   Fees. I got charged for a subscription I never committed to.

   The worst app ever. When I tried to erase stuffs on my screen it left a glowing blur then it asked me for my permission to access my photos and when I gave the app limited access it didn’t even put my photos on there until I restarted the app ten times.

   Mediocre App. This app isn’t the best for the price. You can’t remove pictures you don’t want, and it’s not user friendly for the special effects you’re looking for. It still has a long way to go before it’s a good app.

   Shuts down without saving. I tried to contact the app to let them know it is shutting down whenever I try to use certain features and it doesn’t save the edits. The app wouldn’t let me submit the feedback I tried to send them either.

    3 day free trial. I just downloaded this app like 10 minutes ago and I instantly saw that they didn’t have the feature that I needed so I tried to end the three day free trial and I can’t cancel. It is nowhere to be found. I emailed them and left a review about canceling it and now I’m just hoping I don’t get charged.

    Customer is always right?. I tried to cancel after my free trial and I canceled same day and it still charged my card. I tried to talk to apple support but they don’t care either and now their decision is “final”. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Stingy app.

    Difficult!!. This app is so difficult to navigate!! It drives me crazy. So many different settings. Why can’t I just go to my picture and edit what I want without having to go to save to my phone and then go back in and use a different edit. I just want to clarify and highlight a face in the distance. This is the most difficult photo editing I’ve ever used.

    Zero customer service. Whilst the app has a few useful features (which many phones have as a standard now anyway) I’ll never recommend this app because when I needed help, I was never helped. They ignored every e-mail I ever sent and to this day, still haven’t bothered responding. Anyone thinking of using them, you’ll be on your own and they won’t treat you well at all. Between login failures and zero customer service, 1 star is being generous. They should be ashamed of their level of customer care. The developers have since responded to this review saying if I have any issues, to reach out to them via e-mail…………WHAT DO YOU THINK I’VE DOING FOR MONTHS NOW! Their developer responses on here just seem like they’re there to sound like they care, when they’ve shown time and time again that they do NOT! At this point, if I could give zero stars, I would!

    😒. Unfortunately, the save quality has been reduced 👎 I subscribed to get high-quality features, but after the update, the quality has been drastically reduced 👎 I had to use another app to improve the image quality.

    Charged for annual and was not refunded :(. I accidentally forgot to cancel my trial and they charged me and when I tried to explain I don’t even use it they denied me. App doesn’t work well everything is super choppy AI.

    WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY NO FREE TRIAL. They advertise 7 day free trial. What they don’t tell you is if you use during the free trial, they will deduct $65 from your account. That is not a free trial. That is free until you try to use it. Funny thing is, I only opened the app and did not use it nor save any pictures and it still deducted the money from my account. It’s a scam.

    Horrible AI. it has a lot of features and I feel like the app could be really great if it actually worked it’s all AI based but none of it actually works, I used one of the wrinkle removers, and it changed everything completely and made it look like a chicken not an actual human
