   WILL NOT SYNC - HELP INSTRUCTIONS USELESS. I purchased your app on my iPhone first. I then purchased the sync option. I followed all instruction to add my iPad Pro - to sync that iPad - with my iPhone. The sync process began BUT THEN THE SYNC OPTION DISAPPEARED ON MY IPHONE AND IT IS ASKING ME TO PURCHASE THE SYNC OPTION AGAIN. Your instructions in the help section did not work. If I cannot sync I want a FULL REFUND OF ALL PUCHASES AND I WILL DELETE THE APP.

   Inconvenient feature. I remember now why I stopped using this app. So when I transfer money from one account to another (from Savings to Bills) each transfer is registered as a deposit/expense. Mind you, I’m transferring existing money. If I have a $10k monthly income and transfer about $3k to various accounts, it will be taken as if I made a deposit of $3k and in the end, it will register that I had $13k income for that month. Same goes for expenses. When I pull those $3k from one account to transfer them to those other accounts, it will register that I had an $3k expense, adding $3k to my actual monthly expenses. This needs to be fixed. Also, it would be nice to be able to rollover leftover money to the following month to have it as a starting budget for that month.

   No split transactions. The app has a beautiful look, but without the ability to split transactions into multiple categories it is not usable for real world finances.

   Stay away from this app. Synchronization is flakey. The iPad version does not load properly and the Mac version crashes I have had to repurchase three times Would not recommend

   Synchronization and Backup Issues. This app is pretty straight forward for expense tracking, but not good for syncing on multiple devices or doing automatic backups. After entering transactions on one device, it never loads on the other one and resets my transactions. It’s a pain to lose all your data over and over again. Not worth using the app

   Had to pay twice. I purchased this app and paid $5.99 to access full features. When I launched the app and tried to use it again it would not restore my previous purchase so I had to pay another $5.99 to access the full features. I reached out to developer for refund. I will give better rating and recant my review if developer responds and give refund. Right now to say I’m unhappy about this is an understatement.

   Disappointed. After the developer promised to make changes to the multi-currency accounting feature, I bought the app. But two updates have already been released, and there are no changes. I don't recommend it for anyone who needs multi-currency accounting.

    Have to pay twice for everything if you use desktop and mobile. Title says it all. Paid to unlock the desktop version, spent hours inputting all my data, and when I went to sync it to my phone I had to buy it all over again. Can’t just buy the sync either, nope. Even if you have hashtags and categories synced, you can’t use them without paying to unlock it on the phone too.

    Inconsistent Data Management. I really tried to like this app, but for all the bells and whistles that this thing has, it cannot keep accurate track of my transfers between accounts. I keep having to go back through all transactions to figure out where the errors where. Wasted money.

    Worst Cloud Syncing EVER. The cloud sync for sharing data with someone else is NEVER consistent. Which is a shame because this is a fantastic app for tracking and forecasting my expenses. But I cannot go a single day without having to reshare my data with my partner because it just stops syncing, rendering this app completely useless. Please just create an email login and password to access the app to make it easy for couples to manage from separate devices.

    Bom apenas se você pagar. O programa é bom, faz o que promete, E achei q conseguiria usar bem, O problema q a versão gratuita deixa colocar apenas 25 gastos por mes, Ou seja, para usar o programa todos os dias, terá que pagar Sem falar nos relatórios que isso apenas na versão paga mesmo

    Great Reports. By far, this app has some of the best PDF reports and in-app analytic features I have seen. And kudos to the development team for enabling repot previews (with a limited set of transactions) so that you can see what you get before you buy. Plus, there are many different ways to view your information in the app as well. Having just downloaded this, my only complaints are (1) the transaction entry screens: it is not compact even though most, if not all, of the fields could be condensed to 1 screen on the iPhone or iPad without scrolling and (2) the use of icons for categories which takes up a lot more space than necessary on screen; I wish I could turn off the icons. (1 star for functionality, 1 start for reports and exports, 1 start for not collecting data).

    Updated Re:Synchronization. The app looks super promising and I want to start using it but the synchronization option seems to be glitchy. It says purchase once to unlock it for all Mac devices on one iCloud account, but I try to use it on my phone and it says to purchase the sync option again. I emailed the developer but haven’t heard back yet. Edited: I got a reply before I even posted this so that is awesome, thank you. He clarified that you do have to purchase it once on each device due to purchase compatibility issues outside of his control. The only suggestion I have to make sure your wording is consistent on your products: in some places it says to “purchase once for all Apple devices” [apparently not true, I now realize] and other places it says to purchase once for all iOS devices. I personally don’t mind buying it twice, but it would have been nice to know that upfront. Thank you for the reply and I look forward to using the app.

    Highly recommended. I have tried over a dozen different expense apps over the years and this one is the best so far. It does require you to read the documentation to secure the best features- something many people find difficult to do. Be sure to add on some of the additional features that provide auto backup,etc. I do wish the author would have included all of these features into a single app at the stipulated price. You will find the reports breathtaking. Important: when you define a credit card, its due date, and bank source (usually your checking account) the card automatically transfers (pays) the charges from your funding source. This did not seem intuitive to me at first. It is also important to get the reoccurring credit card payment date correctly. If you get it wrong you can change that date by consulting the online documentation.
