   Misleading charges. There’s an option for a trial period that automatically roped me into a second plan and some one-time zen guide. I haven’t even had a chance to use the app because the 3 separate charges for one trial period is a huge red flag so I’m cancelling immediately.

   Not worth it!. Wanted a good app to help train my new puppy. This one seemed that way at first but there are “buttons” throughout the app that are additional billing features. Beware!

   Deceptive sign-up process - avoid. I strongly advise against downloading this app or signing up for their plans. During the sign up process, the website repeatedly added charges for services I never selected. I contacted customer service immediately to explain and get assistance with correcting the situation but received no meaningful help. This kind of predatory billing practice is unacceptable. Buyer beware. 😞

   Good effort. I’m not really sure what is intended here. I joined, paid the fee, but I don’t have access to all of the steps that are listed in my path. I don’t like the format either.

   Failure. This is a very basic trainer. It DOES NOT take into account your dogs level of training. It Ii s a sham. The say they will give you a refund but refuse to do so. They make it where you purchase extras that is not needed to scam you. Don't fall for it!!!!

    Woofz Support. The support team and response are useless. They are via email and the support representative that reviewed my request seems to have a minimal grasp of the English language. Asked for a phone number to call and have not received. I joined this morning and selected the 1 year plan which I will cancel this evening as request a full refund if my request is not resolved by end of day today.

    Bait and Switch. BUYER BEWARE!!! They advertise a discount, then take you through a complicated checkout process where they ask you questions. You click “yes”, thinking that maybe you would use the extra training, expecting that either they’re finishing your “personalized training”, or you’ll be presented with a price. Nope and nope! They charge you full price and more money for what you answered as “yes”. They never give a price for the additional piece, and give you no way to remove it from your cart. You can’t review the order or cancel it once you’ve started. And then they somehow mysteriously add “chat with a trainer” for another $19.99. Then they won’t refund you. So where you thought that you were doing a trial for somewhere around $6.35, you’ve somehow spent $9.99, $15.19 and $19.99. The actual content seems to be pretty good. If you can find the actual training hidden around “hooks” to get you to buy more. Be careful!!!

    Buyer Beware of Woofz. I purchased a two week plan for $14.99. Within minutes I received notification that I was now enrolled in Woofz 24/7 Chat $38.99; Woofz Premium $39.99 and Woofz Zen $9.99 unless I canceled immediately.

    Woofz -Dog Training. I was very excited to start this app and hopefully get some great learning with my dog! But here is the app you need to read for $$. Then this one $$$. Too many extras. I tried to delete this app but they are taking money out of my account. Not happy!

    Fraud. Pay attention to those ones star reviews they don’t refund you and it’s very misleading because it is impossible cancel and it keeps trying to charge me different amounts every time it tries to charge my account. we still can’t figure out how to cancel it even though we’ve been in contact with someone.

    Alert ! Huge hidden fee in fine print. No email alert for continue monthly subscription, and it’s 99.9 dollars a month! I was charged over 1000 dollars without knowing it and no emails from the program foe 6 month. and so far only got one month of 99.9 disputed, still working on all the remaining. But Be Alert, I do not think any training app worth this much.

    Scam. Auto renews-beware!! I signed up through Facebook and unless you click the minuscule link of ‘terms and conditions’ at the bottom of an email, there’s no warning of auto renewal. There’s also no way to cancel on the app. It’s not showing up on my Apply subscriptions because I didn’t sign up there and they send no email reminders. The app itself is basic, training could be helpful for someone who has never trained before, otherwise wasn’t helpful.

    Horrible. I keep being charged after trying to cancel my subscription SEVERAL times. My rescue dog was diagnosed with a severe case of heart worm disease and is on medication and confined to a crate and this horrible company keeps charging me and won’t cancel my subscription.

    Do not sign up. App kept charging me $50 every 2 weeks. I guess read the fine print or you will get taken advantage of. App stinks anyway. Nothing you can’t learn through googling.

    Did not work. This app unfortunately did not work for us. It may be great for others but for us it didn’t work. They claim money back guarantee but they renewed after I canceled and said we did not qualify for a refund. Very disappointed!

    Sketchy add-ons, no final review of charges, no receipt sent. First noticed I could not sign on the web version or app- then checked my credit card and had FOUR pending charges for a 15.19 trial. Which all renewed w membership. Got no final review of charges , no final invoice or receipt. After much back and forth they sent screen shots - in another currency- saying I had agreed to the addons. I never saw those screen shots nor would have agreed to them. Slippery, sketchy business that is not easy to cancel out of. I couldn’t even access my account to cancel! I wasted hours on this today and was left feeling like it’s just one big scam.

    Deceptive. Advertised 99 cents for a trial week. When I paid it switched to $6.93 for the week. I contacted customer support, basically told to kick rocks. Best part? Slide two wanted more money for training books. Thought their site was for training.

    BE AWARE!. I signed up for what I thought was a month trial and eventually discovered that they had automatically enrolled me in a $99/mo training program. This did not show in my app subscriptions and there was no way to cancel it within the web portal. I had to email multiple times to get it canceled. They only issued a partial refund. Overall the app was NOT worth it at $14/mo and certainly not worth $99/mo. Just don’t bother signing up for this the app and customer support is atrocious.
