   Predatory Pricing. They have charged me multiple times with NO notification. When I emailed, asking them to cancel, they refused to process the cancellation and sent me on a runaround to cancel. Update: I did reach out to them as suggested, and, as noted above, they refused to process the cancellation. They have also failed to respond to the predatory pricing activities of refusing to send charge notifications (no receipts ever sent)

   trash app. used to be good back in the day, now almost every useful feature that used to be free is now paywalled and locked to premium. sad to see what one of my favorite editing apps from 10 years ago has become today.

   Terrible payment charge process. I use this app and thought I had set up a subscription to pay through Apple, but I suppose I used a card. I only use this for a trial. Then deleted the app. They continue to charge me for three years and never sent me any confirmations of monthly payments invoice. They intentionally hid this information so I wouldn’t catch it. Their system is set up to take your money and their policy says they won’t provide a refund even though the app has not been used at all.

   Subscription. Hello, I’ve cancelled my subscription with BeFunky for about 3 months now, even deleting my own account. Im still getting charged from my credit card account from those 3 months and I have no idea how to get refunded. It is so annoying.

   Terrible customer service. I was looking at this app and accidentally purchased it. Within an hour, I tried to cancel and they would not cancel my membership. They make it too easy to sign up. It was obvious that I wasn’t using it within one hour! Scam!

    Another unnecessary subscription. This app was great- one of my favourites but now they’ve gone and made it subscription based. Incredibly disappointed as I paid for the pro version years ago- and happily. Some things we should just be allowed to own.

    Check your payments. I canceled my app subscription on 4/8/23. I was sick and not closely checking my credit card. Turns out BeFunky continued to charge me $9.99 monthly April to December. This month (January) I realized, confirmed on my phone when I canceled the subscription. I figured out how to go into my account online and they had me on still, so I canceled it again. I asked for a refund of $89.91, and they only gave me one month $9.99 back. They claim I had two accounts, but that is incorrect. I only have one email to have an account with, only ever bought and used it on my iPhone, and was only ever charged one fee per month, not two as would have been the case if I had two accounts. SUPER SHADY. I’ve reported them to the BBB. It’s a shame because their product is useful but beware of their criminal billing practices.

    App is unusable.. I was able to edit a single photo. After that app stopped allowing new projects to be started. I was pleased with the one photo, so the app has potential, but if new projects can’t be started it only takes up space on device.

    Terrible…. I acquired the 7 day free trial and spent 20 minutes putting together a collage only for the app to glitch out. It now won’t let me resume my collage to save it to my camera roll without glitching back out to the main page. Don’t waste your time.

    Used to be good. Idk what happened to this app. It was my favorite photo editing app for YEARS hands down! They completely changed the format, took away almost all the editing tools and now I will be deleting it. I’m extremely disappointed.

    Disappointed. This app used to be free for basic collages now you have to pay. I just wanted to write a review before deleting the app. I will not upgrade to $9.99 for a collage of 2. Do not recommend this app.

    Doesn’t work anymore. Crashes every time I try to edit a picture. I uninstalled/reinstalled and my phone is new 😢 I hate to rate it so harshly but I’m hoping the developers see this. I miss the old version.

    Another app ruined.. For forever this has been my favorite photo app. This “update” ruined it completely. I actually had to triple check to see if I had opened the correct app. This is not an update. It’s a complete overhaul of what was already a great app.

    Old version should be available to older phones. I noticed the new social media creations weren’t an option on my phone. So I looked at the app and saw a new version. But no upgrade. I thought, that’s odd. Maybe I’ll just delete it and redownload. Mistake. I deleted it and now I don’t have access to the app at all because I don’t waste money upgrading my phone every year. 🙄. Update since the developers didn’t understand: It’s not compatible with my phone! It’s not available to me at all! I at least had the old version to use before I stupidly deleted it. So now I don’t have it and I can’t get the new version. I was saying if you’re not going to make the new version compatible with all iPhones then you should have two apps in the App Store: one with the newest version and one with the old version

    Old layout. I just updated my BeFunky app, may 2nd 2023 and I do not like this new layout. It’s more complicated and unnecessary. The old one you had was easier, better and faster to edit.

    Recent update is HORRIBLE. Please go back to the previous version PLEASE!!! This is so horrid. I’ve been using this app for years. Stop lying to people by telling them the web version has a lot of the old features. Such a lie! You can still do your money grab and let us have our app back! This won’t end well

    Keeps charging me without an account. Been trying to find a way to cancel this product monthly charge. Canceled my Apple Card and changed the number - still charged. Logged into my computer and iPhone to cancel - no account exists. Went to their support and put in my credentials to cancel. Asked to cancel - still doesn’t cancel. I’m tired of this product and company.

    It used to be good. This was my go-to app for photo editing. But they’ve changed it and now it’s more trouble than it’s worth. It takes now takes way too long to weed through the filters (and ALLLLL) the paid options. It’s more hassle than benefit anymore which is a shame because it used to be a great app
