   Definitely scam this app is trash. OK, this app is just horrible. Also, when you try to contact support, there is no email on site so you can cancel your subscription. This just screams scam.

   Confusing Home Page; Too Many Steps. I wanted to like this app, but it has an unnecessarily confusing home page and there are entirely too many steps to complete an enhancement of a photo. And don’t get me started on the repetitious invasive ask that I write a review - well you got what you asked for Pixelup. Here’s the review you harassed me for - I hope you are happy. All for way too much money. Stay away.

   App Won’t Load. I’ve tried for three days to try and enhance a picture but nothing is working. I’ve closed the app, re opened it, restarted my phone AND iPad and still nothing works. This app is terrible.

    App problems. This app isn’t allowing me to delete my history, it’s a violation of my privacy ! If someone was able to access my phone they would see everything pic that I have enhanced. Don’t think it’s right for me not to have the option to delete my history.

    Doesn’t work.. I gave it a photo to enhance and it was processing it and never finished the job and I could not find the photo in my history. I tried it twice and still it just drops the work and it’s as if I never uploaded a photo.

    Sucks. this app sucks. I immediately deleted it after it forced me to watch 2 long as heck ads and another one that was impossible to click out of and I had to sit there trying to click out of it and it tried to click me to the App Store and back out of the app a bunch of times and had no way to x out of it and I had to close the whole app out and reopen the app, which caused me to have to completely restart my photo editing from the beginning just to get out of the ad which then caused me to have to watch TWO MORE ads just to restart. I tried to restore a wallpaper photo and it didn’t do a good job either. I could barely see a difference and it was still grainy. Then I had to watch another stupid ad just to try to edit the stuff myself cause the app completely failed at restoring it. Greed of companies is unfortunate.

    Terrible at video generating. Got this app because I was excited to bring some photos to life of my grandparents who recently both passed away. EPIC disappointment and nothing like their IG ads. Their heads just rotated weirdly and made them look like aliens

    Not impressed. Honestly, AI in December 2025 Can do way better than this app is doing. Colorization is really off. Enhancement of photos is mediocre at best. Animation is terrible. Recommend shopping around.

    Worst Ever. This App does nothing that it claims. There is no unblur option. The ability to clarify any pic is severely limited. What a waste of money. I am pursuing a refund.

    Can’t Delete Avatars. I reached out to Customer Service because I was unable to delete my avatars which I wasn’t at all satisfied with; and there has been no resolution

    I signed up for the the 3 day trial, guess what it was fake.. In app they offer a “3 day trial” but on the App store in the subscription section there is no such thing. They advertise a 3 day trial just to charge you 8 dollars for a week

    Not good at all.. I know right reviews especially -ones but this app is not user-friendly charged my card and as a part of the trial. Made me watch stupid ads constantly. I mean not just before I use an app to enhance a photo but also, before I save it. Almost 10 minutes lost in one photo enhanced and it was not even a good quality job. Just wasted time. Very frustrating experience. Now I need to call me bank to dispute the charges.

    What good is it?. I copied an old photo and ran it through the app. Where is the finished image? Improved? Maybe? Can’t access the image. A waste of time and money? Maybe.

    Waste of money. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work at well at all. Old photo restoration doesn’t work. I uploaded a photo to ChatGPT and its result was 1000 times better than this app.

    Horrible enhancements. The enhancements were horrible; can’t adjust the edits at all. Additionally, the ads are so long, and after waiting 2 minutes to save the photo, they slap a watermark on top of it.

    No quality. I purchased this app with the hopes of taking older pictures and cleaning them up,enhancing them, especially black-and-white pictures. The quality is horrible on their enhanced pictures. I am disappointed.

    Tremendously bad. First and foremost, a half to full minute ad for literally any action taken in the app makes for a truly awful experience. But I have high hopes for this technology so I held in there. I tried several different pictures from low res to 4k high res, from models to cartoons. I don’t think it made any of them better really, changes them and smooths out some textures. The animation of images is downright stupid, like cringy to even look at. I’d have more patience for apps like these, knowing it’s a developing tech, but the unbearable, loud, frequent ads proves so obviously this is just a cash grab. Ads or pro account, either way y’all gonna get that money. Guess I’ll come back in a few more years and see if anyone’s perfected image upscaling, this ain’t it.
