   0 star customer service, 4 star app. For the longest time I was always recommending this app to people wanting to learn more about their cycles, and even paid for upgraded version because I enjoyed it so much- but one day those features randomly quit working, I reached out to customer service and they said they opened a ticket and would reach out to me asap - several weeks later, still nothing. Because of this, I won’t be renewing my subscription. Also, they don’t have anyone who speaks English on their customer support team, which is fine, but does add to the annoyance. (Translating a response on top of not being helped, and not knowing this ahead of time, esp when their whole website is written in English) - That said, I literally just want the content that I paid for to be restored, and Now want them to give me an extra month (on them) considering their app denied me of a months worth of paid content.

   gendered. has a feature called “queendom”, assigns you “goddesses”, and makes your dragon be a woman. obviously it’s ok to be a woman and to take care of a female pet but idk man it’s my period dragon. my period is a man just like me. such a cute and fun idea tho.

    Canceled subscription. I canceled my subscription two months ago but you are still charging me monthly. I would really appreciate that you guys fix that because it’s really annoying.

    Forced interactions. You have to interact with the dragon and mediate everyday so it can grow or it’ll leave. That’s extremely annoying

    Dragon won’t evolve. My dragon is stuck at its current size and won’t evolve. My three year old is super bummed. I emailed support twice but no response. My dragon says 11 out of 8 days until next evolution :-(

    App Down for Days + Paywall AVOID. App has been down for two nights now. I’m not logging back on to restart my streak. Happened just in time because they are putting everything interesting behind a paywall. $35 a year for AI advice and art is kinda insane.

    Makes me feel bad. Not for anyone with anything out of the norm. This app is for women with PERFECT periods. Anyone a little irregular, it’s won’t let you change the dates after the first time you mark your period.

    Not impressed. The app has the idea but the execution is just not there. The inability to edit possible mistakes or add anything to the previous day makes things super inaccurate. This app also does not load well or quickly. It is also very glitchy and half the time it completely crashes. If they could fix these things the app would be much more user friendly reliable and fun to use.

    The app I’ve been waiting for. Such a beautifully made app. The dragon is soooooo cute! Finally an app that empowers you to embrace your hormones. If you’re looking for an app to help you understand your hormones and how they impact your life and not just that, an app that helps you reduce your cortisol levels so you have a healthier cycle and pain free periods - give this app a shot. I am not as harsh on myself anymore. I have not only built a daily meditation habit through this app but also understand the role that diet plays in keeping me healthy. So excited to see what’s in store next.

    Confusing. I was so excited to try this after the product hunt boom! But it ended up being the most disappointing download since Beek :( the app is slow and confusing and it doesn’t live up to the magical description. I would not want to track my monthly fluid excretion schedule with this.

    Not the best.. I have many period and pregnancy apps. I loved this one when it came to my period but when it came to the pregnancy I HAVE to pay $30/month to use it. No free trial either. Very disappointing.

    Bugs and crashing. I like the app when it works, but it’s constantly blank when I open it and does not load regardless of WiFi connection, even when all my other apps work well. It also gets frozen constantly and has made me “check in” endless times without moving to the next part. It even looked different while acting out and I could see the coding for the app on the screen. I paid for the Musa Iron Subscription and I wish I didn’t. Soon after purchasing it I had a lot of issues

    Problem logging in. I tried logging in my last period but it wont let me save the changes it keeps saying error. I ddnt have any problem last week but the app just would crash on me so i deleted the app!

    It’s okay. I wanted to like this but there are a few cons that don’t sit right with me. First, the ability to edit days and symptoms is unavailable. I don’t like that I have to meditate with the dragon to grow it mainly because I don’t do well with those guided meditations. And there is no irregular cycle function. Additionally the use of ai art is very unattractive. I’ll stick with my other cycle tracker because it suits my needs better.

    Meh. Was super excited when I read the description. An app for women made by women. I was hoping it would be more inclusive, but it doesn’t give you options for longer periods or multiple periods in a month. Not all women are regular, and I just wish it had more options. Keeps telling me to “make my goddess” yet sits on the “submitting photos” option for 10 minutes and then just crashes. Had high hopes and truly hope they can make this app inclusive for ALL women.

    Great in theory…. I have extremely irregular periods and the app won’t allow longer than 10-day periods. I can get my period for up to a month at a time. It also won’t let you add two periods in one month, so while I would love for it to be inclusive for everyone, it is not.
