   Charged my card without approval. When I first installed the app, there was no notification that there was an initial fee. So I continued with the install. My install was initially declined. I thought this was odd (I only have apply cash setup for the payment method due to this issue) so I used a debit card. Install completed. Immediately following, I got a call from my banks fraud detection department wanting to know if I authorized a charge from apple for $9.99. I did not. Card is now useless. Great. I had another debit card on file and it was also charged $8.99. That one went through, but I will be contacting my back first thing tomorrow morning to dispute that charge. Awesome. A 2nd care rendered useless. So far this app has tried to collect almost $19.00 for what? And no, I did NOT sign up for the premium option for a charge of $19.99 (or whatever it is) per month. I only installed the basic supposedly ‘free’ app. And this is why my better judgement said not to authorize install if it was declining my Apple Cash.

   Used to be great. Just when I decide to upgrade, they do an update and take away the reconciliation function. What’s the point? Now I have to print a statement and reconcile myself.

   Can’t sync scheduled transactions. I have no way to sync my scheduled transactions with my husband. I found this out the hard way. This app is useless to me and I want my money back.

   What happened?? Disappointed!. I purchased the subscription. Spent an hour or so putting in my info ( I studied the online primer). The app simply did not track my budget transactions properly by category. Parking became miscellaneous and subsequent transactions were grouped into one category. What happened? I emailed support but as of now no response!

   A TOTAL RIP-OFF!. I purchased 2 days ago the app for my Mac $14.99 plus I have to pay $4.99 for my iPhone app. A total of $19.98 to used this app that doesn’t offer you full download ownership, but I just noticed on their new update the app is becoming into a subscription! A Total ripoff. I should had stayed with my previous app! Please stop harassing me to try to make me change my review. You brag that your app is the best app and the cheapest app within the App Store and that is a lie! I haven’t used any other financial app, but by looking at some of them, they seem to offer more for less. PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME! I already said what I needed to said and that’s the end.

   Oh, cmon. A ledger app that doesn’t reconcile. Yeah, that info is buried in the description but why in the world should I expect that a ledger app wouldn’t perform a basic ledger task and pore through a lengthy description to find that out.

   Not secure. The passcode is 4 digits code. Which can be trial and error for unlimited times. Try to use characters password like 24-32 characters.

   One missing feature.... From a visual and usability standpoint, this app is pretty good all around, except one thing. In every other "checkbook" style app I have come across, when a transaction is cleared, it disappears from sight which helps me personally when going through the ledger of both the app and my accounts. This app does not have that feature....I don't get it... reached out to support before and was told it may or may not be coming...

    Frequently Crashes - total waste of time - deceptive!. After jumping in all the way by purchasing full versions for iPhone (7s) & iPad Air, and iMac (X Sierra) about $16USD total, AND investing HOURS of data entry time -- this app is CRAP! It crashes every time I switch from data view to report view. The is NO WAY just to print a Cash Flow report or Check Book Register View - This requires printing 2 separate reports to show Expenses vs Income. Yes, you can show a report that creates a graph with Totals in Green for income next to Totals in Red for expenses - but there is NO WAY per entry, sequential transactions- as they appear on-screen under the format that looks like a line item Check book register -- THE ONLY REPORT that is essential that I be able to create. Now it just crashes. So much for the non-existent "Highly Responsive Customer Support"! Over a week later and still no reply via email. I based my decision to purchase on the high star ratings and reviews - what a joke! What a rip off!

    Like app, would love if haven’t had issues.. The app’s math is not working properly. I input every amount correctly and double and triple checked and did not reconcile correctly with my bank account. I don’t know why doing so but glitchy as hell lately. Had to switch to another app I don’t really like but no much choice since this is not working.

    Has to many bugs!!!. As of the last 6 months, it has to many bugs. It duplicates transactions. I can’t rely on this app anymore.

    Great app BUT. Since Apple released iOS 26 and you’re not able to have custom theme colors because you said it’s impossible to have custom colors?! Hopefully you will be able to figure it out soon.

    Seems to be easy to use.. Maybe I’m missing something but I wish that the app had some place for a password in order to use the app.

