   Hate it. I loved this app so much, but the update came. I used to get 5 credits a day and I could AI image anything I wanted. But I stopped going on it cause my life got busy. I went back on it and everything in my folder was locked. I had to pay to get it back. I’m not wasting my money on an editing app sorry. I get it you want more money from people it’s just why did you have to lock everything I made

   Very confusing. I tried the free trial, with all intentions of purchasing it. It’s very complicated and complex. Not easy to use.

   Fighting the app after first rendering often. I have made some really cool images with this app. I would sincerely work for you and help fix problems if it was an option. My problem is… When using the AI text to image or Image to Image features they work great usually the first couple tries and then the rendering gets stuck in a pattern and fights for any adjustments. I’m so sick of wasting credits trying to relaunch the app or restart my phone to try again when it bugs out or decides to just stop working like it did before. Sometimes a hard reset and relaunch works but usually it goes into the same repetitious rendering without stupidly simple expectations being met. The latest photo I was trying to upscale kept downloading the original before the editing was done and I had used that exact feature many times before. My phone and app are up to date and my patience is wearing thin trying to wait for engineers to fix these problems when we can’t even report the issues easily in the app anymore. Please make the user experience trial and tested before continuing to release new features without fixing what has already been released and feels like a beta test not finished. I pay for the pro plus and feel like it’s gone backwards so far I’m looking into other applications now. It used to be so good and now it’s just got all these limitations that feel like I’m fighting a deaf robot programmed to make me fight to make simple changes until I run out of credits and have to spend money to fight it all over again.

   Was good for awhile. They keep taking away core features for the sake of adding AI . Now editing photos might as well just be done with the iPhone app. But hey … you can take some old photo and make it look like its talking badly

   No glare removal. Got the app because glare removal was advertised. It simply did not exist. At all.

   Scam. In addition to paying to subscribe, you also have to pay for premium credits, which they now just raised from $5 to $8. Seriously, just try a different app. This app continues to be shady and disrespects its users by finding new ways to rip them off.

    Scam type.. Would not let me cancel free trial. Had to go through my credit card resolution process. Third party issue is an impediment to cancelling this app. SCAM type.

    App bug. The app hasn’t been working correctly for months. Whenever I adjust the brush size for erasing, the brush size window intrusively stays on the screen, and I can’t make fine adjustments with it being in the way. I’ve written several times about the issue, and I’ve never gotten a response.

    It was great, once upon a time…. Years ago, I loved this app so much that I paid to have it for a lifetime. When they revamped the app to include AI, they wanted me to pay again? Now, it takes a really long time to navigate the app, open photos for editing, and the tool use is slow. I just timed it and, after 18 minutes, the app has still failed to load my photos for a simple edit.

    Really a problem. I decided this was not for me very quickly. I searched all over to locate a cancellation option to no avail. Finally I hat to email a note which I fear will get ignored. This is really shady.

    Had issues cancel free trial. I had issues to cancel the free trial, but managed on June 11th. However, I am not able to reach the customer support via email and now they charged me with an annual subscription. Please refund the subscription fee.

    Doesn’t do what it says. I wanted to make a graduation photo with cap and gown as they advertise, but I can’t do it. Wasted a lot of time and there’s no ability to make a normal graduation picture, just bizarre costumes.

    Scam. A seven day trial was advertised but I was charged on day one!!!! I emailed 'customer service' but they simply gave instructions how to cancel the subscription- which still runs until next year and I still got charged $39.99! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THERE IS NO TRIAL PERIOD!
