   App closes when accessing features.. Liked it a lot when it worked. Sent message to support and it appears it was a known problem. It is about 4 months later and it is still not working. Canceled my subscription.

   Artleap by Lightricks. Lightricks products are usually pretty reliable but it failed miserably with Artleap, the program will kicked you out instantly as soon as entered from the main page. Reset and reinstalled numerous times without help, I've paid in full for one year, please refund the money

    Has a flaw. This app and the company has a flaw. I have requested the app be fixed to work with the latest iOS 26.0 and higher and I always get the same email from them saying delete, reinstall etc and they still have not fixed the issue. I used to use this app all the time and loved it but now it doesn’t work on iPhone nor iPad anymore.

    Why is ArtLeap not working on IPad after latest software update??. ArtLeap is crashing every time I try to access it on my iPad after latest software updates. I’m a longtime paid customer- please fix this asap as I love and use the app actively. So disappointed and hope you can fix this soon…thank you!

    Not at all. I used to be able to use this but now when I try to do a project it immediately shuts down. I’ve tried contacting this company (several times) and I’ve yet to get a response from them to help me fix the problem. Terrible customer support.

    Update the app for iOS 26 already. Since I downloaded it all it does is crash needs iOS 26 update still hasn’t been updated don’t download if you have iOS 26 they still haven’t updated for iOS 26 and it’s been out over a month 2 months now are you ever going to reply or update it’s 3 months now

    Crashes All the Time. I just paid $60.00 for lifetime access. The app crashes each and every time I open it. It crashes on my iPhone 13 and my iPad Pro. Cannot recommend it. Now I have to attempt to get my money returned.

    App is crashing, no longer supported. The app is crashing. I reached out for support since I subscribed 3 months ago. I received an email that the app is no longer supported and that I need to request a refund from Apple. I did, but it's been too long. Waste of my money.

    Greedy game >:(. When I try to screenshot it says Oh iF YoU DoNt gEt PrO yOu CaNt TaKe PiCtErES well guess what? It’s a stupid ugly greedy excuse for people to spend 1k a month for pictures and this game is probably runned by rich people who use all of their money for nothing but the wellbeing of Elsagate! And I don’t want to see any of that stupid excuse anymore! Thank you art leap… Not!