    Great, but. I love the simplicity of this app, I love the layout and ease of use, and I love its features. I haven’t been overdrawn once since I started keeping track of my finances with this app. However, there is one annoying bug that keeps popping up where the app will duplicate my recent transactions and it throws everything off. I had to delete 180+ items yesterday that the app made copies of, which is time-consuming and potentially could still mess up my budget if I don’t catch them all. Edit: This bug just happened again and I had to manually delete 270+ duplicates 🙃 Edit 2: Still dealing with this bug on a regular basis, love the app otherwise but this is very annoying! Edit 3: Still dealing with this bug on an annoyingly regular basis, just had to delete over 600 duplicate entries and it even did a new thing where it added back in entries I had deleted previously. I feel like this is a major programming flaw that negatively impacts both the accuracy and efficacy of this app and I am going to start looking at alternative ledgers.

    Could be better. The app requires users to manually enter hundreds of transactions. This defeats the purpose of good software designs meant to save people time. After entering a a few dozen transactions I had to stop myself. I unfortunately couldn’t give the other features a try. If there’s a way to automate this (Plaid) it needs to be easily accessible and integrated into the app asap. I’m willing to give the app another try once this is updated.

    Missing so many features. It is missing too much. The fact that every transaction looks the same except for a little text like pending is horrible, hard to determined pending from cleared. You should be able to pre load your recurring transactions to get a better look at your budget over time.themes are bland for the same reason with limited variations between transactions especially on the iPhone where you can’t even make the green or red of a deposit or debit. Sent many emails with suggestions, just told nah we don’t need to add that by the developer.

    Pretty but useless. I have been looking for a currently updated app to balance my checking accounts and based on reviews I had hoped this was it. It's pretty but ultimately difficult to use and I found it overloaded with junk I didn't need. I am deleting it and switching it for something more user friendly.

    Meh it's ok. The only reason I keep using this app - well ok only two reasons - support actually responds and (2) it's basically the best of the worse. I'm not looking for anything fancy in a checkbook app but all the apps in the store leave a lot to be desired in either style/looks, functionality and or support. (Was a devoted iReconcile user but no support.)

    CloudKit has ruined a wonderful app. This has, by far, been my favourite financing app. It works great, is very easy to use, and helps me track every dollar I spend easily and I've never overdrafted on my debit card. It works great. Until the CloudKit update. Why on earth is this mandatory, and why can't I cancel the iCloud connection? I can't even open the app now, whenever I open it it just tries to download iCloud data endlessly without the option to stop, and will do this for hours until I get fed up and close the app. All I want to do is mark down the $10 I spent.

    Price. I’m really enjoying the app so far although I feel like the price of 1999 a year is quite steep. Right now I use Accountit, which I pay 599 a year for and has basically all of the same features. I do, however, prefer the app of debit and credit overall, but I just cannot justify paying four times the price.

    Buggy. I have used this app for years. Appreciate its simple interface. But over the last year I’ve noticed it to be buggy, introducing errors, an no longer reliable. Several times I have noticed it doubling up transactions, even doing so with several going back several weeks - even if they weren’t originally doubled up. These are not user entry errors. Usually no matter how these are edited or deleted, the account balances end up being off by large amounts.

    How is it?. I am a long time user of this APP and I thought the best of it, later however I have hard time reconciling the balance of my accounts. (For some account, I download the Quicken type files from my bank), but It seems that it doesn’t have the memory of the previous transactions, and I have to redo the transactions manually. I am not sure if this is because of a glitch with the MAC. However, I wish to see the APP work as seeming less as it used to.

    Siri Shortcuts are broken. I tried setting up a Siri shortcut to create a transaction. Not only does the shortcut not work, but it won’t let me edit the shortcut without entirely deleting the account.

    Need date range view. The app works great and has many features. However is missing the ability to choose a date range to veiw data by day, week or month or probably a custom date range. Also there should be a way to re arrange transactions by dragging them. But the time stamp does not allow that. Sometimes we do not imput the transaction in real time and that is throws us off when reconciling transactions. Thanks!

    Loved it until it became useless. This app was great - simple to use and didn’t have a million features I didn’t need. And then I ran into a wall when I was no longer able to schedule upcoming bills for payment because I hit an artificial limit of 600 scheduled transactions to each single account. Apparently this includes past transactions I already completed years ago. Tried emailing customer support with a copy of the error message and got no response. Very disappointed.
