   Impossible to Use Now. I used to love this app - but the only thing I use it for is teeth whitening. Now they added an AI teeth whitening feature, which I don’t need… but you can’t even use the brush whitening feature (not the AI one) anymore without a subscription. It locks your photo. There’s literally no way I’m ever going to pay for a subscription for that, it’s ridiculous honestly.

   app doesn’t work anymore. i downloaded this app a few years ago and paid for it it worked well, but if ur paying for an app u expect the creators aren’t gonna let the code rot. everytime i open this app the past year it freezes and i have to update and then reopen it several times and wait 5 mins to have it maybe work.

   Requires Subscription. I paid for this app and now I can’t even save the photos without buying a subscription. The app says it keeps all of my original features from when I bought it. But now I can’t even save a photo. I am using the same features i’ve used since i bought for the app. I was able to save the photos without buying before. Now this app is just useless.

   Not free to use anymore. I used to love this app and use it all the to improve the quality of my photos. But now i can’t use it anymore because they are starting to charge a $15 monthly subscription just to save a an edited photo to your album. What a shame. It used to be free to use for so many years and now I am disappointed.

    terrible. I used to like this app, ive had it for years. I remember I had to pay to download it, and now we have to pay for added features?? Its stupid and ridiculous if youre going to make us pay for in app features, refund us the money we gave up to download the app. Its a stupid thing to do to people who paid just to pay more.

    New Updates. I originally purchased this app before it was free to download. They recently updated their app model so now it’s free to download, but you have to buy the subscription to use the features I previously already paid for. Since I don’t pay for the subscription, I lost all those features. I have now deleted the app because I’m not going to support a company that will take away features for those who previously have them money.

    Turned into a money grabbing app. I used to be able to edit photos and blur backgrounds COMPLETELY free of charge in like 2020-2021 but now when I went to go do the same thing it says it’s premium features and wants to charge me $14.99 to just SAVE a simple picture. Was gonna try and screenshot and just deal with the low quality of the screenshot from not being able to save it, but they blocked that too!! Whenever you try to screenshot your photo in the app, it goes blank and no pictures save to your camera roll. It’s actually ridiculous charging that much money for something that you gave for FREE just a couple years ago. I could see paying for an upgrade to get MORE features, but having to pay to use the most basic feature in the app is absurd.

    Mandatory new subscription. They are now trying to force you upgrade. If you have it since before it asks if you want to upgrade to AI version you have the “option” to continue with the free subscription but when you try and save it that way it won’t make the changes.

    App is fine. Coat is wild. One star: I bought this app when it was one price. Now, I have to subscribe or I lose the ability to save edits… a feature I already had when I purchased this years ago. Apple needs to keep track a little better of these issues: we had features we paid for, and now they’re being taken away. Awful.

    developers got money hungry?. Bought this app back in 2020 and it was so nice! sucks that I used to be able to use the background removal feature and save photos, which I can now no longer do without paying for their subscription. i have literally no use for this app now, if I can no longer use it the way I once did without paying even more money. Wish I could get a refund from my initial purchase of the app since it’s essentially useless to me now.

    greedy and disappointing new “terms of policy”. updated their terms of policy and voided my license when i bought it years ago & app was a one time purchase. Sucks and they paywalled it with a monthly or yearly subscription or whatever. no one wants to pay money each month for a subpar tool that isn’t even that good and it should be a one time purchase. very disappointed as i’ve been a longtime user. greedy and disappointing

    Payments. The app works great and has amazing features but seriously? You can only use it once to "see the perfect results" just to pay the $10 or $40. Dont get me wrong i can pay that but just once and not be able to try it on other pictures that need it?

    Won’t let me save photo. It won’t let me save any photos anymore. It says since I already bought the app a long time ago I can still use all of the basic features like I did before but now it won’t let me save a photo that I edited unless I subscribe to the paid version. So no, it’s not letting me use the app like I did before because I used to easily be able to save the photos after I edited them. What’s the point of editing a photo if I can’t save it after I’m done editing? I just wanted to remove two tiny lines/ marks on my photo.

    Can I give less than 1 star?. How is it that 15 years ago this app was amazing and now it doesn't even work at all? So my lifetime subscription that I bought about 15 years ago suddenly no longer works and I had to buy a new anual subscription. If it worked I wouldn't be so ticked off but just trying to get it to work now is an absolute joke. I have a little white spot on one of my teeth so when I smile in a picture I used this app to edit it out and it used to work great. Now it doesn't remove the spot, it removes three teeth and I look like I'm fresh off the train from Appalachia. Try to remove a logo from a shirt? Even with it set to remove It just blurs the whole thing so there's just a big blurry spot. How is it that an app that 15 years ago was flawless is now just a joke. You people who develop this app need to seek work elsewhere at a job more in line with your intelligence, perhaps at McDonald's?

    Updated horribly. AI smart scenes? Useless. Everything I’ve tried completely changes the face. Why bother with it if there is no face? I loved it when it let me choose a photo and tell it to “repair old photo” or “show me in overalls.” It was great. Better than paid ChatGPT sometimes.

    Sales Model. Subscription SUCK! Sell perpetual licenses! Otherwise, delete and goodbye! Update: Thank you for your reply. However, is the portion of the reply “you can save 1 photo for free” a joke; as that is useless info. Additionally, I understand subscriptions increase your income (as mentioned), although I firmly believe other models can work as well that do not suck funds each month (virtually forever – unless one takes time & action to halt it). One model I’d opt for it to pay an initial fee which enables saving perhaps 50 (?) edited photos, and continue that with a fixed reduced re-up fee for each 50 (?) photos saved. With this scenario, if I do not take advantage of the app, then I do not have to continuously pay for it. The re-up fees enable receiving updated. The initial fee covers updated for perhaps the first 12 (?) months. Furthermore, make some advanced features only available via a one time fixed fee. Again, I’m not forced to pay for features I may never need; although available if needs change. Just brainstorming here, as I really detest subscription models. Rob R.
