   Worked for a day!. The app worked great for 1 day. Then on the next day it wouldn’t allow me to login. I changed my password. Still wouldn’t allow me to login. I’m sure it’s great WHEN it works.

    Free box scam. Found an ad about a free box, so I downloaded the app, filled out the form and was given an error message. I contacted them about this error but I have yet to receive a response. Seems very scammy to me

    Scam. Offer on FB said you’d get a free 2 pack of treats just for downloading this app. I downloaded it. I actually signed up for the subscription. All I get is an error message when attempting to redeem the free offer they claim you get. Now I have to go through the hassle of canceling the subscription and hoping I’m not bombarded by emails and spam.

    What a terrible app. It deserves less than one star. Who creates an app that continues to flood your inbox with spam - after unsubscribing? There is no option to delete the account. Typical of sleazy marketing models. Hopefully this review will warn others to avoid it like a plague.

    What ?. I was setting up my account and everything was going smooth until it asked for the dog breed so I searched in the search bar German Shepherd it was telling me it was unavailable or to reword or spell it differently tho it was spelled correctly i even looked up Shepherd dogs and the breed name Alsatian nothing showed up. I don’t know what I’m supposed to put in the search bar to find my dog breed and honestly it’s just kind of irritated me. This is unnecessary.

    Money hungry world. I’m tired of looking up free apps and going through the entire sign up process just for the app to try to charge a monthly fee. At least be upfront it’s going to cost money instead of wasting everyone’s time.

    Garbage. Downloaded the app, completed the sign up, keeps bringing me back to the sign up page. So I closed it and tried reopening a few times, and each time I just get a white screen with the words Zig Zag. A waste.

    No logout feature?. The app has no logout feature and regularly forgets we have premium, so I have to delete and redownload since my “zigzag” account is tied to my wife’s apple ID and I can’t restore purchases. The real sell here for us was being able to coordinate on training without talking but the tech is just too messed up

    Where’s my money?. I cancelled subscription after 3 days of free 7 day trial. On day 8 the took the the whole yearly subscription! Now trying to get refund from Apple.

    NOT FREE. Advertised as free, but after signing up and filling in all your details, that’s the only point at which they hit you with the fact you have to pay a monthly or annual fee to continue. I hate apps that lie.
