   piZap Got Greedy. piZap used to be my go to editing app because it was free, easy to use, and had a lot of features. For years I had no problems with this app and actually recommended it to people, but lately it seems that they've just gotten greedy to the point of rendering the app completely unusable unless you pay money. You now have to buy premium if you want to manually cut out parts of a photo (previously, only the auto cut-out feature needed premium). Along with this, you now have to buy premium if you want to have more than 10 projects (just a couple weeks ago, you had unlimited projects). You need to pay money to use the most basic stickers known to man, and it's just such a deterrent to doing anything on the app. It's just a shame to see such a good app get completely ruined over time. As much as I've loved this app, as much as I've used it over the years, I now have to find a new one to edit photos on. If you are considering getting this app because it's free, don't. And if you already have the app, I hope you can find a better alternative.

   Very disappointed. I used this app/website for YEARS now and I loved it dearly, but I just can’t recommend it anymore! So much stuff is locked behind a paywall now and I understand the need to make money, but cutouts have been for free users for AGES and I used it all the time! But now it’s locked behind premium? Are you kidding me?? 🤦👎

   7 Day Trial is a SCAM. The 7 day “free” trial is not free. They charge you the full subscription fee. There is NO free trial offered. They will then start calling you from your “bank” alerting you to potential fraud. I called my actual bank number and confirmed all of this with them. This is a giant fraud scheme. Stay very far away from this app!!!!!

   Use to Love. I paid for an all time access w/out your watermark. Now your watermark is going over my Trade mark on my photos. I paid for it & now it’s not working. Guess I need to find another app. Oh by the way—if you go look at my account you will see tons of my work going back for years using this app. It was one of the few apps I could use & keep in touch with the world as a disabled person. It really upsets me that suddenly your app is not recognizing my account.,

   Zero Stars. Putting speech bubbles and cutout tools behind a paywall. You even misspelled “bug fixes” on your own app, it says buf fixes. Good bye piZap!

   Review. I would’ve rated it 5 star before but after the last update you can’t remove backgrounds anymore without a paid subscription. Time to switch to a different app.

    My Complaint about the brand new app update. Unbelievable! I’ve been using PiZap for 10 years and never have I ever saved a photo or more without being asked to pay and now because of that new update of yours, I’m being asked to pay after I cutout an image or more and after I saved an image or more?! What the heck! This morning I was about to make something but when I was about to cut out an image, there was a notification saying that I have to pay?! No! Screw that! Now I can’t make images for my instagram account anymore!💔 I miss the old previous update so you should think about bringing the old update back! This new update is ridiculous because I know you’re just asking for money! Shame on you!😡

    Continued to be charged after canceling subscription.. I canceled my subscription and they continue to charge me the monthly subscription. If you phone them you reach an answering machine telling you they don’t have anybody to take calls and when you email them they don’t respond.

    Interrupted by rate me. You asked for the review so here it is. I opened app, tapped edit, selected photo, selected cut out, Auto cost money so custom, painted mask on part to keep. It’s been like74 seconds and I tap save and pop up, telling me to consider sharing, x out of that hit save again pop up rate us write a review. C’mon now, designer, creator it’s an interruption. And how can I share an app I haven’t used yet, and how do I rate and write a review for something 74 seconds in that has not provided anything yet… think people just think about it, that’s so dumb. If I use it get an awesome pic chances are I’ll subscribe and rate if it’s good and review if I’m very impressed and happy. Now it’s been 10 minutes I could have just used gimp on my PC fix the bad design decisions people. So many potential people probably quit app and deleted right there

    PiZap. I cannot import the photos I select from iPhoto into piZap on my iMac Sonoma 14.4. PiZap works flawlessly on iO/S. But I cannot get it to work on my Mac for some reason. 😥

    Very disappointing. I have been using this app since 2012. It was bad enough years ago when they made you pay for most stickers and most fonts. But now you can barely use any fonts, the text writing tools are completely screwed up, the color palette is dark trash, they removed the drag feature outside of cutouts so you have to actually drag the cutout itself, and there’s a watermark over every single picture. This is not good business. You are not encouraging me to buy your “Pro feature”. Instead I will be looking at alternative picture editing apps. Extremely disappointed.

    Decontenting to oblivion. I have zero issues paying for an app to enable new or advanced features. What I have an issue with is when developers remove more and more features in a bid to make as many people as possible subscribe to the “pro” version. This is exactly what PiZap’s developers are doing. And also why I won’t be purchasing the pro subscription.

    Beware!. “Delete account” in the app does not delete your account or cancel your subscription! You need to cancel in a web browser (yes, even if you click to acknowledge that deleting is permanent and everything in the app). Wish I would have known this before I got charged another $60 for the year for something I don’t ever use. Consider yourself warned!

    Outdated information?. Got the app because their website says you can change eye color with it. Unless the feature is heavily buried somewhere in the app, I see no way to do so.
