to using this app in hopes that it would better understand me due to it being “made by women” but unfortunately you gotta pay for it after 7 days. I already pay for my feminine products I’m not paying for something that’s going to tell me when I’m going to have my period even if it’s only $3 a month when the last row of my birth control pills tells me I’m getting it. Gotta pay for everything nowadays smh

   Not worth the price. I am breastfeeding. There’s no option for a cycle deviation. This app is useless to me and I forgot to cancel the trial. I literally opened it, saw that I can’t change recommendations, and haven’t used it since.

    This app is just making money by scamming people!. I purchased the app by mistake on my iPhone and now they won’t refund me. For a year annual fee they just charged me, I don’t even use this app. Worst service and they just don’t respond to my email.

    annoying marketing, probably fine. like many apps, it has you do this long setup process where it asks you a bunch of questions about yourself including RATE the app (which doesn’t make sense to me, how could I already have an opinion? it’s a trap to rate it 5 stars just to get it out of your face). After completing this tedious process it needs payment even though it said no in app purchase necessary in the app store. Hell no.

    How to Bypass the subscription. Edit: This has been seen by Lively and might now be fixed. Hey y’all. To bypass the subscription, you need to click the payment button 1-2 times (it should not ask for payment info if it does, you did something wrong) and then in the top right corner an X will appear and a screen with another X will pop up and you can sign in. Lively, you would be getting more customers if you made this more obvious.

    Wish it was IVF friendly. The idea is interesting, but if you’re going to use something that’s for pregnancy I feel like it’s shooting encompass all forms of conception if you put in like IVF transfer date and what that expected due date is it tries to change what the conceive date is based off of a typical conception naturally of a pregnancy and change the amount of weeks that you are when it’s incorrect because IVF is very different than a naturally conceived pregnancy, pregnancy conception can happen in many different ways and it should be encompassing to all people who are pregnant and how they have become pregnant not those who just conceived naturally

    Just wrong.. I’ll log my period dates, and then check it later and it has the days TOTALLY off. It sucks too because I really enjoyed the thought of having recommendations for what I need based on my cycle. If not for the inaccuracy, this app would be perfect.

    Wouldn’t let me bypass the free trial. I do not want to sign up for a free trial and I do not use the card connected to my iTunes as it is expired and Apple won’t let me add a new one. It would not let me pay any other way than with the card in there WHICH DOES NOT WORK. I’m so frustrated and there is NO WAY TO BYPASS THE FREE TRIAL. It’s ridiculous, skipping the free trial should 100% be an option for users. Never using this app again (seeing as I literally can’t)

    Eh. They said they would warn me before the 7 day free trial was ending. I never got any communication from them and am now locked in for a year. Their app is very busy looking and hard to navigate. I guess I gotta figure it out now since I’m paying for it. Ugh.

    Making you pay. I’ve had trouble tracking my period my whole life I saw this is app and got hopeful but right after the quiz it asks for payment and no way around it. Total waste of time some women don’t have money to pay for help with their periods.

    Payment for app. I was excited to start this app, it had me fill out a bunch of stuff and then after it hit me with the fact that you need to pay to use the app. So annoying, why not just make the actual app cost money so you don’t go through a whole process just to find out it has a necessary subscription

    Asking for reviews before I even get to use the app. I was really excited to try this cycle app but I can’t even get into it without being asked to review it. I tried to click through it and it just cycles through the set up screens before asking me to review again.

    The fact you want us to pay for a health app 🤦🏼‍♀️. You can’t even offer just the tracker and reminders for free, and premium could get more like the advice , ovulation and pregnancy stuff.. but no, you lock it all behind a pay wall… and to top it off you ask me to rate the app before getting to use it… that’s a sure to get a review like this. I hope I find a better app soon

    Not Free at all. Was intrigued by this as it’s made by women. When i downloaded I immediately opened and it started me doing a small quiz but at the last page it immediately makes you signup for a 7dayfree trial and after that you pay for the plan you set it on. I’m good on that. At least on stardust you can use for free (as long as you’d like, not just for a week)or you can get a subscription for more features. Also made by women.

    not free. it’s only free to install and free for 7 days..but to get those 7 days you still have to put your information in so they automatically start charging you. i kept seeing ads and was excited for something made by women too but not free and i already have to pay for enough stuff already, tracking my period shouldn’t have to be one of those. going backs to flo app ugh.
