   charging me for a subscription i never bought .. this app is ligit charging me $12 for something that i never purchased, i had the app deleted for a while as well until i seen ive been getting charged .

   Monthly fee for limited features. I only came over here a couple years ago because Mint dissolved. Many of my cards are not eligible either because of Thread or RM and they won’t let me add manual transactions unless I pull out my mobile device. It’s clunky and barely performs as expected let alone paid for.

   All hype. I wish I could actually see my current subscriptions. I have linked every account to Rocket Money, and no newer subscriptions show up. Furthermore, when a couple of subscriptions did show up in the past, I could not cancel them through the app. I had to cancel them and deal with the companies myself. There is no benefit to Rocket Money for me.

    RUN. They will charge you $60 for “negotiating” your bills which is actually just a bot increasing your monthly bills. Do not enable negotiations. They do not have customer support other than a robot that says a “teammate” will reply in a few hours. I wouldn’t be surprised if this entire app and business is entirely run by bots and AI. Don’t fall for the bot messages that say to email cause you won’t get a response.

    App sucks. I only logon so often but when I do, I have two reassert certain cards on here because it seems they have dropped them or they can’t connect…

    Refresh Time. What is the point of the app if I can only refresh when it say I’m allowed to? My balances are all incorrect and I cannot refresh for 4 hours? Silly.

    False advertising. I only signed up to get all the subscriptions cancelled but it doesn’t seem to be very easy through your app. If I have to go find everything myself what did I need your app for?

    Scam hiding behind terms and conditions. They charge you a fee for “saving” you money of 35-60% but make the number they’re saving you way higher than what it is. So you end up basically paying all the savings and more to rocketmoney instead of the company

    What is the Point?. Downloaded this to hopefully get rid of a few sneaky subscriptions to find out this also has a subscription. The app didn’t even recognize the one I’ve been trying to cancel and is incapable of canceling another because it requires me to login to an account that doesn’t exist. Don’t bother with this bs, save yourself the time (and money) and cancel things yourself.

    Won’t connect to accounts. Tried to set up an account and 3 of the 4 institutions wouldn’t connect. Cant use it for almost anything.

    Rocket money steals your money. A couple months ago they offered to negotiate my WiFi bill with Verizon with the only catch being they get a percentage of what I save. Well my WiFi bill hasn’t been lowered and today I got a charge from rocket money, which actually doubled my WiFi bill this month. I would not recommend using this feature.

    Canceling subscriptions. Why do you make it so goddamn hard to cancel a subscription why don’t you just install a cancel subscription button when I I tap on the subscription I wish to cancel. It’s not that hard. Your IT person should be able to handle this with no problem. All they have to do is to cancel subscription radio button

    Never lowered my bill. I tried to lower my cable bill. Not only did they not lower it at all but they also charged me an extra $25 to do so. I would not recommend them at all. I signed up for Rocket Money to try and save money and better my credit score. They haven’t done anything but take my money!!!:(

    Won’t connect my bank account. Literally messed with the app for 30 minutes for it to never connect because of the plaid third party app

    Wtf?. Why doe it say my accounts haven’t been updated in 10hrs but when I try to sync it tells me it WONT resync for 3hrs? I thought I pay you to do what I want? Why is your app telling me it won’t complete the tasks I’m asking it to perform… probably going to switch to Dollarwise!

    😡 Runs ADS in paid plans. 😡. Overall, this has been a solid tool in my financial management. Today, though, I suddenly am seeing ADVERTISEMENTS on my dashboard. I’m a paying subscriber. I DO NOT WANT TO SEE ADS WHEN I’M PAYING YOU TO FOR A SERVICE.

    Pay what you want and lock you into a year contract!. Pay what you want. But no less than 35% and then lock you into a contract for that amount. And if I find a lower price with a different company can I get out of the contract?

    Would be a 5/5 but. TONE DOWN THE ADS. I’ve been using this app on and off for years since it was truebill, but it’s really helped in the last few months eliminate debt and budget my spending. Eating it a 1/5 because the ads are ridiculous. Every other ad I get on YouTube is about rocket money. It’s gotta stop.
