App doesn’t open. Do not download if you have iPhone. Once you update your phone you’ll no longer be able to open the app. Super bummed I’m not able to access any of my data

  2. ★★★★an update broke a familiar workflow

Crashes with new IOS. Updated my iPhone to the new IOS 18.4.1 and the app won’t load. Opens and crashes immediately. Disappointing as I previously enjoyed using the ap and found it helpful.

  3. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Still getting charged. Still getting charged even when I Cancelled don’t know want to do anymore

  4. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

App is too buggy. This app is really nice, when it works! I loved the layout and the features. Unfortunately though the app will no longer start and it’s unclear when this issue will be fixed. I can forgive minor bugs, but the app not starting is too hard to forgive. Especially for time service activities like tracking your fertility.

  5. ★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data

What is this garbage?. The first thing I noticed was how glitchy it was. Then the information is inaccurate and weirdly stated. Friends told me this app was started by a sexist guy. It shows.

  6. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

App Won’t Open. My app won’t open at all after the last iOS update

  7. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

App not working!. After the last update, I can’t open the app anymore. It keeps freezing then going back to my phones Home Screen.

  8. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

What happened to my account?!???!. I've been using this app for such a long time now. All of a sudden this new update caused my app to go to the login screen. Ok. No problem. Except that I can no longer log in! I try many times with the same result:"oops...please try again" message. Ok. I'll just hit the forgot password link. Same sad result. I fear that all my data (almost a year's worth) is now gone. This was a good app before. Not fancy - but I got very used to the setup and reading the chart. I would recommend using another app seeing as these developers will simply toss your data with the next update! To the developers: huge let down! fix this bug!!! Update: Since the app was now useless, I thought I'd try reinstalling it. When I did that the App Store (never the app) told me that the new iOS was required for this app to work. TO THE DEVELOPERS: What an *awful* user experience. You could have given your users fair warning - within the app - that this was going to happen. I (much like many others) never update os's right when they are released. I'll have to wait to back up and update before I can even think about using this app again. UPDATE 2024: I was able to get the app to work again until the new iOS with intelligence came out. Ever since, this app stopped working again. I let the devs know and they just told me to update the app to the latest version. But I did that and it still crashes on opening. Please fix this is guys. It’s going on 2 months not working now. Awful.

Great Concept, App Doesn’t Work Correctly. It’s great to be able to track, but the app is touch and go. Sometimes you can track and others the selections won’t stick and I find myself keeping notes elsewhere. I learned on here then took my knowledge to a different app that works better.

  10. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

A religious scam - not science based. This app looks like just a normal period tracker, but is in fact designed by religious bros who want to tell women what to do with their bodies. They are anti-birth control and extremely biased. They believe accidental, unplanned pregnancies are a good thing to “redeem” women who have sex and they want you to either play pregnancy roulette every time you’re intimate or be celibate. Don’t give them your private info! As a mom and birth doula, I find the dishonesty here very creepy and disrespectful to women.

  11. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

Problem/glitch. I could not create an account it does not load my WiFi is working fine

  12. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Awful. This app is horrible! Doesn’t let u change/edit and had the wrong date for today. So frustrating. Immediately deleted. I don’t understand the good reviews

  13. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Anti-abortion, homophobic, anti-birth control. I was really excited to try this app because I thought it would be more informative about my hormonal balances based on the data collected. But if you do research on the company it is founded and funded by anti-abortion, anti-birth control, homophobic people and organizations. Look up Michele Drake’s review—she completed their fertility awareness educator certificate so as to understand their biases from the inside and she says their science is often not backed up and a lot of their messaging is wrong or harmful. Do not give this app your data and beware of any information it gives you.

  14. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Unscientific, biased reviews. I looked at this app with my fiancé and the negative reviews actually helped us choose this app. Most of the negative reviews have nothing to do with the app or “science” but are political expressions of distain for an application that helps women manage natural cycles more safely than drugs, surgery and other archaic methods that hold great risks of damaging a women’s body.

The app is not helpful at all.. I got this app because I want to start tracking my cycles so I could get pregnant. This app acted like that I had something wrong with me and I wasn’t ovulating. I was pretty freaked out. When we tried to conceive last month I didn’t think I had ovulated and there was no way I was pregnant especially after trying for only a month. This prompted me to buy an ovulation kit that also included pregnancy tests. I also bought a modern fertility kit and spent $160! The pregnancy strips intrigued me and I had so many I decided what could it hurt to test. It came up positive. I took a digital test the next morning to confirm and I’m for sure pregnant. This app made me doubt my fertility and just assume I wasn’t pregnant. I’m glad that I ended up taking a test because my husband and I were planning on having a few drinks the weekend I tested. My Flo app was better than this.

Bad Advice. If you want legitimate, truthful, and comprehensive advice, go elsewhere, because this app won’t give it to you.

  17. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. If you value your reproductive rights and want other women to be able to decide what they can and can’t do with their bodies and want them to remain informed of ALL INFORMATION, NOT BIASED INFO SUPPORTING AN ANTI-BIRTH CONTROL AGENDA use another app.

  18. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Run away from this app!!!!. This app not comprehensive or truthful about reproductive health, it’s anti-choice and anti-birth control run away fast! Do not trust these people with your reproductive health PLEASE!!!

  19. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Spreading dangerous misinformation. There are so many other free apps that won’t trick you into believing nonsense about your own body.

