   😢. I opened the app that I use every day for my spiritual site and most of the features I use are now gone. Erasing certain things removing backgrounds even all of my work I’ve already done is gone.

   Very bad. There are few options for men , and they always get with weird 6 fingers . And we can’t no more use the feature of choose our own models . Really I hope that you see this and fixed .

   Quite disappointed. I purchased photo lab pro several years ago - always delighted. 2025 Now you do facial and skeletal points of identification! Really !Who is paying you? A paid app that gets paid to SPY on its customers. Double dipping. Shame on you.

   Regret my choice. Before I had to upgrade my phone to apple, I had bought the beta version of this app YEARS ago. Now that I had to purchase a Downgraded version, all I get is bad connection, can’t find faces, or “oops”, check your internet connection!! Can’t use the app due to this‼️😡 WTF‼️

   Used to be great. For some reason, the app changed! Now say you want to add like a Santa hat to your photo, it now takes the photo and changes your person to merge with them and rarely gives you an option to remove their face from the result! I have a baby photo to add a Christmas hat to and every template turns this baby into a different face! Worthless like this! Also, it’ll show 700 posts for that search then nothing comes up!!!

   Lost all my content and cannot retrieve. I love this app but when I was creating items today and tried to save a favorite, I found that it had logged me out. When I tried to log back in the only options were through Apple or Google. I tried both options and both provided a new account and neither were my original account. There are no ways to reach out to retrieve my account. If I hear back from the developer and get my account back, I will update my review.

   I used to love this app. I have been using this app SINCE THE BEGINNING!! I was one of their biggest promoters when they were new and I have a life time membership from back then. Now they do everything they can to avoid honoring it even when I’m signed into my account for purchases. Notice how they won’t allow you to type in your membership email account! They’ve become jaded but the money. Don’t forget the people who were there when you were nothing but an idea STARTing out in a new world and I was all about you

   Gone downhill. I used to enjoy this program. I have the paid version. Things have gotten too outrageous to the point of not being able to use for everyday pictures. Use to be able to take a photo and inhance it. Not anymore. Changes are know unreal. Do not enjoy it anymore. I give it a one star. All the review are more than two plus years old. Changed too much. Unable to use it now.

   Can’t make memes anymore.. I paid money for the app for the main point of making memes. They took the feature out a while back, said they’d bring it back, and haven’t. Of course, they wouldn’t give me a refund, as I effectively paid for something that now has no value to me. Update…2024 do not buy this app. The devs have continually screwed me with their lies. Functionality I paid for has not been retired. Total waste of money. Only use the free version.

    Doesn’t work well for darker skin. This app does not work well for darker skin. Every time I upload a photo, it makes darker skin people look like white people. Very disappointed.

    2 stars. 2 stars- cuz too many colorful and cartoon, etc! That turn me off! I like others and the one very first times for years till now, just too much for me cuz I am looking for some art things that I like created than just silly ppl with too much colorful on ppl! That is why I gave 1 star!

    Yes there id the face!. You upload a picture with a clear face and features and the app gives you a unicorn telling you CAN’T FIND THE FACE… irritating you buy it and can’t use it…the result is the same as not spending a penny …

    Free & paid apps fail to work anymore.. I have both the pro & free versions on my iPhone 11 ProMax. Have used your products quite frequently. Neither have worked for days. Keep getting messages to try again. Restarted my phone several times. The free version just updated tonight, yet it continues to fail. These apps would’ve been a a popular option for me to use over Christmas. What can and/or will you do to fix the problem/s?

    Thanks for the recent downgrade. Looks like the recent downgrade eliminated half of the categories. All of the animals are gone plus a lot of really neat stuff. Very disappointed!

    App is crashing. I’ve used this app for several years without any issues and me and my family have enjoyed what’d I’ve been able to create. Since last update it is unusable because when it opens it immediately crashes. I’ve seen many other comments regarding this issue and am hoping the issue will be resolved ASAP. My rating is 1 star because of crashing; was at least 4 stars prior to,this issue

    Hard to use. Now the app all of a sudden will not access my camera roll and trying to troubleshoot is very difficult and there’s no phone number to call for support so you’re kind of stuck if the app doesn’t work well tough beanies it just doesn’t work and you have to send an email and wait for them to respond but meanwhile out of the blue the app now no longer allows me to access my camera roll.

    Fails. If you have black cat(s) or dog(s) don’t bother with this otherwise fun app. It’s useless in more ways then I’ve time to list. There won’t be a refund because that’s how apps work; they get your money and no matter how crappy the app, they keep your money and I actually like this one!

    ONE STAR: STOP ASKING TO BE RATED EVERY THIRD SAVE!. Be aware! The rating on this app is skewed. I’ve had this app for years. It will ask you to rate it every third save no matter how many times you do it, no matter how many reviews you give it; no matter how many years you own it. I thought Apple put a stop to this practice a couple of years ago. This same message has been posted numerous times. I should post it every time it does, but I have a whole other life outside the app. If I did it every time, I personally could probably knock their rating down from a 4.8 to a 4.7, and they must have tens of thousands of ratings. Maybe if the rating was lowered. IT’S AN ANNOYANCE AND THE APP DEVELOPER NEEDS TO STOP IT! Other than that, it’s a fine app.

    Displeased. The app removed the ability to add text to pictures. This was the ONLY feature I used. I paid fir the upgraded version too.

    Bring back text. It’s an ok app. WAS a great app. Bring back the simple stuff like adding text. Not every photo needs to be turned into a lion or a monster or a fractal design.
