   This app completely deleted 2 yrs of transactions. This app completely deleted 2 yrs of transactions I’ve made and now I have no record of them with no way to salvage this. I paid for the “pro” version so I expect you to have an option to backup/sync or create a login account so progress can be saved automatically So disappointing that all transactions from 2022 - 2024 just disappeared. And yes this app was on iCloud backup yet for some reason it’s not there which means there’s a problem with the app. Please find a way to recover my lost data.

   Lost everything-it’s not free. I’m not sure what happened with this app. I lost everything from 2013 till present. They upgraded and disappointed with this app. You can only do 18 transactions per month than they try to get you to pay

   Five years of records GONE. Some sort of mandatory update resulted in the deletion of ALL data for five+ years. “Customer service” did not respond for a couple of months, and then could not fix. Do NOT use if you have important records to save. (Also, found an app that has better options and ability to edit categories, etc.)

Esta app después de haberla pagado me dio un limite de 18 transacciones ó ingresos y para poder tener más ingresos me pide una mensualidad, algo que no se anuncia desde el principio, perdí mi tiempo con esto y me parece una falta de respeto que no anuncien bien qué quieren. Que se pague una mensualidad por esto, algo que puedes hacer con otra opción sin tener que pagar

   It was an awesome app until the latest update.. I used to love this app until the new update. It’s very annoying to have the msg pop up every time I’m using the app. Like every 5-10 secs. I’ve been using this app for so many years. If they don’t fix it, I’ll find the new app to use.

   PLEASE FIX THIS APP. Horrible update. this app is not what it used to be. An password message keeps popping up every time you open the app because it wants you to download their other app. Also the calendar is the most useless update ever. So hard to input dates. The scroll calendar was much better.

    Some changes happened. I’ve been using this spending tracker for a couple of years. I recently re-downloaded the app on my new phone and it’s not letting me add more than 18 transactions. That’s never happened before. It’s telling me to upgrade to pro.... I cannot even find a pro version to download. I don’t understand what is going on. I’m disappointed.

    Can’t export. Please help!!!. Please help!! Can’t export my data. Whenever I tab export, it always says “couldn’t send emails. Please check internet connection and retry” what is this? I remember the exporting feature worked before. Anything changed??

    All info wiped out. App is very simple with very basic features. I used it for tracking income and expenses for a rental property. I recently upgraded my phone and ALL info typed into this app got wiped out (two years worth of info). It doesn’t allow iCloud to backup any data. Be very cognizant about downloading this app. It’s garbage or at least don’t use it for anything serious, because you just might lose it all.

    Trashed. I purchased the pro version of this app a long time ago so I could use recurring transactions. However, now it is saying I didn't purchase it (I have the receipt from the App Store) and the recurring transactions won't show up. Actually, three of them out of the 12 show up, and I can't get any support because the help button doesn't work. I tried to sign up for the app support but it won't let me register. I am completely annoyed. The app worked for me for a while but now it's worthless. What happened?!

    Worthless app. If I could give this zero stars I would, I downloaded the pro version so I could add recurring payments and it doesn't have the option for biweekly which is what I need. I'm not getting a reply back from the app developers and I want my money back since the app is useless to me

    UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE THIS APP. This app hasn't been updated since 2014. I have started receiving notifications stating that it has begun to slow my phone down. I use this app daily & have for years... I love it but it needs to be updated! I will change my star rating & give the deserved review once an update is released!

    Frustrated. It is highly frustrating to not find a decent budgeting app. I upgraded to get recurring transactions. All they offer is daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Why they do not offer bi-weekly, fortnightly, or custom-- I don't know.

    No way to restore purchases. I bought the pro version awhile ago through an in app purchase. I had to reinstall the app and now it's back at the free version with no way to restore the pro version I paid for. I don't know if they offer customer support because there is no way to contact them. Until these problems are resolved avoid this app. I got screwed out of $3.