  20. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Just bizarre. I downloaded and attempted to use this app, as we are thinking about trying for a baby soon, though we are not quite ready yet. It kept telling me based off of ONE day of normal data— just the amount of bleeding (light)— that I could have all sorts of health problems that I know I don’t have due to regularly seeing an endocrinologist. I told the app I was using hormonal contraceptives when I registered, and it was giving me all these recommendations that were clearly geared toward natural family planning (aka not having sex on “fertile” days, which has a pretty high failure rate). It never even asked me if I was interested in that method or not. It just told me that it would tell me to stop having sex. It also recommended that I completely abstain from intercourse for a month, “just to get to know my body better.” What? I’ve seen multiple physicians, and none have ever recommended that to me. That would only make sense for natural family planning. I was so weirded out by this but I wanted to see what it would do if I told it I was trying to get pregnant, which is the plan in a month or two anyway. I changed my goal, enter data for the day, and then it told me that I should rest in preparation for ovulation. Seriously? Has anyone ever needed to rest just to prepare to ovulate? Interestingly, it doesn’t tell women who are trying to get pregnant you abstain from sex for a month in order to get to know their own bodies better. This further confirms my suspicion that this app is only for people using natural family planning. This app has it uses for NFP, but it is disingenuous in terms of its intent, and it gives out weird advice that would be alarming if I didn’t already know I don’t have the various conditions it indicated. I also poked around its education section, and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mention any forms of contraception whatsoever. I also gave Clue a try, and it is a much better app.

  21. ★★★★privacy and excessive permissions

Femm app is a joke. In an article dated 30 May 2019, The Guardian exposes the Femm app, which was funded by a wealthy anti-birth control, anti-choice, anti-woman, anti-gay hedge fund manager in New York named Sean Fieler who supports politicians like U.S. VP Mike Pence and has “criticized Republicans for failing to outlaw abortion,” as a FRAUD. The app is staffed by medical advisors from a university in Santiago, Chile, “where access to abortion [and assuredly birth control] is severely restricted.” Safe and legal access to abortion care and birth control and medically accurate comprehensive sex education is about prioritizing women’s lives and children’s lives and families. PRIORITIZING THE MICROORGANISM REQUIRES US TO ERASE THE PERSONHOOD OF THE WOMAN AFFLICTED. People who can become pregnant deciding for themselves when and whether to have children is foundational to women, all people who can become pregnant, and their children having access to education and opportunity and participating equitably in our economy and in our government. Doing otherwise is about controlling women and keeping us out of the rooms where everything happens. 56% of the people accessing abortion care ARE ALREADY MOTHERS. We KNOW what’s at stake, we know the potential firsthand, and we know what it looks like to not be able to provide for the children we have. YOU are worth so much more as a human being on this earth than merely a baby factory! Give yourself permission to prioritize YOUR personhood, YOUR life, YOUR future and to get truthful, medically accurate information from RELIABLE sources, not this nonsense. If you are having trouble getting pregnant, know that YOU are a valuable person in the world, whether or not you give birth. If someone is forcing you to carry a pregnancy or withholding financial support for your medical care including birth control or prenatal care or, for that matter, FORCING YOU TO HAVE AN ABORTION, know that that is abuse and please seek assistance from a neutral (not religiously-based) domestic violence shelter. Domestic violence doesn’t always include physical abuse. Sometimes it’s mental or financial or simply the systematic destruction of your self worth and YOU DESERVE BETTER. If you are seeking a good app for tracking your period, check out Spot On. And if you are a teen in need of medically accurate sex education go to PlannedParenthood.com and meet Roo, their sex ed chat bot! It’s great! I am mothering four, two of whom I didn’t give birth to (stepdaughter and a nephew). I had my daughter alone at twenty and raised her for the first six years of her life with no child support. I know from whence I speak! And I wish you a fully realized life of your own, including motherhood, when the time is right, if that is something you truly wish for. Best of luck.

  22. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

This app is a scam. The Femm Foundation, funders of this app, was started by an anti-choice, anti-birth control dude! Find a different one!

  23. ★★★★inaccurate results and incorrect data

Misleading and medically inaccurate. This app is not a medically sound period/ovulation tracker and clearly leans towards an agenda that limits reproductive rights and decisions, the creators of this app don’t even have a license to practice medicine within the U.S and are sketchy af best. Flo is much better.

  24. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

DO NOT USE THIS APP. THIS APP IS TRASH!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere if you want correct and accurate info! #ExposeFakeClinics

  25. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Doctor marketing system. I am an NFP teacher. I tried this app out of curiosity about the method. I was very annoyed by the constant focus on medical disorders. If a woman had any natural inclination to worrying about her health, this app would make her worry! Even when there are no signs of problems, it tells you to watch in case there are. It really just seems like a marketing tool for their affiliated physicians. There is no way to chart seminal fluid observations. A woman would need to choose to say “dry” when she wasn’t or chart eggwhite mucus and be told she didn’t ovulate after all. Some of the days I also didn’t understand from the wording of the app whether it was a possibly fertile or an infertile day for avoiding pregnancy.

  26. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Crashes. I’m trying to test multiple health tracking apps before commuting to one. This one crashes every time I try to create a login. I have the latest model phone (at the time of this writing) with updated iOS and the app is also up to date.

  27. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Can't open. Well we are trying to get pregnant so I was using this app to track my cycles. Now all If a sudden I cannot open it. The app will open for a second and close so I lost all the info that I have tracked the last few months.....

  28. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Don't bother. Only worked one day.

  29. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

Liked the app but.... I liked the app and used it for a few months, but last week it stopped working. I keep getting a "processing" message and it won't let me log in. I tried deleting it and re-downloading. I restarted my phone. I even tried to create a brand new account. Nothing. The worst part is that there is no way to contact anyone for help. :/

  30. ★★★★★a needed feature is missing

No option to start a new cycle. The app is great for the first cycle, but there’s no option to start a new cycle, which makes it pretty useless.
