I got a free subscription or trial for this app that I only used for a day or two before canceling it because I didn’t like the app I found a better one but since then it’s been trying to charge me 29.99 and I can’t even update or download other apps because of it 0stars if possible

   How stupid can one search engine be?. “Sorry no results, try using simpler language” the prompt was “rain” and “city night” thank goodness I only payed for the $2.49 option. I’m canceling my subscription immediately.

   CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I ENDED FREE TRIAL/Apple won’t help nor refund me either!. If I could give this negative stars I would. I downloaded this application to see if it could help me with editing photos for my business and after one try, realized it wouldn’t. It was monotonous and worthless to me. I had until 10/17/25 to cancel the free trial, so I did that and thought it was fine. When going to download another app, it said that I had to pay $29.99 for the FLTR app before I could download anything else. I reached out to Apple and they told me it was a glitch/mistake and told me to just pay the $29.99 and then request a refund. So, I did exactly that and now Apple is telling me no, you’re not eligible for a refund. Nobody can give me an exact reason either. I’m irate about this and on top of it, just out of curiosity I checked to see if it would even let me use the app and it says I have to purchase it!!!! What a joke! Don’t download this app! Especially don’t activate your free trial because apparently even if they tell you 14 days free, they can just decide to charge you for it anyway and you’ll just be out $30.

   Be cautious when purchasing Lightroom Pr.. Be cautious when purchasing Lightroom Pr. They don’t offer refunds, even if you cancel within 30 minutes. The product also requires you to purchase Lightroom Lr in order to use the presets, which isn’t clearly stated upfront. Although Adobe claims to have a 14-day refund policy, they refused to issue a refund in my case. I cancelled my subscription just 30 minutes after purchase and still received no refund. I subscribed to the monthly plan at $2.99, but they charged my Apple Pay for an entire year instead. When I filed a refund request through Apple Pay, Lightroom still declined to refund the payment. Their billing practices feel misleading — please be extremely careful when dealing with them.

   Didn’t use it.. When you download an app and click it and as soon as it appears on screen you’re hit with a payment screen instead of letting us browse the app even if everything is locked. The app isn’t worth my time.. we should have the option to browse the app before making a decision on if we want to pay instead of click (first time open) payment screen. I’ll keep uninstalling and use other options instead because of this. To me it shows the devs are more focused on “give us your money” instead of look how good our app is. Yes I know there’s a tiny “x” to close out of the payment wall however that’s not the point I was making..

    Fraude. I don't have any active subscription in this app and yet they are charging me 10 dollars for my money. I don't even know how to cancel that subscription because I didn't even register!!

    Does not work!!. This app relies on old reviews. The current app doesn’t work. I reached out for help or refund and they didn’t do anything but ask if I read the instructions. I did btw. Look at other current reviews. It doesn’t work.

    Doesn’t work anymore. Not sure what happened… this app doesn’t work anymore and you don’t have access to any filters even when you get the subscription. Hopefully, there will be a new update soon to fix this.

    No Landscape Format. I really wanted to like this app, seriously. However, I fail to understand why you (and others) develop apps for the iPad and yet do not take into account the ‘Landscape’ nature of the iPad. When I downloaded the app, I was presented with a Vertical format only, and no orientation to Landscape, so I promptly removed it. Few things are as irritating as trying to edit an image on a device designed to be viewed in a landscape format and forced to work in a vertical format. Get back with me when you develop and or include the Landscape option.

    Useless. I bought this to try lighting effects on my photos and there were very slim options for that. Instagram and my laptop have more capabilities than this expensive app I wasted $29 and cannot get back after deciding I didn’t like it and deleted it within 5 min.

    I hope that I’m missing something. Preset photos don’t transfer to Lightroom Mobile. One did I suppose by accident so far worthless. Waiting for support and will re-review based on results.
