No longer worth using!!!. When I first got this app yearsssss ago it was free and I had access to everything. I recently decided to start back using it and now I have to sign up to pay if I want to use all the features. I guess it’s time for me to delete it!

I remember why I canceled the first time. A lot of the features and add on features like lens flare and sunsets don’t make your photos look natural. They kind of pick out parts of the photo they think is the sky where you would want a sunset and it’s hit or miss. In my opinion it just doesn’t add in a natural look which is what I’m trying to go for.

They keep taking my money. I cancelled the app 3 months ago and they are still taking $19.99 out of my account. Stop stealing my money!! I tried your app and cancelled it. This is nuts! I guess I’ll close my credit card account so you can’t get more. So far that’s $59.97 and I haven’t even used your app!!! Buyer beware!!!

Scam. I was trying out the free subscription and then cancelled the subscription. They charged me $0 for the subscription and then $14.99 the same day. The charge shows $9.99 but they’re charging my card $14.99. And I had cancelled it as I removed the download from my phone too but they charged $14.99 AGAIN. I’m not even using the app but it shows they charge $9.99 but they’re charging $14.99 instead.

Read before downloading - Premium Subscription Account Required. Yes! You are required to have a premium subscription account in order to use the app's features. Something they didn't have the right mind to mention when describing the app like the majority of app developers do.

This is a SCAM!!!. I got this app after looking at all the cool sample photos. When I went in to edit my photo, all you get is a mess of blurry colors instead of the crisp edits of the fake examples. Even when you try to save your crappy photos, it says, “Sign up for Pro!” I can’t even keep the trash I make. When I went to screenshot instead, it shows a screen that says, “Really! Want your real shot, buy Pro!” This is a terrible product, do not get it!

Not eligible for a refund. I decided to try Lightleap again to edit photos on my phone but talk about a disappointment! I deleted the app immediately and requested a refund as soon as the transaction went through but it was still denied! There went $9.99 down the drain. A total ripoff.

Rip off. I downloaded this app asking for a monthly subscription and got charged for the whole year. I thought what the hey I’ll try it out anyway and see. It’s way less effective than anticipated. I’d much rather use photoshop. This was such a rip off I want my money back.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE. They will take money from you fraudulently and then reach out via email to pretend they will help you followed by ignoring you. I cannot believe I have received no help in 3 weeks over a purchase I did not make. Absolutely horrible customer service!

BE AWARE: pricing MISLEADING. I thought I was paying 2.99 per month which i am okay with, I don’t need this app every month so I didn’t want to get the yearly subscription. However, your app is misleading and I accidentally paid for a whole year even though I thought I was paying for just one month. Guys, we are literally in a recession, I am angry! You cant do that. I only paid to edit the sky, and I wish other features were good but they’re not, there are better apps to do professional work. And of course no one is going to give me the money back because “it’s my fault”. Just saying - BE AWARE!
