   Scammed. I wanted to try it for a week free. However they immediately charged me 30.98. I thought I wouldn't be charged until the end of my free trial. Don't be scammed. They are just a greedy company

   Stole my Money. They offer a free trial that can be ended anytime before you are charged. I cancelled my trial on the same day that I tried it and I was still charged $79! Apple has refused to refund the money which is complete fraud because it was all done within the details of the trial. Do not waste your time on this app because it will just steal your money regardless of your decision!

   Hard to Cancel free trial. I attempted to use the free trial, but it automatically subscribes you to a year account and made it difficult to cancel. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating. Very disappointing.

   Cancelled the same day and charged every on trial.. I wanted to try a trial. As soon as I tried it, it was not for me. I am blind in one eye and I have to try apps to see how it will work with my vision as well as depth perceptions, etc. I immediately cancelled it, but was still charged on my Apple bill. For someone that budgets every thing, this can cause a problem. Hopefully they will get this glitch fixed!

    Upside down pic. Took my first pic, came out good and when I saved it, stupid pic turned upside down…strange. Took this on my Ipad, longwise. I cannot find how to turn it rightside right. So I took pic again, same thing. okay, turn ipad the “other way” , saved it and cannot find it anywhere as I’m not using my camera, but the built in one in the app….needless to say, I “removed app” - couldn’t get a pic not upside down

    I MISS THE OLD VERSION. Why has the community feature been removed!? I loved sharing my looks with other users and now an ai change has been made and I hate it. I don't understand why you would make yourself lise that many users.

    Will only give me black hair. Got the free trial to try different hairstyles, uploaded a photo with my hair pulled back, and tried a few different styles, mostly in a medium brown, but it generated them on me in jet black! They look awful and I can see at all what they would actually look like on me. I have light to medium brown hair. Couldn’t figure out how to change it. Cancelling the trial quickly.

    Not worth it. Purchased program because it was supposed to recommend correct make up for my face -skin tone-and age. That was not even an option. Charges extra-AFTER- the purchase to do anything. Don’t do it-keep shopping.

    The WORST!. I purchased the pro subscription to play with my granddaughters (for trying new hairstyles, mostly). I regret that I paid for it for a whole year. I now understand why some apps, like this one, charge less for a subscription if you don’t try it out first in a free trial! They don’t want you to know how bad it is before giving them your money. Buyers Beware! The features are so redundant. Nothing new to see here. And when you attempt to edit a photo - even just a slight color change - the app takes FOREVER to generate the image! It is so slow, that I’d end up just giving up waiting for it, and swiping out of the app before ever getting to see it. Worst of all, they use these stupid “credit” things, meaning that even with their versions of a “pro subscription”, you don’t have unlimited use. You just get a few images, then you have to wait until the next month to get a few more. That’s not a subscription, in my opinion. Anyway, just wanted to make sure others understand what they’re getting (or “not getting” is a more appropriate term) with this app before you give them your money. I won’t ever purchase from this developer again, that’s for sure.

    Slightly disappointed. I pay for this app and don’t have access to the premium features that I pay for. All of a sudden the good features now say plus beside them, and I don’t even see a different tier to pay for to get access to the things. I already paid to have access to. I’ve had this app forever and had access to all of these things it’s now not letting me have access to and now I’m seriously considering canceling it because I can’t even use the things completely disappointed my subscription is getting ready to renew and I don’t think I’m going to. looks like it’s going to be a cancel. I can’t even use the things I’m paying for.

    User BEWARE. This app will not issue a refund for a subscription that I do NOT want. I am so disappointed and feel like they stole $80 from me (that I do not have) for a yearly subscription that I was not even aware was being processed on my phone!! Buyers and users beware of the fraudulent activity on this app. I never leave reviews on anything, but if I could give this zero stars I would. Not worth it and so sketch.

    Scam. A subscription was accidentally purchased with this app, I cancelled within a hour from noticing it, the subscription was a free trail for seven days, I now have a restriction on my Apple Store account and I am unable to download or purchase any apps because, Apple is saying I owe this app $80, that is incorrect I cancelled within the same day, and $80 was for the whole year, it was supposed to only charge me $6 for the monthly subscription if that was the case. I already contacted Apple support regarding this issue, they said I have to contact the app directly, I’ve contacted the support email for this app and still have yet to receive a response.

    Charging me for features while I’m subscriber. This app is charging me to use certain features when I paid 80 dollars for subscription. I will not renew next year a total scam. 80 dollars is a lot of money. I was trying to use the photo to video feature can’t use it as they’re charging me. Be careful with this app. Safe your money and go else where for edits.

You no longer have the right to any of my personal data that you have listed in your privacy policy to take from people that install your app. I do NOT agree to your terms. My access is officially revoked.

    Shady Company. If I could rate a -0 I would. Every attempt to cancel the free version failed through communication channels. I am on a fixed income and was diligent in attempts to cancel transaction to no avail and was charged $85.00 for an app I can’t afford or would use. I’m left with final plea to Better Business Bureau to open a claim since I received no replies to every attempt to cancel and/or feedback. Shameful, shady business practices is this company’s modus operandi. If you’re looking for photo filtering app look elsewhere and avoid their con!

    No way to cancel. I just downloaded this app and it says there’s a 7 day free trial and then you just automatically go on auto renewal for $80 which I do not want and I want to cancel. You can’t find anywhere in the app to cancel. It is totally confusing. You don’t know if you’re on auto renewal which you don’t wanna be. I turned that off but I still think I’m gonna get charged $80 for an app that I don’t want you can’t contact customer service. This is the worst app ever. Please contact me and tell me how to get rid of this.

    Tricky scam app. This app tricks you as signing in to pro. This app keeps popping up as pro when open the app. Tricks you into signing in and then gets you on pro .. then charges you $86.59 for a year, I requested a refund and got denied so be careful when downloading this app.. this is the second time this happened to me. No longer using and deleting app.

    Scam. This is app is a totally scam!! they offer you the trial period and the minute you pass that trial mark they charge you the most expensive yearly Pro version instead of de monthly plan!
